Anyone out there with a Mercedes. This is the place to bring your Mercedes to get serviced or anything else that it may need. I am Mr. Exotic with Exotic Towing and I recommend these gents. Please feel free to use their service.

Gerry and his brother are second to none for service, repair, and work ethic. I refuse to take my Benz anywhere else.They are without question the best in the city!!!

Nothing less than excellent service provided by excellent craftsmen for an excellent price! I am so pleased to know that Twin Star Motors is there to address my car needs, since 2016.I moved to Las Vegas in late 2016, driving my 2004 E320 and not knowing where to go for my car service needs. I crossed paths with a gentleman who also drives a Mercedes at a local Target Store. As we casually chatted about our cars, the subject of repairs came up, of course, and the advice I received was nothing more than priceless! You see not knowing where to take your care when there s an issue can be a nightmare for a single, new-in-town woman. Twin Star Motors gives its customers peace of mind. Nothing but exceptional service is rendered at each visit. Today, businesses that are committed to superior craftsmanship and professionalism are rare. You can believe Twin Star Motors is one of them!

The first sign that I was going to have a great experience with TwinStar motors was when Miss Elizabeth actually returned my voice message... That's a rare thing from an auto mechanic in itself! she explained to me that they had been busy but that she'd like to schedule an appointment the following day, if I were available. I agreed, however I was unable to make my initial appointment and just popped in a couple days later without one.Elizabeth was courteous and understanding and said that she would speak with their technician to see if they could squeeze me in. Kerry, one of their technicians, was very patient and detailed in explaining what could possibly be wrong with my vehicle and the scope of the repair. A few hours later I had my car back, repair done, and for a price that I found very reasonable.I will ONLY take my Mercedes-Benz to twin motors from here on out!

The twins are fantastic!They diagnose, recommend, and service my 2005 Mercedes better than the dealership, and without any of the usual hassles. I highly recommend them to anyone needing services for their Mercedes-Benz.

The Twins have taken care of my Mercedes for years. They are Mercedes trained experts technicians, who provide quality service in a timely fashion. I highly recommend these identical twins to everyone I know. They are the best mechanics I've had. I've been driving imports since 1985. I've never had better mechanics or service.

Gerry, owner and mechanic at Twin Star Motors in LV,NV, is a very trustworthy person. He is the most honest mechanic I've ever met. He takes his time to talk with you, diagnose your problem and come up with how to fix your vehicle. I used to be a person who would go to the car dealership but not anymore, Gerry is my go to person for my car repairs and oil changes. He really goes out of his way to help a person. I highly recommend him.

After my warranty ended, I was very nervous and hesitant about taking my car to anyone other than the Mercedes Service Department. A friend referred me to Twin Star Motors and I have been working with Kerry for a few years now. I am beyond impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. It is very difficult to find honest mechanics, but I am very happy that I found Twin Star Motors. Kerry, thank you for taking care of my vehicle and your genuine honesty and professionalism. Excellent service! Being new to Las Vegas, I've been to several different places and was given estimates for repairs on my Mercedes that weren't needed. Then I found Twin Star! The service department at this place is great to work with. They are thorough and patient. The answered all of my million and one questions. Gary the tech was very knowledgeable and informative. Elizabeth the advisor was right in point and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended

After I went to the dealership and was told it would cost $2400 to repair my BMW 2004 325i I took it to Gerry at Twin Star. He fixed the car and it has been great ever since!! It ended up costing $500!! They are the best!!

Very honest owners twin brothers Gary and Cary. And will work with you . Their mechanics specialty is Mercedes-Benz. I would go to them before I would go to Fletcher Jones you cannot find a better mechanic shop.I will give them a 10 star,

Where to start.... ive had the pleasure of dealing with the twins before they opened their shop and were mobile mechanics... a bit different for me because I'm not use to having a successful African American mechanic . But gotta give credit when credit is due.... THEY ARE THE TRUTH.... don't get messed over by other mechanics like ( Benz dr,etc) this is a 1 stop shop.. they're honest and prices are unbeatable... i do get a little frustrated only because i get the family treatment .. come by tomorrow turn into next week or 2... but i wouldn't allow anyone else to work on any of my vehicles.... #TSM for all vehicle needs !! Tellum i sent ya
