USA Auto Service#1 is very thorough and shows the customer what needs replacing and why. I believe they are reputable and honest. They are friendly and caring. I will continue to take my car there for all it's service needs.

I m just gonna start pricing. Do not take your car here. They will ruin your car. I m filing a lawsuit. This just happened today. These people purposely damaged my car Took me for $2000. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau and for The national consumer protection agency, and specifically protection against veterans with disabilities. I will give all details in the next review to follow. Do not take your car to this establishment be warned.!!!!!

Come and visit USA AUTO to any of their 12 locations they are spread out all across Las Vegas, their newest location which I m at right now is located at:5835 W Flamingo , between Flamingo and Jones ask for Charles tell him Veronica sent you. They are honest people, have great mechanics and you leave with a great experience. I been to many mechanics shops like AA auto, Purrfect Auto and even Centennial Toyota and I ve had to return to the shops because something wasn t right and each time I returned my car needed a new service done even when the car wasn t giving me problems before. I m sure a lot of you have experience this before. It wasn t until my last bad experience with Centennial Toyota that I found this place. Charles showed me dedication answered all my questions , showed me the parts and explain to me what was wrong. I have never return to the shop for the same service that was given. Ever since I ve trusted and brought my car to be service to USA AUTO. A lot of shops care more for making money then to care for keeping their customers. Come visit the new location and meet Charles I like taking my car to the location his in, if you want a trusted place that cares in what they do USA AUTO is the place for you.Dedication takes time and happy customers show pride.!!!!

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER RIP OFF!! Christian the manager the wanna be thug is a joke. They charged me $5000 yes people FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to have my 09 Nissan pass smog. He took advantage of me being a single woman and promised my 75 year old mother if we got the work done at his shop that I was covered ESPECIALLY if my check engine light came on. Why would he mention that? Probably because within a week of picking up my vehicle THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND STAYED ON!! Needless to say after bringing my car back multiple times he turned to me and said don t bother bringing your car back because we won t be working on it anymore. I am disgusted with the simple fact my vehicle has a problem it only has as a direct result of being taken to their shop. Thanks for literally nothing! And to the company don t bother with your cookie cutter response on here.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My wife took her car in because it wouldn't start sometimes and I couldn't figure out why. George and the team at USA Auto Services diagnosed, repaired and gave it a full tune up. Back on the road same day! Can't thank these guys enough!

This mechanic was horrible they tried fixing my car but left more problems I honestly feel like they tell their employees to put good reviews because I sent lots of customers before they made me realize they just money hungry people who don t know how to fix cars especially the manager he didn t try to help in anyway I as well took pictures of themServices: Engine repair, Transmission replacement

Wasn't the best experience I've had but they did fix my car. My car did break down again a month or 2 later. Didn't take it back cause they were going to charge wat to much and it was 2 far of a drive to bring it to this location did bring it to a different one I had way better experience with at #9. They didn't explain anything tho. They do offer financing which was great. The office guy was was nice. They got it done. In the same day was a little pricey way more than I was expecting to pay but I'm someone that's not from here it was an ok experience probably won't go back though because of the prices.

I truly walked into a blessing coming into this auto shop. Most car shops I ve been to like to rip you off and over charge for the easiest smallest things. This shop was very honest and helpful. The manager George is a wonderful honest man. An absolute blessing in disguise.When your good to others God places people in your path to receive blessings. Thank you so much!!!!

Got a smog and oil change. Hands down the most affordable, quality place I have been to. $10 smog, super friendly laid back staff. They seem very tight with each other too which is great to see, lots of fun humor among them all. I'd recommend to anyone. Be careful this shop charge you a lot for parts and labor and they told me we get all the parts from autozone after i left my car for fix the leaking i went aoutozone to see their prices are right or not you not gonna believe all those part they were given me was at least 7 time more than autozone prices , also they told me 7-10 days later your car is ready , now after 5 weeks my i got my car back and still leaking and my car stereo is missing and they just saying we're so sorry probably some homeless people around here stole that cause sometimes they come around the car and they know doors are open cause mechanics working on cars .I will follow this issue with lawyers if the manager or shop owner not contact me soon.

Both my partner and I have used USA multiple times for oil change, brakes, and other issues. We have always received wonderful service from the friendly staff. Went on Tuesday 7/25 to fix the driver side window. I had purchased the window kit at O Reileys and just need them to swap it out. They told me that they were down to 2 mechanics and there were a number of others ahead of me so it would be a few hours. I left my van with them and had my fianc�e pick me up so I can get things done while they were working on it. At most an hour later I got a call saying the van was done. They charged me $200. Now I m unable to lock my driver door and the check engine light is on! Going to call tomorrow morning to get them to fix it or I m suing them!Service: Auto windshield repair

Great place to get your smog testing done. They are really friendly and fast. The location is really easy to get to and has plenty of parking. They also do oil changes, breaks and tuneups. I highly recommend them for smog testing. I haven t had any other services done here but they look busy and that s a good sign.

Came here for a smog check, and was first in line at doors opening at 8am. I had a completed smog check and was out in 20 min.Pro tip: with the newspaper circular, it's only $7.77

This place is the worst place to ever come to to get your car fixed or even to use have a simple oil change I had two cars fixed here and they both ended up getting more damage then before but also the manger Alex is the worst he charged me for an engine for my Chevy Malibu 2016 and he won t give me the part back or my money back for the part even tho we never used it or ended up fixing the car he had us waiting for 2 and a half weeks for a supposed update since he refused to give us the company number and when we went in today he and his staff all laughed at us and made it seem like we didn t have a point to be there since he said it wasn t there problem and told us to leave and pretended to open drawers saying he couldn t find any money this is the worst establishment and now we are short almost more than a thousand dollars he refuses to give back and I will be sending the videos of him and his staff laughing to corporate and hopes he gets fired and I will be telling everyone I know !$

Update: 10-01-2022 - the business eventually refunded my deposit. I still have issue with the employee statements that were made but the business as a whole did the right thing in the end. Added a starOn 08-01-2022, I was convinced by Rep. Robert he could get a Drive Shaft for my 2015 Chrysler 300.So I dropped $250 as a deposit.After approx. 3 weeks of being told the part will arrive daily followed by the inevitable excuse of why it didn't; I tried to reach a Head Quarters to get answers.They don't seem to have one. Just some email address which I did get a formulated 'we are looking into it' type response. That was 3 weeks ago with no follow-up since.I understand a deposit is normally non-refundable but if a company can't deliver the promised part then my $$ should be refunded.This business may be (at your own risk) good for older cars and routine oil changes but if your car is newer and needs a part ordered Do NOT take it to USA Auto Service.I was deceived and now out $250 of my needed money.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Shop goes through managers more than any other shop I've had to deal with! Got on the phone with Alex (manager) and he hung up on me mid call in the middle of a normal business conversation! Never had anyone do that to me before. Guess the reviews about these guys add up. Be a little bit more professional guys. Glad I didn't take any cars to you. Was hoping the reviews were wrong about ya.Edit: Called back hoping I was just mistaken and there was a phone error, and Vinnie answered letting me know it wasn't a mistake, and that Alex had hung up on me intentionally, then did the same himself. Wow, that's embarassing guys! Be better.

This group tried to pull a fast one on me. Typical oil change turns into an estimate for a new oil pan and rear axle service. My car was dripping oil. Got a second opinion and found out the mechanic did not screw on the oil filter leasing yo leakage. A simple oil change turns into a $1,200 estimate for repair. Keep it moving on these guys.Service: Oil change

I went in for an oil change only to be told I needed an insane amount of work (that I didn t need) for and an even more insane price. A couple of hours later I hear a sound like my car caught something, it s the piece that s under the car that they didn t put back correctly after the oil change. Tried to call no answer and I couldn t even leave a voice message. 1/10 would not recommend

I had my truck towed to shop #1, my car wouldn t start. Guy runs a diagnostic on my car, of course pointing out 5+ other things as they always have when I ve gone in for oil changes. But this time was a bit different, I fell into the mechanic trap. I was so concerned about my car for work, that I didn t do the research when the guy told me about the price.. $982 for an alternator and battery?! I found my alternator after I left the shop, at Advanced Auto Parts two blocks down for $166-$245.. I was overcharged $200+, but I ll give him one thing. The guy pointed out a discrepancy from another shop, so thanks for that. But also thanks for draining me Thanksgiving weekend!
