I pulled up to Valvoline, was welcomed right into the auto stall and got an oil change in August 2023. The staff of 4 friendly, respectful and professional employees promptly changed my BMW's oil and filter quickly with a discount and I was on the road again in no time. Thank you. I will return for my next oil change guys! Bravo on excellent customer service!

Charged me $99 for an oil change.The cabin filterwas gonna cost $55 but ended up only $35. I even had a $10 off coupon, but still paid $135. Seems a bit high.

All the workers here are so nice. I have had my oil changed here, headlight replaced and AC recharged. The great part is it s instant and no need to wait. I highly recommend this location for there prompt service and excellent customer service.

First time going to Valvoline on W. Charleston. Thought it might be busy for a Saturday morning so arrived at 7:30am. There was one van in front of me and I was still in and out in about 20 minutes!Harry was very polite and professional. I would've given this place 5 stars but $100 for a synthetic oil change is a lot more than I'm used to paying. I did have a $25 off coupon so that helped cover the added cost of replacing the dirty air filter.I will be a returning customer if all goes well with my car now. :)

I live in Henderson but continue to make the 18 mile drive to visit this location. The guys and gals that work at this location are always professional. They are very nice and respectful. They listen to what you need. And finish with a yes and thank you. That's why I go here. I only go in for oil changes. I bring my own oil. Which happens to be Valvoline Advanced formula. Why you ask? Years ago when that formula came out. It was only 14 dollars for a 5 Qt jug. I purchased a lot of them for my vehicles. Anyways I hope corporate takes care of these employees to keep a good crew together. I would like to thank the techs who worked today. Xavier, Jacob, Dylan and Zach.

I've been coming here for years. The staff used to be very friendly and respectful. Now, everyone always seems like they're having a bad day. They're not very courteous anymore. They only have 4 parking spots and the employees take up every single one with their own cars. They used to park 50 feet away in the general parking area but they don't show that respect anymore. I had to park behind an employee's car so I could pay for my daughter's service after completing my own.

Brent did a great job gave me good advice and helped me choose what was the best for me. And he did that all in a very timely matter, he also helped me with a big smile on his face. I brought in my car to get an oil change at the end of the work day. Thought everything went fine. My car starting acting up and leaking oil, so I brought it in to Ted Weins. They informed me my oil was over filled by half a quart and that I needed to pay for another oil change to get it to the right levels. I called Valvoline after fixing the issue and was told I should have known it was over filled. While I now know what the fill level represents on the dip stick, at the time I did not. I was not offered a refund or a credit or anything. Instead, I had to pay for two synthetic oil changes within 40 days of each service.

Very helpful. Got my oil and air filter changed for fair prices. When I failed my smog test and they actually pinpointed the cause of the smog for free and gave me advice for getting it fixed. Harry and the manager on duty were very friendly. :)

This is the only place I will ever get my oil changed. Everytime I have been here, Brent has been here to help me out and it s been a great experience every time. It s amazing to have Customer Service still a top priority in todays world. This location is top notch!! It s always clean, fast and convienient. They were very busy today and short staffed. I was still greeted with a friendly smile. LOL unfortunately my trip was for nothing, the vehicle isn t driven much and it only had 1000 miles since my last oil change visit in September 2022. Apart from an oil change I wanted to rotate my tires. They told me not necessary as my car is AWD. I said really , that s news to me .Looked up my vehicle,and called the dealership , and it is NOT AWD. How can they not know this? They are under the car and can see the drivetrain besides entering the VIN number where that info is also stated. Went back to ask that question , and upon me declining any more service, the serviceman rudely walked away sarcastically saying have a nice day .

Visited this business for an oil change. Drove into the maintenance bay and stayed in our vehicle. Brent greeted us and handled our paperwork while others worked on our vehicle. All were very professional, capable, and experienced. Brent was kind and thoughtful, and even offered us water! Very kind! This is a business we will be visiting again and highly recommend. Over torqued the drain plug on a brand new engine so much it was stripped. Over torqued the oil filter so bad we had to use a 2 foot breaker bar attached to a oil filter wrench to get it off, was at about 100 ft/lbs of torque! In response to the owner: The issue isn't about switching lanes, it's that I was the only person waiting in line and then two other cars that arrived after me were allowed to pull in for service before me; so I left.This company deletes/hides bad reviews; so here is my original from a few months ago that was hidden by their team:"Don't waste your time! I pulled in for an oil change at 8:30am, all three stalls are full, I pull to the first and wait. That car finishes and I'm told to wait to pull into the bay. Then after 20 minutes I'm told to move to the other stall and wait behind a car still being serviced...whatever, maybe they're short staffed. I move over to that lane, and wait another 15 minutes. Then an SUV that pulled into the middle lane after I arrived at 8:30 was told to take the stall I was just told to move from?! When I confronted the shop tech about this he said that car arrived first and that I was in the wrong. Seriously? You literally talked to me 15 minutes prior (and I have dash camera footage for all of this), told me to move, before that vehicle showed up. So in total almost 40 minutes of my morning completely wasted because of absolute ineptitude. Take your car elsewhere and save your time."Service: Oil change

Very fast and friendly service! The guys really care about getting your cars done right and not trying to solicit any unnecessary stuff. Also no appointment needed! Will definitely be back. They also do smog check.

Brought my delivery car in for an oil change. Its not the nicest car but its just my delivery car. I pull into the bay. Guy asks me the oil I want etc. I say I just want whatevers cheap. Ok no problem. Comes back ask how do I want to pay. I tell him I have groupon. Ok scans the Groupon. Comes back again few minutes later. Tells me I have a major oil leak and to take it to a real mechanic. So next day i take it to a mechanic. Zero oil leaks or any signs of oil leaks. Got charged a 125 diagnostic fee, for no problems. Luckily guy at least changed my oil for me. No clue why they would tell me there was a problem. But shame on you valvoline.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

I called this place in the morning to see if they could help me put in a stop leak additive to my oil. I was told "sure" come on in. When I got there the manager came out and said that he couldn't do it unless I got an oil change. I had just gotten one in May and was told "then come back when you need one". But I said ok, how much would that run me. He quoted off the top of his head for a BMW X5 about 130.00. I got the one in May from Jiffy Lube for around 70.00. So I asked if he could just check my oil to see how much it was down and he said that it was an internal dipstick and he couldn't check. Totally shocked that a professional didn't know that it was checked under the hood, I said why don't you just say you don't want to do it instead of talking down to me. He was extremely rude after I called him on all this and I decided to take my business elsewhere.If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would.

This my first time, 2 cars i brought though it is higher than Walmart but i like the Service here at Charleston and Pavilion branch. i like the idea that the Manager is very hands on and all of the crews are very concentrated and serious in what they doing! Come here right away you won't be disappointed.ONE STAR for the Valvoline branch in Buffalo and Sahara, besides the very obscure place, and very scarce crew they are rude and mean there. DO NOT GO in Valvoline branch at Buffalo and Sahara. (there was a reply below somewhat appreciating my review. But WHY i felt that my 5 STARS rating seems NOT enough???)

Always come here to get my car's oil change and assistant manager Charles always goes above and beyond when I have a car issue, even when other employees say they don't have a certain part or might not have time.. Thank you Charles for always being so helpful also manager Marquis.
