I randomly came in here because I was actually on the east side of town and needed a smog check and noticed that they had a coupon for $7.77 for a smog check for just checking in. So that s why I came here. She was very friendly as soon as I entered at the desk. it was also pretty quick only took 15 minutes. Plenty of places to sit on the inside when I was there. And when I love most about this place is that the guy didn t try to sell me stuff at the end. He actually said my car was in great condition which for 2004 is pretty good. But I did just get my car fixed last December so it had better be in good condition. Haha! But I know sometimes with these places they try to sell you other things but this location did not which I was thankful for! Super super nice and super friendly.

Great Management! I really ENJOY this store. They found out my wants and needs. WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED they pickup my vehicle from another auto Mechanic store. That did not work on my blown transmission for TWO MONTHS. USA AUTO #4 gave me a better deal and had my car fixed in ONE WEEK! If you need help and GREAT SERVICE go to USA AUTO SERVICE #4. They will take care of you!

Second and last time that I go to this place ......they wanted to charge me for the same service that they performed a month before. Don't trust this place. I had to give one star because it wouldn't let me post the review with no stars. The problem they attract people wit cheap oil change and smog check prices. But at the end they call you over to show you, you have more car problems. In my case I was told I needed to replace a belt in my car and I went back to have it done... next month I went back to have an oil change service they wanted to perform the same service which I have already paid for ....very

Just got approved to get my car fixed and I was only coming for a smog check!! My first visit became my permanent place to have service done at all times.. Won t go to any other place! The manager was exceptionally nice. He showed me where some of my problems was on my car and I can t thank him more enough. The receptionist is so sweet and nice and very professional!

I went in to get an oil change (advertised as $9.99 on the signs outside) but was $54.99 after speaking with the manager. Immediately after I left my brakes started to grind. I took my vehicle back to the location the next day. The manager wanted me to believe it was by coincidence that this happened. After he had just told me he recommended brake repairs to my account. This place rips you off. Do not go to this business if you're a single woman because they will take advantage of you. I know my vehicle was tampered with.

Went to USA number for because I've been there many times and they always have great service. However, the last time I went there was some kind of miscommunication which resulted in me not getting the servicerequested. That person is no longer working there. However, the manager, Jesse, took full responsibility gave me everything I had asked for plus more. Seriously. He went way above and beyond. Amazing service service! Highly recommend!

There's a difference between mechanics and Technicians... this place is young boy mechanics. Service manager Damon only been manager for two months, inexperienced. They tried to quote 6 ignition coils for $900. Went into the office to apply pressure, sure enough service advisors went into hiding and manager Damon walked around outside for 20 mins before comming into the office as the manager. When i asked about the diagnosis of the coils, i was told there was no diagnosis, no testing of any kind they just wanted to replace the coils. So how were 6 coils the cause of concern? Inexperienced all around. Don't recommend this place. Go else where for honest work and accurate diagnosis with reports to back up their sale. All of their excuses were "I just started here" along with the service manager Damon.(UPDATE)Misfires were cause by oil filling up the spark plug tubes. Had a Professional technitian remove the valve cover only to find the spark plug tube seals were never installed when the valve covers were resealed by this shop less than a year ago! Don't bring your vehicle here

Mgs Jesse (flavor of this month) out to make money since he's new. I visited 2 weeks ago to discuss issue & he doesn't listen to customers that tell him the truth. He's on the side of Corp office or owner instead of his customers. Advice to new customers make sure flavor of the month Jesse or next mgr (big turnover with staff) to put it in writing for your protection moving forward if repairs are needed. Promised something & that not happening or pricing changes. Advice... If they put in parts make sure they give you back what they took out of your vehicle. I know USA #4 & USA #8 lie to protect their jobs...

Heads up! As of 9am this morning (11/16/2023) their smog machine was being serviced and the power was out. Not a good day to stop in if you can wait.Usually, these guys are really quick, just not rn.

I went in for a diagnostic check for my engine after searching for an opening, I came across this shop. Jesse was very knowledgeable when I approached him with my concern, very professional. It didn't take very long, the staff was very polite. I'm glad I found this place!

Took my son's truck in to have a oil change and received a call from Alex thatvI needed to replace the serpentine belt. I ok'd it and a week later his truck is broken down with a busted belt. I go in to the shop and the manager tells me I have to tow it in and pay for the tow. He will replace the part only. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I was waiting across the street to get a smog check at Jiffy smog,but the employer was not on time for work. I got tired of waiting! So I called the shop across the street and I was finally helped. I got a smog check for my work truck. After trying to get a smog check 4 other places I found these guys. They helped me and were very nice. Customer service was awesome. If you need a smog check or other auto service check them out.

Antifreeze was spilling out and it was overheating . So I had left it there they said give them couple hours . I Was charged $880 and ripped off . Invoice describes two holes and cap was replaced I did my research late the parts that was replaced cost $118 . I went for the vehicle and my other mistake was not inspecting there . My husband and I inspected , Holes look the same old ones.So today my vehicle smoke came out of the front and spilled all antifreeze out Left Me stranded , the radiator light came on and my check engine light came on . What a disgrace Don't take your vehicle to USA Auto Service They Will rip you off . They can't be trustedUpdate two weekends ago I was left Stranded , this is Bad service. I paid 4700 dollars and still without a vehicle you don t treat customers like this. Also have a warranty on my engine for 12months and they refuse to change it for the third time. But god has my back sense they did not. Also they didn t tell me my engine was coming from the junk yard tell after I paid them almost 5000 dollars! And this is from the pecos store don t let them lie to you they stole 4800 dollars from me buy not abiding by the warranty!!!!!!!!

Fraudulent service on a senior citizen. Completely unacceptable. Tried to bilk her out of $3800. Conveniently under the criminal fraud limit. DO NOT GO!!

I should've read the reviews, that's my fault. Jesse is the biggest con artist liar, he acts calm like he's doing you a favor with the prices but is actually over charging for everything. Of course after agreeing for certain parts to be fixed, he calls and says more things are wrong. Classic shady mechanic. Now I'm worried he might've sabotaged my car so it will break down soon. I have to take it all across town to a better known mechanic. Also, Jesse wanted to hold my car hostage, started telling me i need to have certain things fixed before I can drive it out, and wouldn't take no for an answer until he realized I wasn't going to pay more of those absurd prices. Such a bad shop. I only brought it here because it's down the street from my place. Never again! Everyone's been warned. Please read the reviews first. This place is a joke. Don't bring your car here unless you're ready to be scammed.

Cheap, fast, and friendly. I got my 30k mile maintenance done there about 6 months ago and when I took it back today for a smog check they recommended the exact same work. It is unfortunate that they recommend service that isn't needed.

This shop ripped me off for $20!! Charged me for ''two extra quarts of oil'' because according to the woman that wrote up the the work order, my 83 chev c/20 takes 7 quarts of oil w/filter! So called 'manager' said that because the motor had ''so many leaks, i was NOT supposed to change the oil, but i did you a favor!'' Did he illegally work on my truck?! I have my truck parked same space over 22 years with NO OIL SPOTS on my space! Now I have a puddle AFTER THEY CHANGED MY OIL!!! RIPPOFF!! Kid spilled oil on my motor while trying to fill motor with long funnel and a big UGLY jug of oil!! KEPT SPILLING OIL!!! With a $9.99 coupon for complete oil change with filter and up to 5 quarts of 5/30 new oil, they added 2 ''EXTRA QUARTS'' at $10 bucks apiece equals a $36.38 charge!! RIP OFF!!!Service: Oil change

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR SMOG CHECK! Pay the extra $15 at an inspection station and avoid getting scammed.The scam starts with the low price of $9.99 which is the cheapest that you're going to find locally. But don't be fooled thinking you're going to save a few bucks by going to them. They're not looking to make a profit from the smog check. Because it's mandatory, customers will always keep coming. The price is designed to lure you in so they can set you up for the scam.How the scam works. When you first show up you'll be greeted by the person at the desk and she'll ask you "Is this your first time here?" Her question translates to "Is it ok if we scam you?" Your reply "Yes [I'm new here]" means "Yes, go ahead and scam me". Then she offers you "free services" to make you more vulnerable to the scam.DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING in your car and STAY WITHIN EYESIGHT OF YOUR CAR at all times. Don't wait in the lobby. If they take your car somewhere out-of-view, GO WITH YOUR CAR. If you don't see it, there's nothing to prove they actually performed the service unless you're familiar with your car.A smog test should only take about 5 mins unless there are people ahead of you. Any longer means they're going through your car looking for things to tell you are wrong. They look for things that you likely have no knowledge of and explain that it needs your attention. If they can't find any problems with your car, they'll make some. I'll explain that in a sec.After the mechanic finishes damaging your car (unknown to you) he brings it back, then comes the b.s. Hopefully you pass the smog test because if not, you're in for a bigger scam. This is where he gives you a list of items that were found wrong with your car with at least one that needs your "immediate attention".The total of all repairs is going to be several hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Remember, you only came here for a $10 smog check. You politely decline the small items but you're concerned about the major ones. If you fall for the scam, you'll pay for the repairs without regard. If the cost is outside your budget, they'll offer you a b.s. "discount" and even offer "financing options".Don't fall for any of it, DECLINE EVERYTHING. The scam works for them because they're going to find or create something very small and present it to you as something major. In my case, they broke a small plastic part to my car that caused noise that it wasn't making before. I know they were looking through my car because I noticed a few trim panels popped out of place. Also, they made a leak where there wasn't one before. They'll tell you that if you don't get this fixed now, you're going to run into bigger issues and it'll cost a lot more to fix later.Again the scam works when you have no knowledge about the issue. They try to make you worry and agree to pay the high cost on panic. And they make out even more when all they're going to do is "undo" whatever they did to your car (ex. replace the broken small plastic part, tighten up the leaky hose, etc).Truth is the issue is most likely minor and if you do a little research on youtube, you'll learn that you can fix it yourself fairly easy at nowhere near the cost that they told you. I fell for this scam once before at a different place. They make the repairs but since it wasn't that bad to begin with, they'll hold your car for a few days to make you think that the problem was much worse than what it really was.This time I bought what I needed on Amazon for about $40 and fixed everything myself, whereas they told me it would cost around $400. To add insult, they stole my jumper cables. I didn't notice they were gone until the next day since I kept them under the floorboard where the spare tire is.That's why it's important to know about your car before and take everything out of your car before giving them the keys. But above all DON'T GO HERE in the first place. Pay the little extra money for your smog check and save yourself from getting scammed and losing a lot more money in the long run.Service: Auto emissions testing

Anyone interested in a class action lawsuit against this shop needs to contact me!!! I really should have read the reviews before going here! They charged me 800 dollars to steal my AC Delco distributor (nothing wrong with it) and replace it with a 30 dollar Chinese one. Almost didn't make it home it was so far out of timing. I get home and open the hood, parts missing, sloppy install, I timed the engine by EAR better than they had it The irony was all I wanted was a muffler and a smog waiver. Justin lied and told me he could do that, even though the laws had changed!! I'm a car guy, so I'll fix what needs to be fixed MYSELFHow are these people still in business???Oh yeah, folks like me who don't read reviews ;)

Horrible service, Horrible management.Paid over $2400 to "fix" my car the first day I was "guaranteed" my check engine, brakes, and awful sound my car was making wouldn't be anymore.I return later on that day, it's like they never worked on my car all the lights were still on. Had to return 2 more times for them to once again "fix" my car.Santos had told me that I never let the gentleman know about my car making a noise.Regardless if I told them or not THAT IS THEIR JOB to check what is wrong with my vehicle when the customer is paying for a diagnostic check.Last day my car was finally "fixed" it was running okay, sure enough this morning the same lights come on this place is the absolute worst, customer service and mechanical wise. Not once did I get an apology for this people I just had to keep wasting my time and returning the vehicleTerrible communication.Filing a complaint with the better business bureauPLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY COMING HERE!I WILL MAKE SURE I LET EVERYONE I KNOW AND THEM SOME TO NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE.
