I shopped around for quite some time to find the cheapest smog in town and VIP had the best deal by far. Went in for a smog. The service was done quick and easy. Highly recommended! Excellent service and assistance!! I recently visited VIP Auto for a smog check and some routine maintenance and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. In particular, I would like to commend one of the employees who went above and beyond to assist me with prices and other important information. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. ATI, who took the time to patiently listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with great expertise and clarity. What impressed me the most was the employee s willingness to go the extra mile in helping me understand the prices for the services needed. They took the time to break down the costs, explaining the different components and labor involved, ensuring that I fully understood what I was paying for. Their transparency and honesty gave me a sense of trust and confidence in their expertise. Would highly recommend!

Terrible place! Don't go here! You pay $3000 for a used up old engine that don't last. They install old used engines and transmissions. There rude, and will not honor the warranty! Thieves. The girl behind the desk has a blank stare on her face that makes you wait 2 hours for a simple question.

I have been going to this VIP Auto for over 6 years and I have noticed a sharp decline in their integrity. I recently had an oil change at another garage and was told I needed new rear brake pads. I took it to VIP and asked for a brake inspection which was free. The estimate for services $1449.36 was the total and I was told I needed several things I had already done. I went back to the other garage and was charged $120 for the rear brake pads and was told I did not need any of the other services.BEWARE!!!

Stop! Don t come here ! I came there with a problem , an electrical one and they told me a $600 alternator would fix my problem. After the fact they told me although I needed the alternator it didn t fix my main issue . They took time trying to figure it out w no luck. I suggested the alarm system as the possible root and they simply waived it off. I took my car to another shop and they fixed my issue by replacing my alarm unit . They are money grabbers , avoid at any cost. They are running a cut throat business

Good service. Great staff. Excellent prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for basic maintenance or even more. It's hard to find good deals on repairs. They were awesome.

Great service and great value. By far the most affordable place to get your vehicle serviced and they don t push you to buy unnecessary services. They service all of my vehicles. This place is complete fraud. The $14.99 for smog is simply a bait. Do not go for it. The mechanic suggested maintenance, which was not even required. On top of that he charged me 40% premium on parts, even when he didn't use original parts.Stay away from this shop.

Worked with Atti to schedule getting rear brakes, brake hoses and a muffler replaced. Atti quoted the price up front and the work was done right. I think this place is a good value and they do good work. I will use them again.

Came down for the 14.99 oil change. Was disappointed that the oil my car takes doesn t qualify for the synthetic blend. I talked to Symphony at the front and she was nice and respectful to me even offered me a great deal to keep coming back. Definitely will come back the technician I spoke to was cool and explained to me about some stuff. This place is great and was worth coming by. Thanks

I arrived late on a Friday night to see if they could squeeze me in. I was greeted nicely by the young lady in the front. I explained how I had been dealing with an issue on my vehicle and it nagged me for weeks. I left my car for a little while and hoped for the best. I received a call a little while later from Jay (lead tech) and said the car was ready for pickup.When I returned Jay went over everything and was very thorough. I'm from the east coast and this garage had that home town feel.Simply amazing. Thank you Jay!!!

They do not honor their own warranty. Do not let them hand-write warranty info on your paperwork it will not be honored! Make sure it s typed in the comments. 1 year and less than 6k miles later Nissan tells me I need a new thermostat, water pump and hoses. That s literally everything they replaced new. Best place for oil change and smog both $14.99. Great fast service even when busy. Approx 45 min. For both oil change and smog. Update this establishment is still awesome. Great Customer Service highly recommend even for older cars.

This place took an hour for a smog and told me that it would only take 15-20 mins witch is already a good amount of time for a smog. Didn t apologize for the wait or anything, and told them that I had to be somewhere and said it would take any longer than 15-20 mins.

Horrible service. Smog check for over 40 minutes.Nobody a head of me but they made me wait for so long.I don't think this is good placeFor smog check

I used to love to come to this one, because the men were always informative and nice. Today, Phil told me if I wanted them to replace the break pads, with the ones I had purchased, it would be $130.00. They replaced my break pads, but didn't say a word to me further. I figured everything was OK.. After I drove off, the brakes were still squeaking. I called back. Phil said the rotors were old. Why didn't they tell me that while I was there? Were they upset because I brought my own brake pads? Since when do they fix your car and say NOTHING to you? Terrible.

I been here 3 times and the first 2 times were ok. The 3 time was a nightmare. They were installing a new fuel injection system and the first time I brought in the parts. Apparently they were bad because the truck ran worse than when I brought it in. So I took it back and they supplied the parts with a warranty. It took them almost 2 weeks to do the work. The mechanic is decent but the manager, Chris is a real piece of work. $900 later I finally got it back and had to go get a smog check to register it and guess what, it failed for misfiring. Took it back and they refused to work on it and my wife is a friend of the owner's family. Stay away from this location unless you want to pay for nothing.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

I m not very good with cars and overall had a bad start to my day with car issues before coming in. Taylor and Ricky both helped me immensely in being very informative, honest and direct with me about everything and helped me get a pretty good deal on the parts, labor and also helped me with financing too. Overall great experience and welcoming environment

They take care of four cars in our family and my son drives an Acura which required a new timing chain which is very rare and very expensive. But they gave us a great deal on this big maintenance requirement and now my son's driving his car till it's dead and so they will be maintaining it as well. It's always easy to get in quickly whether it's for an oil change. Smog or maintenance.

This place is a scam and a joke! I ordered a groupon for an oil change 13.19ttl for my 2018 Ford Fusion. This vehicle can and does take synthetic blend oil changes. They told me it's required to have a full synthetic oil change and they refused to change my oil. That is not true this vehicle does not require a full synthetic oil change so they bait and switch to get you in the door then try to forcefully change you an extra 80 for a full santhetic oil change. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Now I have a Groupon for a place I would not recommend to my worst enemy. So again do not go to this place for any service they will lie to your face. There was a couple ahead of me as well she lied to them they messed up on a belt replacement and then when they came back the belt was not fixed and they wanted to charge them more money even though they messed up on the service. I wish I could keep writing because this place I can not stand places that lie and cheat people and recommend service that is not required or needed this place deserves less then one star.

Went for an oil change, can't beat their prices. They're a little slow getting to your car but they were a little busy. But the job was well done. Will visit them again.

Had a really awesome experience here! I had a check engine light that had been on since last year, I had previously taken it to a different shop to be repaired. The other care repair place charged me a ton of money, but after driving my car for a day the light went right back on. So I decided to try VIP Auto after reading all of the good reviews. They didn't disappoint. Friendly service and they really seemed to know what they were doing. Not only fixed my check engine light for good, but even got my parking break light to work again, which I didn't expect. They went the extra mile to make sure my oil was fresh and completed my smog for me so when it was all done I was able to register my car no problem.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

They have really good customer service. They were efficient and provided me info about what else was coming due for maintenance on our car without making me feel like they were just trying to sell me something I did not need.
