SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMER! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE ON PURPOSE AND THEN CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND LEG FOR REPAIRS WHICH THEY WILL THEN SABOTAGE! HUTCH AND ALL HIS MECHANICS ARE SCAMMERS!I had just moved to Nevada and bought a used car that was in GREAT condition. Took it to Jiffylube for a basic oil change and radiator flush, no problems, no leaks, NOTHING! After that, all it needed was an O2 sensor replaced so that it could pass a smog check for registration, THATS IT! I decided to try them out for a cheap diagnostics that HUTCH said they wouldn t charge me for once they found the problem and repaired it.I waited for almost two hours and wondered why it was taking so long. Well, it turns out while I was waiting, they were busy DAMAGING one of my radiator hoses (the one that connects the cap to the radiator)! Once they finished, HUTCH showed me the leak, which looked as if someone had indeed pulled off the hose and let out all my fluid onto the garage bay floor and said Oh, it turns out your radiator is cracked and leaking and the whole thing needs to be replaced and it s dangerous to drive it like this followed by showing me a list of all the other issues they found that needed to be addressed, which included spark plug replacement and a fuel injection service they referred to as a sea foam cleaning and then finally showed me that the O2 sensor did need to be replaced. They were trying to charge me over $1500 for all these other problems that had nothing to do with what I had originally went in for. Whats worse is that when I became upset and told them that there was no problems with the radiator prior to bringing the car in, HUTCH began to talk down to me and insult me by saying What? You dont have the money? Really? You can t pay for this? and then suggested I get on a finance plan to be able to pay off the charges.I told him to get my car down and that I was going somewhere else, which visibly irritated him and his attitude got worse. I had no choice but to pay the $120 for the diagnostics fee because I refused to pay for the repairs and services. I decided to take matters into my own hands and examined the radiator hose myself. At first I thought it was just loosened and made to look as if the radiator was leaking, so I tightened the hose and drove for a few days only for it to start leaking AGAIN! This time, I pulled the hose off and whatta ya know, the hose had a small cut in it where it was leaking, as if someone took a box cutter and cut into the hose.I went out to buy a new hose and replaced it myself. It only cost me about $30 and now there is NO PROBLEMS AT ALL! NO LEAKS, NOTHING! The radiator is in top shape and functions normally as it should. Then I decided to replace the spark plugs and the O2 sensor myself. Complete success and it only cost me under $100 bucks for each replacement. The car passed smog and was registered later that week.In conclusion, HUTCH and all his goons are running a scamming operation and need to be put out of business. I m going to repost this and the following pictures below on all other review sites they are on and will be talking to a lawyer about legal ramifications and lawsuits. I m sick and tired of mechanics scamming unsuspecting customers and it needs to be put to an end!

I wrote this review over a month ago and didn t realize it did not post.. Probably because I used a mean word.. so I cleaned it up some..This place is a prime example of why average folks don t trust mechanics. I needed a smog check and ended up allowing them to do a free inspection also.. They insisted I needed almost $3K in repairs and refused to do the smog check until these repairs were done.. because it would be too dangerous to drive this car.First of all, this is an old beater work car with 150K miles on it and has had a very slight water leak in which I simply top off the reservoir maybe once a month. They insisted the water leak was severe .. and also said nobody will smog this vehicle in the condition it s in . That s not true. I m not even sure what other repairs they had in mind.. The car drives and runs fine. Slight leaks (a drip here and a drip there).I told them to give me the keys and I ll be on my way. Drove one mile down the road and instantly got my smog check from another location without any problem whatsoever .Yes, this old car could probably use some repairs.. but insisting I absolutely must have the severe repairs before they would do the smog test is a opposite of a good deal . Fortunately I m smart enough to know what repairs are a must and what can be put off.. Topping off my reservoir once a month with coolant has worked for years.. don t need to spend 700 bucks for a thermostat and housing.To top things off he said he would waive the $80 diagnostic fee .. What?! It was a free inspection from the beginning They really believe everyone is opposite of smart .

Very unhappy on what occured to me at this location. You come in for the 9.99 smog test but they will have a reason you need something else to your car.They said my car was low on oil even though I had changed my oil two months prior. They put excessive oil in the engine then it needed thus creating an oil leak.Later did I find out the tech also opened a coolant drain beneath the car and didn't close it all the way. This created a leak for the coolant.Someone stole a pair of earbuds Bluetooth earphones and a wrench from my trunk.This place won't take responsibility for the damages for your car. This place is a total scamWhoever worked on my car is thief and doesn't know how to work on cars.This place is predatory. They will find a reason to work on your car when you don't need too.

Came in for a smog since I came here last year and was happy with the service. Last year when I came in I was told for smog tests to park in front of bay 2 in the middle so I did the same this time . However like most places new owners and new employees. The manager comes in the office while I m speaking to the front desk and interrupts and says is that your car in front of the bay I stated yes he says move your car your blocking the bay.I finished up my paperwork with the front desk and she took my keys. The keys were given to the techs. The manager Hutch brings my keys to me and rudely states I must move my car even though they are about to preform a smog on it so I say to him you want me to move my car so you can move it right back to the same place he says yes. I deal with shops all week long due to working in the automotive field he will be the reason I never visit this establishment EVER again. Just need the owners to know what a rude jerk they have as a manager here . SMH. A shame

I m writing this review for my 80 year old father in law that doesn t speak English.They don t deserve a single star on here but I have to choose it in order to write a review.We were all out of town when my father in laws battery died on his vehicle. He drove up they replaced the old battery, and charged him $422 for service.We got so upset he was taken advantage of when we heard about it, so my husband called the store first to ask how much is the battery replacement for the type of car and over the phone they said $189. My husband went to store with my father in law to get an explanation of why they ripped him off when same service is costing $189 and they had no explanation.I would stay away from business like this!Service: Auto battery replacement

Came here to do a smog test and was told it ll be 20 minutes and I end up staying 1 hour to get the smog check when it only takes 5 mins. Have people sitting around chit chatting taking their sweet time. Yes it s $9.99 but is it worth it? ABSOLUTELY NOT. They won t value your time. I m a business owner and now I m late to open up my own Business. Thanks U.S.A Auto Service. You won t have my business anymore!! Just be honest with your customers and give them proper time it actually takes.

Hutch and his repair team were an indispensable force of nature for me this weekend. They not only helped me with financing for some major jobs on my 2006 Toyota Corolla, but were instrumental in returning a sound I have not heard from my cluttering and clattering vehicle in a while...the almost silent purr of a finely tuned engine.I have gone to USA Auto in the past and will continue to follow Hutch and his team.Thank you, Hutch and USA Auto team for your help to keep my 200,000 mile car on the road, just a bit longer.

I ve spent years getting an oil change from Jiffy. I was looking for a cheaper deal in August so I came to this USA Auto Service #3. I ended up paying almost the same amount. I visited a different location for a smog check 2 weeks later not realizing it was the same company. They informed me that whoever touched my car last did not reinstall my engine cover and the oil filter that was just installed was leaking (I saw the leak). I came back to this shop just to be argued with and not allowed to finish speaking, being told they see nothing wrong with the filter. I asked them to at least unscrew it to look at it but they said because they don t see anything immediate, they can t do anything. I brought the car back the the USA Auto Service #11 on Flamingo/Jones where they took care of me fully and had to apologize for the other shop.

There is a mechanic who thinks he's so slick with that attitude, I come in for a simple oil change- after he drains my oil then he suggested to do extra maintenance but I declined and asked for the original service request and he refused to do it... so he leaves my car without any motor oil !!!! L

Beware!! I brought my Camaro here because oil pressure gauge was reading low and they tried to convince me to finance the repair cost because supposedly the oil pump was bad. They charged me to check the oil pressure and all it was, was the oil pressure switch.. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!

They drove my car without my permission ran my gas out my car, lied about the part not arriving on time car was there for 2weeks and I prepaid $1000 dollars. Still waiting for my refund for the part that they never put on my car. I've learned never to prepay again, check my mileage and take photos of my car before leaving it for service. They are so unprofessional and someone needs to take responsibility 4 my rim and my hubcap. I recommend no one leaves their car with them because they lie and they are very manipulative and they hide behind one another instead of treating people right and fair with quality service.

Good experience at this location. Was there for a smog test, which was done with no waiting.The waiting area was very well kept and clean. As for the receptionist, there are no comments.A technician advised me that my brake fluid was low and needed service and identified the rear wheels mentioned, probably new brake pads needed.

Stay away!!! Owner/manager rude and disrespectful. I told him what I wanted and he said you don t tell me I tell you what you need I had been going there for years ..never again. Shop was empty it s no wonder. Stay far away from this place

We were almost killed by this store!This store put customer's life in danger! And they don't even care about it!It's been more than a day since we call the store and email the company telling them that their technician did not install the parts they should and even put wrong parts on my vehicle that caused the vehicle's brake stopped working suddenly while we were driving on the road.Missing brake padMissing boltAnd wrong bolt installed that damaged sensor, caliper etc.And they just ignoring their customer. No apologies. No response. And we were almost killed because of their mistakes.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

For years I did my oil change etc. but this time I needed to get my breaks checked (11/12/2022) and was told that I needed new rotors and breaks, front and back and also when I break something was leaking, I said ok just change my break pads, he said no you need to pay $480 to do the full breaks. I told him to show me the rotors and they were fine I know how to check them myself. I told him I didn t want his services and left.The next day I found a mechanic to check the car, my front break pads were at 80% good! the back breaks were good too, the rotors they were in great condition, the leak . What leak? NO LEAK! Everything was fine Being a woman they always try to rip you off I will never go to that place again.Service: Brakes

I ve been coming to this service shop for over 5 years now. Due to my 16 hour work day schedule I hardly have time to leave a review. But the manager Josh and Dave or Mike, not sure of the name I m bad with remembering them, went above and beyond to help me get my car into shape. Even though it wasn t any major repairs it was still a major issue for me. The customer service was on point , extremely professional, personable and definitely fixed my car within the day. These gentlemen are a great asset to the company. I m glad they are there because I feel good my car will be fixed correctly.

I had taken my car to the usual automotive place to get my yearly smog check completed. After waiting 30 minutes or more (always a long wait there) the person performing the smog advised me that the machine used for smog check was not working and could not be specific as to when it would be fixed. The person mentioned USA Auto performed the service and for the same price if $9.99.I called them up to see if their machine was functional. I was greeted by a pleasant lady that assured me that it was functional and the price was $9.99.I arrived at the location and was greeted. The lady told me the approximate wait time was 25 minutes and took my key. In 15 minutes she called my name, rang me up, and handed me my keys.My experience was so great that I took my sons car there to be smog checked. Again excellent experience. I was told 30 minute wait because they were short on staff. Well 15 minutes and I was paid, received document, and headed home!So wish I knew about USA Auto sooner. I now have me entire family going there and they have been just as impressed with the service they received as well!!Great work and a big thank you to the staff members serving at the #3 USA Auto location.

Go on for an oil change should take 10 minutes takes over an hour because they have to find 100 things wrong with car every time. Each mechanic gives different quotes. Got a quote for shocks and struts $1500 another says 595. Oil change cheap might start going somewhere else pay more for less headache and up selling overpriced service chargesService: Transmission

Super nice receptionist however I brought my car here for their $9.99 oil change. I usually change my own oil but didn't want to hassle this time, but when I told her i brought my own filter and special synthetic oil I wanted them to use, she quoted me a price of $25. Huh? "So you charge me 2 1/2 more to use my own oil?" And she says, "Yup."I don't care if I drove 30 min for the "convenience" of having someone else do it for me. I'll change it myself...and I did it in about the same amount of time it took me to drive here. I'll know not to waste my time again. Ha! Crazy thing, the last time it was $9.99 even though they used my oil then, too. I have the receipt to prove it.

These guys are awesome! I've brought my car here for a couple of small things in the past like oil changes, etc. This time I brought it them because I noticed pulling and shaking when I drove my car. I had to get the whole bottom front part of my car with shock replacements done.I didn't doubt them because they've been great every time but I often get nervous that these shops will try to take advantage and try to tell me that things need to be repaired that are perfectly fine because so many do to make a buck. That was definitely NOT the case. Charles at Auto Service #3 took me step my step through what was happening with my car and was not only honest but when I compared the work that needed to be done with prices online, I knew he also gave me an incredible deal. He also went through what was a priority and what things I could wait on getting done because he knew I was trying to be cost effective but the deal for the job was so good that I knew I wouldn't get that anywhere else. Charles really took care of me and my car and he and his guys really put a lot of love and care into the repair work. And, they made sure I had my car back in no time. My car is over ten years old and drives like a brand new car. I'm so grateful for them.

These guys are so busy trying to find what's wrong. I sat at the shop for over 4-5 hours & they still were trying to find issues so I can pay more money after I pad $1,000... never again, lost a customer....

Reasonable prices, friendly service, and very honest people! If they make a mistake on the quality of service, they will make it right. Thomas is one of the most honest mechanics I have used. They've done my maintenance on my 03 Buick Century for 6 years now, started with a new rebuilt V8 engine, then new rack & pinion steering, new starter just now, all oil changes and other things. Always quick and best price I could find! Best auto service center I have ever used in my 80 years with over 60 years experience!

Amazing work & customer service !! Friendly environment & reasonable pricing. I think the managers name is Chris. He explained everything in detail. Fixed my window, rear mirror, heater & hoses. He even fixed my seatbelt and went out of his way to find the lowest price available for material. I ve been here a few times & I will definitely be back! Thank you !!
