I know NOTHING about cars. I had a baby before I had a driver's license since I lived in Chicago and New York City.But now I have two cars and I have to take care of them. The Ford dealers in town do great work on my Focus but their labor rates are 15 percent higher I discovered when I had transmission troubles.So I feel relieved I found USA Auto Service just right around the corner from my home. I feel I can trust them.Every time I need a part, Damon comes out and shows me the dirty/broken one. He respectfully lets me decide.We all need SMOG tests to renew our license plates. USA Auto does SMOG fast... and at the best price I've found in the southwest.They are also cost-effective on oil changes, even with the expensive synthetics I like.The women at the front desk are always smiling and knowledgeable. They know how to establish boundaries and keep everyone in line.The waiting room is small but cozy. I like to wait outside when the weather's nice.You can't make an appointment. You just show up. I like to go first thing in the morning but late afternoon works too.Trust is a hard thing to earn. So far they have truly earned mine.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I had gone to the USA Auto Service (Rancho location) for my oil changes for over three years until they attempted to defraud me into purchasing coolant service that I did not need. After I wrote a review and blew the whistle on the Rancho location s misconduct, I figured it would be unwise to return to an untrustworthy location and leave my vehicle with employees who might seek retribution.I called various places searching for an oil change, and the price quotes were significantly higher than USA Auto Service, so I decided to try a new location. The building is clean and located in an area of town, perfect if you have a lengthy wait as there are many restaurants and stores in the area. I ate lunch at Arby s while I received an oil change and the mechanics did their standard vehicle checks.I am well aware of the work that I need to have done to my vehicle and the recommendations that I received checked out! It shows that this particular location is trustworthy! I will return to this location for my future oil changes! I highly recommend this business for its service, honesty, and wait-friendly neighborhood.

This store lies... went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and smog. I left with an oil change done, smog check that didn't pass, and apparently my tires weren't rotated as I specifically asked them to do but I'm noticing now on the paperwork wasn't completed. I also left with a list of work they claimed needed to be done. About $3500 worth. Low and behold... as I decided to get a second opinion, I went to a friend and was told they were trying to rip me off!!! I drove to a different smog place, it passed! When will people learn if you can trust a mechanic they'll have you for life. Screw this place!!! I'll never go here or send anyone here again!!!

Had a great experience. I recently moved to NV and was not versed in what cars need out here. Chevy was very thorough and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me and gave me notes for future services. I didn t feel pressured or anything when I was finished. The girl up front was also very nice. Highly recommend for services.

I would give no stars but had to give one to write this review. This is the worst place ever I have had service my car from the high interest rate of 169.99%, to the fact my car still doesn't run. I have to do the repairs they did over. They are thieves and liars and didn't do the work they said they did. They lied to me and said my car was vandalized and told my insurance claim agent it was not vandalism.. I'm filing insurance claim because of them. I'm filing a complaint with the better Business Bureau and more. Don't go there save your car from their abuse. I paid five thousand dollars for repairs not done to my car, my car still does not run. I noticed if a bad review is left they say, they cannot find records of any vehicle the post is referencing, that's just another lie. I brought car in because check engine light was in and needed smog cert to register car they didn't smog car before giving me estimate and telling me what was wrong, which I had to finance to fix and I'm still paying every month but my car doesn't run.

Absolutely horrible company/service. I brought my Mercedes to this place to convert my air suspension to coils (provided my own coil kit). Not only did this take several days to be completed, the suspension bypass module (came with kit) was also lost, so my vehicle doesn t function as should. They lost piece itself cost nearly $400 alone. Other issues related to my steering is now also an issue. Today, while washing my car I noticed small dings around my wheel fender, which explains why I was previously told that they wasn t sure my kit would fit. Dealing with this company is very regretful you get less than what you pay for with this company. Future reference .paying with cash, gets you no proof of serve nor receipt.

Finding a good mechanic is hard. Today this place has restored a bit of confidence to me. My mechanic Chevy, was very well spoken and took the time to show me the issues of my car. The front of staff was also very helpful. Highly recommend.

$9.99 for SMOG BUT you might have to wait for a while as they clear up their other work first. It is NOT an in and out type of SMOG check. If you can "spare" your time waiting, may be it is good for you, but not for me.

USA Auto Service #2 left my car in an unsafe condition. The battery was not properly secured after transmission exchange which caused multiple engine malfunctions. This was confirmed by the Mazda dealer.

On May 11, 2023, I went to this location to get an emission check for NVDMV. I was not aware that my 2021 Hyundai was not required to have an emission test for renewal, but they told me that I required one. Of course, the next day, I was told by DMV staff that I was required to do the emission test until next year.My problem with them lying to me is that the certificate only cost me $10. but if I had needed any work, how do you trust a business that does the wrong thing for $10.00 and takes advantage of someone's ignorance?Service: Auto emissions testing

Honestly I've been using this place for their $7.77 smog check special for several years on all my vehicles, cheapest in town without needing coupons. Just check in thru Yelp.They do suggest oil change every so often but I always decline politely as I have life time oil change already somewhere else, and they were nice about it and didn't push further. As for other car services I fortunately have no need as my vehicles are quite new. So really can't comment on service here. The rating is strictly for smog check and service usually were prompt.Update end of June 2023: informed by staff that no longer have Yelp Smog special of $7.77. Now it is $9.99. still reasonably enough.

I went in for a smog test close to closing time. There were others ahead of me and I thought I would be turned away. Super fast and friendly customer service! This will be the only place I go for my smog test!

They entice you in with a cheap oil change then try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. Normal car repair shady business, but they also left my oil cap off and oil sprayed all over the front of my car and the engine compartment. Very dissatisfied.

Came in for an oil change and was warned that I'd have to print out the coupon instead of just showing it next time. Asked the technician if he could loosen an alternator bolt for me. Was quoted $80 for one minute of work. Was willing to pay a fair amount, but $80 is ridiculous. Avoid if you can, lots of other places with great reviews in close proximity that help out customers.Service: Oil change

Went in for a $10 oil change girl asked 5w30 said no car takes 10w30 asked if I wanted synthetic oil said no regular. Never said extra charge if not 5w30. They put synthetic oil in and charged me $60 what a rip off came here to save money NEVER again

These guys are the best. Damien and the Mechanics took care of my car. I got a Hellcat and needed a Borla exhaust put on. They did it same day. Top quality and good customer service.

First time here at this shop. They gave me a fair price to change the oil in my Diesel truck. They also gave me a fair price quote on some other work I need I will be going back for this other work.

They are extremely talented SCAMMERS. I took my wife s car in because the check engine light was on. They quoted me $1550 to execute the repairs. Damian and his colleague then said they would give me a super discount for $1150. I thought they were being kind and generous. I had them go ahead and make the repair. I thought it was a big job. It took them less than 40 minutes. I was bewildered that a job that should cost $1550 would take such little time. After I got home I went on line and researched what the repair should cost. After checking several sites they all said the same thing. That this was a minor repair and should have cost several hundred dollars not $1550 as was quoted to me. The next day I returned to nicely ask what was I missing with my investigation because I still believed that they were honest. All I got was a smug response where he pointed me to the USA Auto complaints email address on the invoice. I then went home and composed the email. They responded saying they would look into the situation and get back to me. They never did. I sent two reminder emails to them but I was totally ignored. This garage is very dishonest. You cannot trust any estimate they give you for repairs. They are a perfect example of the garage that lies, cheats and is out to rip you off!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Hello everyone, of course you're lookouts for a reputable, honest and reliable auto shop to take your vehicle. I can tell you this. I have been to USA auto repair a number of time for various reasons. Never have I had a repair done to my vehicle that I questioned about the price of the repairs and the honesty that they have shown towards me. Didn't have to pay for the diagnostics, and got a super deal on rotors, life time pads, oil change and coolant flush. I do have general knowledge regarding cars, so I walked out the door smiling. GRIFTERS! I went for an estimate 4 years ago and they tried to get $450 from me when absolutely nothing was wrong! I reviewed these crooks then and I see nothing has changed; lots of 1 star reviews! Don"t go for a smog or oil change! They will screw up your car! I have all my proof on audio and the receipt! My brakes which they claimed were shot, still have plenty of brake pad left and were not put on backwards! Stay away..PLEASE? Got response on here from owner! To owner: I think you should be closed down.You are the biggest crooks in Automotive history! Actually CROOK IS TOO GOOD A WORD FOR YOU! YOU GIVE HONEST SHOPS A BAD NAME!

Brought OEM parts from straight from the manufacturers warehouse, had my car for HOURS engine stalled about a month later. I brought it to a reputable shop and figured out USA Auto only changed half of the parts and took the other pack. SCAM DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. (Update) The shop "manager" Damon entices customers with lower prices as "sidejobs" or a "tip" and you leave with no paperwork. I see other reviews of the same sorts. The location was USA AUTO #2 On Tropicana and Fort Apache.

I won t come here again! Went here with my 2017 Hyundai Accent for an oil change and to check my transmission. They had priced the transmission at 5800$ no thanks. Went somewhere else that quoted me 3000$. And the dealership that I went to had said that after doing a diagnostic on the car, USA Auto had OVERFILLED my oil. That could ve ruined my car even further. I m sure they were salty that they didn t get their transmission money or maybe the mechanic that worked on it is ignorant? USA Auto Service #2I needed smog check for my car and $11.99 price is fine with me.I called at 5:35 pm knowing they close at 6:00 pm. They told me to come in anyway. 10 min. and done.Awesome job.

This place is amazing. My father was my mechanic for many many years. I can do some work, but recently having a baby i don't like to take the chance. Its been almost 5 years, havent really trusted shops. But i gotta tell you, this place is awesome. The receptionist is wonderful, the service was exceptional and Damon kept me in the loop with all repairs. Gotta hand it to them, its wonderful having great mechanics right in the neighborhood. Went for a coffee and by the time I'm back my repairs are done. GREAT WORK USA AUTO, thank you for all the help keeping my family on the road.

I watch one of there mechanics try to get physical with a female customer and they had to hold him back. For questioning there work. After that I left no way I would do business with this place.a bunch of alley mechanics BTW not spam you don't have a Wayne in your system I bet the scam continues

Got roped into a financial mess while trying to smog my vehicle that never ended up getting smoged. Was able to smog my car at another shop with a couple cheap parts is all.
