Came here for a smog they were quick & let me know of the problems my car had.Did not have the money today to fix it as I barely got the car running again. They did give me a quote on 2 repairs that was needed.Both guy at the counter & manger seemed like good people.Can't speak for car service but forsure go here for a smog if you got a small car. They have a little lobby with a television to help with young ones if you plan on bringing them along. I would say its a family friendly place. Also Applebees is next door if you really needed to wait for something to be fixed would not be a bad idea to do both.More than likely will have em mount new tires for me in the near future

They did a great job helping me understand why my automobile went through three starters all within a month and a half time frame. They have very fair prices and they have financing available if you're in a pinch with income.

Great for an oil change. But don t let them do anything that requires mechanical knowledge. Had 4 jobs done there. She refused to recognize the warranty , had to go somewhere else to get the issues fixed. Everything they touched was broken. The only job they actually were able to do was the oil change. 1 week at the shop, 3 thousand dollars later, and the car is worse than it was before I took it there. The management gets emotional quickly and refused to provide proof of purchase for parts, since they never actually changed the parts.

Zero stars. Charged me almost $600 for an oil change and for changing two headlights. I went in for a smog check and oil change only and they told me they needed to do a diagnostic for 150. Ended up telling me I needed $2800 worth of repairs because I failed smog but that it was okay because I could finance it . They said the same to all the people behind me. Took my car to a different place and they said I absolutely did not need $2800 worth of repairs and that I got scammed. Also, I asked the tech in the back a question and he gave me a snarky answer. How is this place still in business? I ll give one star back because the ladies in the front are very sweet.

Went in for a an oil change that cost me $90 and left with an oil leak, power steering leak and a radiator leak. They are professional crooks creating more problems on your vehicle to get more service. Please don t come here. They will disfigure your car! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED

I always come to this place to get work on my auto and their friendly and prices are reasonable and they do a good job every time I have done business with them I recommend this place if you're on a budget for some certain auto repairs thx for the service

I took my car just to do a smog test. Georgina said I need to do a drive cycle for $180. Never doing the drive cycle she then tells me I need to replace the battery with aMercedes battery $2000 dollars I pay that. At this point my car was in the shop over a week. She then tells me she can t do the drive cycle without a moving permit. Now if all I brought the car there for was a drive cycle why didn t she get a week ago when I dropped It off for the drive cycle and nothing else. Today I get a call saying she needs to order $5126.00 in parts because there s a problem with the breaks. When there was no issues with the breaks or original diagnostic. After making it seem like I had No option but to finance payments I reluctantly agreed. Something to me to go check things out myself. When I look At the battery it is not a Mercedes battery which I was Charged a lot of money for. She (sounding very caught) oh yeah I was gonna tell you I ll do a price adjustment. Mind you at this point we have been talking at least 5 times a day but she happened to leave that out. Transmission seem refurbished. She told me the breaks were not working. I drove the car all over the parking lot and the breaks were fine. After having enough of it and still not having the drive cycle done to get my smog test passed which is the only reason I brought the car in I decided I had enough and I wanted To take the car home and get a second opinion. They then proceeded to make me leave the property refusing to give my my car back because they ordered the parts mind you I ve already paid the 2000 for original repair and now you guys just made me finance 5000 more in repairs which you already have the money for and I was refused when asked for a price breakdown of everything. This sort of price gouging that your auto repair shops is highly against the law and I will be seeking legal counsel. Sad part is I didn t read reviews online exactly like this one I m writing until after you guys took my car hostage.WARNING STAY AWAY!!!

Went there for an oil change and a tune-up, and now my check engine light is on. After reading these reviews, I'm just going to take it to another mechanic to see if I should pursue legal action.

If I could give 100 stars I would!! Georgie is seriously such an amazing person!! She helped me in so many ways I didn t even think she could!! I m a working single mom with only one car that started overheating not only did Georgie and her team get it completed in immaculate time and fashion, she also provided me with financing options. I would have been walking/taking the bus in this heat with my babies, but because of their tenacity and dedication to treat customers as FAMILY I m going to pick up my car right now and we thankfully won t have to worry or stress about having reliable transportation anymore!! I won t EVER go to another auto shop and pay ridiculous prices again!!! Thank you guys!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was no the first stop for my car service here, I don't know what changed but I asked for a diagnosis of my car since a got yesterday a check engine lights, so I wasn't sure what going on on my car they asked for the service 89,99$, after 1 hours and half a lady came to me asking if I wanted to to a extra diagnosis because was so many code errors, I understand everything but they asked "kindly" an extra cost for 300$ without any sense.So you want me to pay 390$ to do an extra diagnosis? No even to the bmw dealer.Thanks but I work very hard like everyone else to make money this was my last visit here ... for ever

GEORGIE NOT GOOD AUTO SERVICE MGR. My vehicle towed 8.28.23. Georgie said $89 for diagnostic which bill came via text shop monkey for $300. I asked her about this difference. She said it doesn't matter if we do the work that will be taken off. She told me I had ignition issues, wiring, & I needed a fuse box. She said she'd work up price & sent me 3 links via text for financing. WOW....she called me back with price of $1685.00. I told her I qualified for financing with American 1st Finance. She asked how much were you approved for. I told her I wasn't going to tell her that amt. I was scared she'd make new amount that amt. I told her I couldn't afford $1685 & I didn't even qualify near that amt. After back & forth she said she'd fix my ignition issues, chg wiring, & put in New fuse box. I told her I needed oil change & smog. She said she'd do that @ no charge for $1300. I agreed. She said car should be ready by Thursday. I called & she said waiting on parts to come in. Understandable. No call Friday, Saturday, or Monday labor day 9.4.23. Tuesday 9.5.23 I called & she said they were finishing up my car.9.6.23 Wednesday car ready. Gloria gave me my keys. My key was bent & I asked why? Got no response. Walked to my car had difficult time getting vent key in to unlock door. I started car & car wouldn't get out of park. As I was fuming about issues to mechanic the keys fell out of my ignition & car was still running. Since they replaced ignition switch as part of solving original ignition issue they damaged my ignition cylinder apparently which I'm assuming why my key was bent as I was trying to get in my car. Georgie said she'd fix o/d situation & cylinder. Next thing I know she presents me with a bill for $169.05. This is above & beyond $1300 I'm financing. They bent my key, they broke cylinder not me so I told her I didn't have that. She said car will be ready tomorrow or next day. Friday 9.8.23 car ready via text msg. I go in office I told Gloria i needed to check my car that issues were fixed. Gloria handed me keys & old cylinder part. Georgie said I snatched keys from Gloria. My friend with me & that didn't happen. As I walked out to parking lot Georgie followed. She asked for my keys. I told her I wasn't gonna pay her $169.05 because they are the ones that damaged cylinder NOT ME. Cylinder not broken when dropped off. I called American 1st spoke with advocate Allison about what was going on. GEORGIE yelling @ me while on hold to Am 1st that she was calling police because i was trying to steal my car. No I was getting advice from American 1st finance. Allisonadvicate American 1st said pay it & America 1st will call me next week about issues with USA auto #8. When I went into to pay, Gloria was adding smog to invoice. Smog was originally agreed no charge & oil chg in $1300. They can go into their computer & alter originals customers agree upon. After argument again she's calling security & I'm 86. USA did the work & I have warranty for 1 year so owner will have to deal with any issues if anything happens. Owner needs a qualified service writer manager that doesn't lie to customers & overcharge. Georgie creates unhappy customers & ratings proves it.

Worst manager I ve ever dealt with. I dropped my car off for a diagnostic and agreed to pay $50. Nobody contacted me for the first five days regarding my car. And now it s been 2 1/2 weeks and I got a bill for almost $600 from them for storage fees. And on top of that they re trying to charge me another $450 to get another diagnostic on the car. All they have done is told me what I already knew. When I dropped off my car in the information I gave them. I have tried calling to speak with the manager and she is so beyond rude and will not stop interrupting me and I am unable to even ask questions. I told her that I am recording our conversation so she will not be able to screw me over and that s when she just hung up on me.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Georgie was amazing!! As well as the whole staff! Everyone was so helpful and they had such wonderful and amazing deals! I came in for a smog check and ended up walking out with a free oil change and a free tire rotation. I ve also come here at the very last minute in the past and they are so gracious and always make sure I get taken care of. I have LITERALLY NOTHING BUT ALL STAR (pun intended ) 10 stars gazillion stars to give to this place. Consider yourself lucky if you happen to stumble upon this hidden gem located a little further north in the boulevard mall parking lot ish! Georgie, Alex and April will take care of you. Georgie is the manager and the mechanics are so kind and attentive as well! Thanks All Star Auto #8 You guys rock!

On July 6, 2023, I drove my 2007 Saturn Outlook XE to investigate the reason why I smelled gasoline.I previously had my SUV repaired by USA AUTO REPAIR# 8 and thought since the service of the previous service manager work out okay, I assumed it would be alright to bring it again.Wrong...this is some 1863 Southern BS.Enter the new service manager, Georgia Ann , whom after speaking with I could tell she was not a real service manager, and her auto repair knowledge was lacking. Anyway, she told me we could write up the vehicle as a diagnosis and so it was brought into the shop.The mechanic lifted my vehicle and told me the fuel pump was not working and a new one is needed.Wait! The one I have is not working? REALLY? I told her- I just drove the SUV from Riverside- straight here to this shop.Next enters another mechanic, who let me say did not speak good English says, Fuel tank no good .Wouldn't you ask yourself: SELF? If I can drive your vehicle for four hours from Riverside, CA to Las Vegas straight, no breakdown, full tank and came straight to USA AUTO REAPIR shop. Wouldn t you think that logically these are "Ripoff" facts are nothing but lies told by a liar? Hell Yell!There is more to come...

Nice clean shop. Great deal on oil change only $19. The price for the repair was too steep. A $1300 estimate and with some leg work got it down to around $400.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!Please for god sake done go here, i went for a simple oil change and they told me about 4k dollars worth of things where wrong and started asking me about financing, i didn t trust it so I went to meineke to just have them look and they went over the list that USA auto provided full of things wrong with my car and found that they where all lies. Then the oil change that auto USA gave started leaking so I had meineke do it instead and now poof no leak. Don t go here.Service: Oil change

I went for an oil and filter change, they charged me $34.00, I was there about 40 minutes from arrival to completion, best part is the waiting room has a glass and you can see while they service the vehicle the entire time, I will return.

This place is a rip off. New management every time u go there.Over priced. Half decent work. They focus on too many other issues other than what u brought your car there for..save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else. The Female manager Georgy will be out of there soon I'm sure. Horrible customer service

This place is a total scam! My son went in for a simple oil change. He is in Vegas going to college. They told him his car was too dangerous to drive because of all the things wrong with it! They wanted to charge him over $3000 to fix it. He said no, just change the oil. When they changed the oil they stripped the oil pan and put the oil filter on so loose that it was constantly dripping oil. He decided to take it to a different place. They looked at the car and said NONE of those things are wrong with it. Except now needing a new oil pan! $300 later! This place saw a college kid and thought they would make a buck (or $3000) off of him (or me really!) Shame on them! Never use this place!!!!Service: Oil change

Ricky and Brandon were amazing. They got me fixed up cheaper than anywhere else that had quoted me, and explained everything that needed to be done. They truly went above and beyond for me! 10/10 would recommend

The Ladies and Fellas at this auto repair were sssooooooo nice!!!! The prices for services are reasonable and they offered specials and other ways to pay! I'll be visiting them again soon!

Went in for an oil change, and was met with a warmth you don't expect at a autoshop that isn't a big name like Pepboys or Firestone. Did not feel confident at all as a previous mechanic tried telling me that my car needed work that would be in the THOUSANDS. Low and behold they were pulling my leg, the guys at USA AutoZone were miffed as to why I was given information like that. They reassured me that if there really was a problem like the other shop claimed it wouldve been evident enough that even I would have heard it, and I don't know much about cars like that to begin with. The mechanics at USA had their hands full with many others being there but still made the experience amazing and memorable. Definitely will be back. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
