I found a gem, in all the craziness of inflation & prices- I paid UNDER 14$ for my oil change which included a tire rotation. And an inspection I have an oil leak & a few other things-the estimate was GREAT PRICE! Everyone was super nice & easy to talk to.. I didnt have an appt & they had me in & outta there in less than 45 mins-THIS IS A FOR SURE RETURN PLACE!! Ive been telling everyone about this little gem i found tucked away off of Boulder & Sahara by the Walgreens across the street from that Circle K. If ur sick of outrageous oil change prices go see these guys, u wont b disappointed!!

Awesome guys, I am an ASE Master, I am visiting the Vegas area. Love the trails, but not allowed to work on my cars where I am staying. These guys are right around the corner from me and both times I have broken my stuff they have worked it right out. Nice staff, knowledgeable and reasonable. I highly recommend them for your repair needs!They even completed a repair I started out in the high desert. Thanks for your help!!! AWESOME CREW!!!!

I took my car in with a check engine light. It turned into a major repair that took some time to get done. This being said, the work was done perfectly, my car runs like new again, the mechanics are all very knowledgeable and Omar the manager really took great care of me throughout the entire process. I've been taking my car to USA Auto for years, the prices are great, the workmanship is always on target and the customer service is always their top priority. I can't say enough good things about them, I always take my car to them and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend USA Auto for all your vehicle repairs and service.

Changed the coolant temperature sensor by the engine instead of by the radiator. Paid $700 for literally nothing to be fixed. And I told him the symptoms prior. (temperature gauge not marking correctly)For that, the coolant temperature sensor by the radiator needs to be changed. Smh Don't go.

I went here to get an alignment unfortunately, my very old vehicle that came from Colorado was quite rusted underneath so they were not able to do the work. He took the time to explain why he took me under my van, and showed me. He told me what would need to be replaced. He told me unfortunately he was not able to give me an alignment, and there would be no charge. Even though I did not have the repair done at this facility. I still appreciate the honesty because they could have completely ripped me off, took my money, sent me out the door, and I would have never have known. So I appreciate them keeping me safe.

I'm always completely satisfied with the work BJ and his crew put into my Highlander. Alex & Asiel are amazingly cool up front as well. BJ is super helpful and will SHOW ME exactly what is happening with the car on the lift which is just super helpful to me as a female. He's the only hands I'll allow under my hood from now on. I appreciate you all so much! Thank you for the excellent service & prices!!

If I could leave zero stars I would!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I brought my toyota corrolla in for the $49.99 diagnostic service to see why my car wouldn't start...I told them all the details of the OEM code ....they immediately told me I needed a new engine.... they left all my wiring and plugs unplugged under my hood...my spark plugs where left out laying under my hood..anything that could be unplugged was left unplugged....I didn't notice this till after I had my car towed back home and payed them for the diagnostic service ...in which they did nothing but do a compression test and unplug all my plugs...I should of read the reviews before taking my car here....DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY ARE A SCAM AND ILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. This place needs to be shut down they aren't professional or knowledgeable and can't be trusted!!! .

asked help in fixing my car door handle. They took my money upfront (about 500, because of parts and labor), and said theyd call when the part arrived. For the next Month, i called about the part, and was told it was on the way. Finally, i was told it was never ordered, and that theyd get on it. When i finally showed up to get it fixed, it took three hours to take the door a part and put the part in- when i finally go to open the door, its still stuck. Still broken. Turns out they didnt order all of the parts, but tried to tell me the door was fixed...while watching me not be able to open it. Then told me i would need to buy the part they didnt order AND pay for labor again. When i complained, they said they'd get back to me. Well, that was in november. So im out 500 bucks for a unfixed car door. I would never recommend them to anyone.

The extremely careful this place fails to provide estimates for work. Will do work without your consent trying to sign you up with finance company so they can pad the bills and rent themselves while scamming you

This will forever be my go to place for any services on my vehicle. These people are literally amazing ! Upfront . Honest , . They do not try to get over or over charge or have you get in needed work. They don t see a girl and instantly think they can run game. They literally saved my car and was so nice to me. Explained everything upfront in detail and did everything within their power to help. They offer multiple financing services and even without that they re affordable. Wait times are accurate if not better than what your told i literally just had an overall amazing experience. I stumbled upon the particular location and I m so glad i did. Thank you to everyone from the front desk to the garage. You guys are truly amazing !Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto brake replacement

0 STARS -This place is a scam. I have 2 cars w more problems now then before i took them here. They put used/defective parts in your cars make you come back over and over and over again. The managers are super unprofessional and disrespectful. They will lie threaten you. 4 managers in 8 months so they can keep running there scams. This place is a criminal enterprise, will take your money and ruin your car(s). If anybody in the comments is having issues with this place, they should go to the DMV and file a report and file a report with a Nevada attorney general. This place needs to be shut down not only this location but all of the USA auto locations. They will scam you till your car falls apart and you don't have one anymore. Let this be a warning there are better places to take your vehicle for repairs. You will be sorry if you take your car here.

I want to say had drifted into US auto repairs, and I was very satisfied with the customer service skills and how honest they were about what was wrong with my car. I went in to get a oil change and end up getting more help than I needed, and I was very blessed and grateful how honest it was that s what make a dealership or a auto place is how honest they are. I really like Alice because she look you right in your eyes and talk to you and tell you with her highlighter she tells you everything you need to know about your contract and I really like Bj because he tell you the real deal and Axel is just the bomb. He s such a gentleman I really like how he s out there doing his thing and he s take the car in right away and he show me everything that was wrong. He put the flashlight up to it and let me look at it and I really appreciate that because I don t know what s going on but they were able to show me and tell me and it really made me feel comfortable with the shop so thanks to US auto repair for helping me understand how to look for what s wrong with my car and this was a second opinion and I really enjoyed it. Thank you very much I get is a tin star modified by the 1010 stars yeah 10 stars.

Big shout out to this Auto Shop, and especially to Justin. Some jerk bag backed into my husband's Xterra and these guys not only had the vehicle fixed fast, it was totally affordable and they worked with us every step of the way. All my future car repairs will be done at this shop for as long as I'm in Vegas. Thank yall!!!

Absolutely Incredible customer service. We were at our very last hope with our 2000 FORD F150,when these angels from heaven were sent to us. Great honest and fair customer service.Many thanks to BJ , MIKEY AND ALEXANDRIA #1 IN LASVEGAS...

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE THEY ARE A SCAM BAIT AND SWITCH THEY HAVE HAD 3 MANAGERS IN 8 MONTHS I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR THERE 3 TIMES FOR THE SAME REASON THEY HAVE REPAIRED IT 3 TIMES THEY USE USED PARTS AND I PD BRAND NEW PRICES FOR USED PARTS. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. I HAVE 2 CARS I USED TO TAKE HERE UNTIL BOTH OF THEM KEPT HAVING PROBLEMS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE.The five star reviews have to be fake. They have to be paid people or friends and family of this establishment. There's no way that these people are getting five stars out of anybody being as rude as being as rude and disrespectful as they are no professionalism whatsoever. If you like your car, I recommend you take it somewhere else because this place will ruin your car. Let me say it again. This place will ruin your car and lie about it in your face and lie about it tell you something else wrong.

I just love this business. I have usually gone to the one on Pecos, but went to this location, and they did not disappoint. Went in to get a smog and oil change and left with the success of only 23.00 for all and that included tax!! You can t even get the oil and filter for that!! And smog? That is never found for this price ever!! The girls at the front were personality + and the service is always outstanding. Thank you once again, for a flawless experience!

I went to this repair shop to get my evaporative system looked at due to I couldn't pass smog, When I walked in I was greeted by Alex she was so friendly she let me know the process, the amount of time it would take for this to be done. Once the EVAP system was done BJ came out to talk to me, He was very direct when he came to talk to me he didn't beat around the bush he came and let me know everything that was wrong with my care and even showed me where everything was wrong. The thing he stated need to be fixed was something my pervious mechanic said he fixed. They treat you like you're buying a car. If you say no to something they vanish and come back basically make you think about it like a car dealership. They did this to my uncle, who is from another state. I had to call and talk to them as they disabled his vehicle. Once I called, they finally acted accordingly. They did make up for it by taking him to the regular autopart store the buy what they needed to repair his vehicle. It had a cut plug wire my uncle wanted new plugs put it too. I updated this as my uncle says his K1500 Suburban is running good. I think this shop could use a second chance.

I can honestly say that this is the best repair shop that I have patronized in Las Vegas. Juan who is the manager is very knowledgeable&professional about his craft, have an outstanding team of .mechanics as well as office personel.
