Honesty is rare these days. I thought my transmission was going out. I dropped my car off and was ready to pay. Carlos was honest and advised that my transmission was fine instead of lying and having me pay thousands of dollars. I recommend everyone bring your car here for service. You will get honest answers another not someone who is trying to make a quick buck. Great prices and honest work. You definitely have a retiring customer

One of the only honest shops I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They keep in contact with you and don't mind getting asked too many questions. Super friendly. Would recommend to everyone and anyone!

Very nice to work with and they get the job done quickly amd for a good price. They installed a unique hard to find refurbished transmission. A few months later it went bad but they honored their warranty and made it right.

I took my 2007 Hyundai Sonata there for transmission issues, they thoroughly inspected it and determined that it was not worth fixing it because it also needed an engine they were up front honest and responsive that's all you can ever ask of a shop (this review is long overdue). They didn't ask for a nickel and Rosy rocks!

very good garage, we came with our camper and a problem on the gearbox, they fix it in 1 hour. and at a good price. very helpful.

I like to personally thank Carlos and the staff for helping me get my truck back on the road and running right. I could of swore it was my transmission and they found it was only some electrical saving me a small fortune. I can t appreciate it enough and would recommend this place highly to get it done right. Did a good job installing my transmission and finding other issues, but, they broke wires on my O2 sensors and left both of them loose and stripped a nut out on my sway bar link!!

Me and my husband were here outta town and this shop was amazing. They took care of our issues with great time and care and even helped us identify other things that we didn't know about. Reasonable price. Great quality work. Literally had the whole transmission rebuilt and was able to smoke the tires leaving the joint. Had a small gasket leak 12 months later and it was covered under warranty. They got me in and out on the same day. I've been turning and burning on the rebuilt transmission for a year now. Everywhere it goes the tires are turning I'm really hard on the transmission and there isn't a single problem with it now after 12 months. Really nice and friendly people as well.

Hands down best transmission service, I took in my 02 f250 transmission to them, they asked if I wanted any upgrades, I went and upgraded the torque converter to a billet torque converter. I ve gone to AAMCO transmission before and they charged me nearly $6,000!! United transmission only charged me a portion of that!! Warranty is good as well.Service: Transmission

I recently visited United Transmission on Nellis Blvd and was pleased to see that they have staff members with disabilities on their team. It was heartwarming to witness the inclusion and support of individuals with disabilities in the workplace. The staff member (Armando) was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service for my vehicle. My vehicle was having all sorts of issues. Wouldn't even turn on. Once I was able to get my vehicle towed to United Transmission, they got to work on it right away. The constant communication between them and I was great! They never left me in the dark and always kept me in the loop about what was going on with my car. Ordering parts for my vehicle was also quick and easy. Overall 5/5 would recommend.Service: Transmission

This shop is a fraud and very lousy communication. At first they were good, I took my last car there and they fixed it in 2 weeks. It was nice, so smooth after it went into the shop. They bought me here I trusted them, so I recommend my brother this shop. They told him 3 options , 1.4k used transmission is what my brother choose then tried to say oh no we don t have it no more but why say the price when we chose the low one then you guys recommended 2.2k brand new transmission, again we were not complaining we trusted them. We waited 7 months due to covid which is understanding. They gave the car back to us twice and it broke down within less then 5 miles. We gave up,Today we took our car to another shop. They told us it s a used transmission whole time. I don t recommend this shop !!! Don t go here !!! Watch who you go too, they just want quick money.Service: Transmission

2 times, same transmission and it's ruining my truck, now 3 times. Just fix it correctly the first time with a transmission that works and you will be more profitable, period. So frustrated to say the least.

We have taken both of our vehicles here to have the transmissions replaced and both were done in a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone who needed transmission work done. To the guy who helped me (forgot his name, I'm bad with names) he was so nice and friendly! Also, Thank you for sharing your music while I was waiting that one morning, it really was good! And of course thanks for a job well done! Hopefully we don't have anymore transmission problems in the future, but if we do we will come and see you.

I brought in my 2011 Chevy with a check engine light related to the Transmission Control Module (TCM). In an era of shady shops and technicians, it was very pleasing to find someone with integrity. I was glad to pay for the diagnostic test. He could have easily tried to charge me for a new TCM for $400 or more! I highly recommend United Transmission LV and Carlos for any drivetrain issues. United Transmission is a great shop... I moved to Las Vegas from the bay area 6 years ago and I've been trying to find a good auto mechanic shop since... I am glad to say I finally found one... the owner is honest and their prices are fair. No markup... That is rare to find these days... The work was excellent and fast with no disappointments are regrets the days after the repair... I will recommend them to everybody I know and they will definitely get all my business on all my vehicles... thank you for your honest fair and affordable service

I had my car towed to United transmission s shop by accident but that was a blessing in Disguise, Carlos and his team treated me like family and was up front with everything. Great communication. I get like I was smiley when I was there. A++++++++++ service. Highly recommend if you need automotive repairs.

I had United Transmission run a diagnostic on my Xterra and rebuild my transmission. Fixed couple other items to make sure I didn't have any other problems down the line. Friendly, honest, and fair prices. United Transmission also has financing available which helped me a lot cause I didn't have all the money for the repairs at the time. I recommend this shop for anybody that needs any repairs done.

It took a few weeks to write this post. I wanted to see how my truck ran before I posted. I want to Thank Carlos and his team for doing a great job on the rebuilding of my transmission. I have 2500HD and they got it back up and running for me. I would say the Best pricing Best service in Las Vegas! Thank you!
