Beware OF This Mechanic Shop.They are Lier so basically there was a coolant leak on my Audi and coolant would heat up when I drove hard, and I took it to this shop and JR told me to bring it next day 9am and he will check it out so I took my car 9am and he told me that I had to leave it for the whole day which I did and when I called him around 4pm he said he said the hose was bad and he will order from the dealership and it will be done following day and I asked him how much he said $300 labor and $75 for the hose I agreed and told him to get it done. Long story short he kept my car whole week to fix that hose and finally when I went to pick up the price was $590 and Hector told me the part was $200 and he had to filll 2 gallons of coolant so we finally agreed to $555 and I drove the car home and I got the coolant low warning on my dashboard again so I checked and it was leaking and the coolant reservoir was almost empty. And I took the pics and sent them and they didn t respond to any my text or calls finally I am now reaching to the BBB and file a complaint about this shady business plus I have already notified my credit card company as well for this fraudulent charge.

Kenny was extremely helpful when we were in need. We were passing through Vegas and experienced some issues with our alternator. With the Christmas weekend very few shops were open to help. Kenny stepped up and got us right back on the road. We are super thankful for the help. I highly recommend going to this shop. Very fair and honest people.

A friend introduced me to the Tyler Express Complete auto repair. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and the prices they charge are not too expensive. Highly recommend for everyone and my friends.

I went in there expecting to drop a couple hundred dollars on labor and a new turbo boost sensor on my stock q50 but the shop ran a diagnostic that took no longer than an hour and a half found the real problem and fixed it all for a great price. They took care of me so i recommend you let them take care of you. I will be back for anything I need in the future.

My truck broke down outside of Las Vegas. I had the truck towed to Tyler Express at about 6 pm. Tyler Express personnel were courteous and helpful in every way. Tyler Express diagnosed the problem, found the replacement fuel pump, replaced it, and got me back on the road the next day. The service and responsiveness of Tyler Express was excellent. I highly recommend Tyler Express for all your automobile service and repair needs. Thank you Tyler Express!

I came to the shop this morning cause my TPMS light on after I did service at Honda West for oil change and tire rotation. And I was recommended for changing 3 new tires with $600 sth (why 3, not 2 or 4 I don t know) but 2 of current tires I just changed last year. My car is Civic 2021.Then I came to Tyler cause I remembered someone recommended me before. The owner named Kenny Chau, super nice and professional. He figured out the problem and fixed it right away, just 20 mins. Everything is good now, I can save big money and feel save when driving.I m appreciate it and highly recommend this auto shop.I ll come back for sure for my car s services.Thank you Kenny Chau.

Couldn't ask for a better shop. The guys are great. Squeezed us in, got the car back same day. Estimate was 50% under dealer quote. Will keep going back when we have more repairs

By far the best service customer service and efficient service I've received in a very long time. I took my car to two different repair shops and they messed it up I came to Tyler's Express complete Auto and they fixed my car in under three hours and I told him I was on a budget and he made it work for me and I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend them to everybody in town.

Found the shop from a friend. I'm so glad the people here are honest with their work. And they give you decent pricing they do not try to price gouge you. They are extremely busy so you may want to give them a day or two to work with them but they will get your car in and work on it and help you out.

It's been around 3 weeks since they repaired a Mercedes E550 for my girl and it's working amazingly. It was a difficult repaired, the transmission needed to be change but Kenny and his professional team helped me out and worked on the car. I truly appreciate their honesty and communication they had with me while the car was on their shop. I recommend this mechanic shop to everyone! They work professionally and they know what they are doing. Also, the owner is a genius humble guy. Thanks for everything Kenny! Blesses to you and your team.

10/10 would recommend ! My bumper was pretty much hanging by a thread and considering it was already 5 pm when I called they took care of my issue in under and hour ! No long wait and the pricing was definitely affordable . I will be most definitely be a returning customer as I am beyond pleased with the work they did for me .

I went to fix my wife's Corolla '96 and they fixed it plus they found another things I wasn't aware of!. They fixed those things too in just a couple hours (same day). These guys clearly know their profession well, before you finish explaining was going with your vehicle their immediately identify what's going on with your vehicle with unbelievable level of accuracy . They charged me very reasonable price!. I'm glad I found a good place to get my cars get taking care of, they are literally car's Doctors

My car broke down on a Saturday afternoon and they went above and beyond to help me diagnose the issue and repair the problem quickly. They were very professional, honest and kept good communication throughout the process all for a reasonable price.

I originally had a five star review here but deleted it. I went there to check my Lexus as it was making a noise like it had a bad rear shock absorber. I didn t have an appointment and no lift was available so they said to bring it back the next morning. The next day there still was no lift available so they drove it and because of the low mileage they said it was nothing to worry about. Well working on my own cars for 55 years I knew there was a problem so I called the owner and he said to bring it in the following day. There was still no lift available but the owner drove it around with me in it and said it was okay an probably just a rubber bushing that hardened and was making noise. I m thinking to myself , to lazy to use a floor jack and look at it. Well I took it somewhere else and this mechanic put the car on the lift while I was standing there and you can see right away that there was leakage on the passenger side shock absorber and it needed to be replaced.

I first heard of this shop through a video on YouTube. After taking 3 of my cars here for services and tune ups, I can genuinely say that the shop owner stands behind his work. So much so, they offer a warranty that very few shops can. The attention to detail to making sure things are done to the highest level, is the reason I ll keep coming back.

Usually go to the dealership where prices are expensive. Got recommend here to get all my work done and it s was fast and easy also way cheaper then normal for good work. Kenny personally showed up to the accident, gave me an awesome deal on the tow directly to the shop on a Saturday night. His team is extremely professional, personable, and was very forthright with information in regards to the status of my vehicle while it was in the shop. They did a fantastic job with my tacoma, highly recommend if you re in the Las Vegas area.

Every other shop was closed on a Saturday. They came out immediately, quoted me, cleaned all the filters and parts that made my check engine come on, and taught me how to fix it. Super fast, very affordable.

Took my Murano in due to service engine light on and fluid leakage. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff detailing the issues they identified and the quality of the service repair. 2005 Honda Odyssey lost power coming out of parking structure on way back to California. Called Tyler Express Sunday morning to see if they could diagnose and fix what I suspected was a blown transmission.After dropping off van at the shop and walked to breakfast with my family, they came to the restaurant to pick up the keys. They kept updating us and were able to fix it with minimal cost (I was expecting to pay at least ten times as much because of the issue) and in a few hours.

Awesome! Incredible service!! They went above and beyond. My car over heated out side of Vegas and the main mechanic left his house at night to take my car into the shops. Everything was done very timely and I was walked through each part of the repair and was given the option to specify which parts I wanted fixed. Then was walked through what went wrong, was given the broken parts, they showed other minor error codes and gave advice on how to fix and prevent them. Highly recommend
