Universal Motors offers great service with a lot of financing to help get any repair done. My SUV was down for months! Brought my vehicle to them and they gave me a great rate, great service and easy financing!

Every now and then you come across a business where you are actually happy to hand over your hard earned money because the business genuinely deserves it. This is one of those very rare businesses. Service is 10/10. Work is 10/10. I couldn t ask for a better car mechanic.Jose, Gina, Julio, and the rest of the team are smart, prompt and super customer focused. They re HONEST folks too, so I trust them by a mile over anyone else in vegas.

Needed my car door fixed and was unfamiliar with the process. My car was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time, and communication was great. No problems with my process, took a chance and had a good experience

Pros: they restored the damage to my 2018 Jeep Wrangler to what it looked like when it was new after someone damaged it pretty bad in my rental car business. The Universal Motorcar owner worked with me on filing a supplemental claim for my insurance company, he took pictures, and had good follow up skills over the phone and via email. As a result I got a fair price for the repairs and my insurance company reimbursed me for the full amount in a quick timeframe.Cons: their front parking lot is a little tight for parking, but that s the only thing I can think of.Conclusion: I found out about this car body, paint, and tint repair shop while I was working out at the LVAC and I m glad I did. I came from Las Vegas Collision previously and would rather use Universal Motorcars since they are easier to work with.

Real pros. These guys go the extra mile with customer service. My jeep was cleaner than it was when I bought it new. Highly recommend these guys.

As a first time customer, I picked this shop based on existing yelp and google reviews to have my trunk door, suspension, etc. repaired. Turns out I may have fallen into the unlucky 5% of this shop s customer population. At first, their customer service was great, they seem trustworthy and after getting my car back, the visual repairs seemed pretty good - until I further inspected the paint job and alignment done.After at least 4 visits to this place, my experience with them turned to utter disappointment and frustration. As a customer, trust and quality of work are highly important. Bottomline is, I should NOT come back several times just to point out that they need to re-fix the wheel alignment, re-paint certain areas and re-buff the paint job.Honestly I ve been debating whether to write a review or not but what pushed me to do this was when the store manager initially claimed that the remaining rough residue (tiny specs which covered 80% of my car) is from tree sap and denied it was overspray!! Jose, I may be a woman but I know my car. I know how it was before I took it in your shop. I also highly take care of my vehicle. And to prove your assessment is wrong, my car dealership and another detailing car shop both confirmed it s overspray and not tree sap as you claimed. The detailing shop only buffed my car for 20 minutes - done!! Smooth again! I thank you though for reimbursing me the $30 I paid for having another shop fix the issue. In the end, your employee was given a chance to fix the problem (again) but unfortunately he didn t do it well (again). I bet if this happened to you, you d be so upset. I know you ll probably say (again) that you offered to re-buff this but honestly, how many times should I come back? I couldn t trust you nor your employees anymore. I don t have to keep coming back. For you to claim or defend your employee to say it was tree sap when in fact it wasn t shows how one of your employees can be lazy. This laziness is a reflection of your business. Like I said, I may have fallen into the unlucky 5% category.

I am so happy I selected Universal Motorcars. They made my whole experience painless. Told what my car need, what the cost would be, and when it would be done! They did better than what they said! Cost came in lower, my car was done a day earlier and it looked fantastic! Great staff couldn t ask for anything more.

I am so grateful to have found Victor years ago. He makes car maintenance a breeze. Historically, I have been skeptical of mechanics, in part, because my understanding of vehicles is limited. I have gained great confidence in the recommendations of Universal Motors. I appreciate how they explain the issue and give you options and possible solutions. I never feel pressured or overwhelmed. It s so refreshing to feel I can trust my mechanic. Thanks Universal Motors for years of great service.

This place is honest, has fair competitive pricing and stands behind their work. The manager has a background in diagnostics which is big help with problem jobs like mine. Micheal communicates well and does his best to get you up and running as quickly as possible. I had an intermittent short which is extremely hard to find but they found it and repaired at a real reasonable price. Thanks Mike for all your help

Mike and Universal Motorcars are fantastic. What really sets them apart is their customer service. This place is run by people who care and i just have to highlight that when they made a mistake, they not only owned up to it but went above and beyond and repaired my entire car door which exceeded my expectations and is why I can wholeheartedly recommend them! An amazing benefit is they also can contact your insurance as well as provide financing. Thanks Mike!

I had what I thought was a simple coolant leak in my Mercedes C 300. I took it to Carmax and they have a terrible service department, but luckily universal or goes through my warranty.They were able to diagnose that it was three leaks and went through my warranty for all three. Mike was super helpful and communicated to me as much as I needed about where the repairs were with my car. After just getting my car back, it runs beautifully and I will definitely be back and recommend this to anybody looking to get their way up car fixed.

I am not pleased with the work on my vehicle. It s was worked on for a month so you work think that the repairs would have lasted but it s be since April and I can see the rear view lights are separating from my vehicle. It seems like whatever was used was not strong hold. I can also see separation on the bumper amongst other things. Which is why I waited to make a review because I wanted to see how long the work would last but it didn t last very long. I have full warranty on the repairs but I should not have had to take the car back so soon which is an inconvenience for me. Not pleased.

My air conditioning was not working and I went to Universal Motorcars to have it checked out without an appointment.They not only diagnosed the problems but had the parts, fixed it, and my car was ready and air working like a new car in under 2 hours. I had suspension issues and got some quotes at different places, when this guys made me a quote, it was almost half the price from what I was getting.They lift my car, showed me the problem and also did a check on all the components underneath.They ll also include their recommendation for future maintenance and won t press u in any way to repair it.I would definitely recommend this place!!

Mike, Paul and Victor and the whole staff are just beyond amazing ! They went above and beyond for me! My warranty was giving issues with finding a motor for my car and changed my whole motor once dealing with them in just a week! Then took my car back and fixed extra on it and also handled the warranty so I was free of charge! I so appreciate there diligent working that got me back with my car! Thank you guys sooooo much! Almost want to gatekeep but I can t. I ve been coming to Victor and his team at Universal for a very long time. All the way back to his old location. Why? One word TRUST. Not only trust in him that he is telling me what is actually wrong with my car but trust in his team to get the job done correctly.
