I called them up about getting my tire patched and they told me to head on over to them. I just bought my car 2 weeks ago so I had tons of questions. They were very helpful and knowledgeable! They also tested my battery which failed and they were able to replace my battery too! This is the best service in town! They are quick, and don t charge an arm and leg! I will recommend them to my friends and family!

I waited for 2 weeks after the repairs to my 2007 Expedition were done to give my complete review of Triton Auto Care. If you have an extended warranty call Bill or Caesar first, the owner and and shop manager. If you are in the market for a good extended warranty call them, Bill can advise you on which one might be better for you. I had quite a bit done... new "OEM" timing chain, followers, guides. New water pump, thermostat, check and tighten up power steering hose, replace oil pan gasket.My Expedition is high milage but sure is a keeper and 2 weeks after the repairs.. no leaks!! I can't afford new car monthly payments. Caesar helped with getting my warranty on board with almost all the repairs which literally saved me $$. Customer Service is Top Notch, weather on the phone or in person. Chances are, you're new to Southwest Vegas and looking for an honest, affordable shop. I give Triton Auto Care

Have been using Bill at Triton for years. We recently moved across town from him(quite far). So I tried a new, highly recommended mechanic! What a mistake!! I ended up having to tow my car over to Triton. Bill got everything back in order. He is Honest and fare and well worth the drive

Bill and his team here at Triton Auto Care are incredible. I brought my Suburban here for repairs and he made the best possible recommendations for the best prices in the area. My vehicle was ready to go within one day and Bill and his team even stayed after closing hours to make sure I would be able to drive home. I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone who needs repairs or even questions about their vehicle. Bill is very knowledgable in this industry and is always a pleasure to work with.

Guys seemed to be fair enough to me. Invoice came in at $28 "Under" original estimate that l had agreed to. Clean shop & waiting room. In & out in one day, $150 total (new parts,labor & taxes) for a heat sensor replacement on a Fusion. I'll use them again if needed...

My wife s car (Ford Escape) recently had a sensor fail. Local Ford dealerships wouldn t touch it for 1.5 months+ Triton got my wife s car in right away and replaced it no problem at all. Cesar and Bill are genuinely nice guys who were friendly, helpful, and stunningly easy to work with. F the dealers, bring your car to Triton! These guys will treat you right!

Best in Vegas honest and reasonable would recommend 100% anytime I get anything fixed I dont have to worry about it again. Bill the owner is knowledgeable nice friendly and explains everything throughly so you know what your paying for

I have been a customer of Triton Auto since 2019. Bill, the owner, is a great person, provides excellent service and his mechanics do a great job. Bills prices are less compared to the dealerships, is honest about the job and your cars needs. I will continue to be a customer at Triton Auto for as long as I own a vehicle.

REPAIRS & SERVICE:They were very professional, thorough, and did not obligate or pressure you to get recommended repairs done, focusing on rectifying any issues and/or required maintenance. Furthermore, they were informative and transparent with the above.CUSTOMER SERVICE:The way they treat and appreciate you as a customer, is a style you typically experience with certain types of independent businesses/entrepreneurs, typically not of "used car salesmen" (in this case an independent auto repair shop). Well Triton Auto Repair certainly was an exception.QUALITY & BREADTH of SERVICE:This independent shop seems to offer all of the services large franchise & dealer shops offer.FInally, a sign of great and effective management is when an establishment s employees all seem to have a similar MO (as far as their style and treatment of their customers), and this is true here!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I ve taking my old Chevy Tahoe to them for two years now and super recommend this team. They are fast, knowledgeable, take the time to explain everything. They are efficient and genuinely give good rates on all their work. I recently got my AC condenser replaced and they got the system down to low the 40 s.

Our 2003 Jaguar purrs like a kitten now. The work took longer than I anticipated but it was well worth the wait. The staff was absolutely great!! Been using this garage since relocating in 2020. Will recommend to anyone. Thanks Bill & Ceasar great job!!

Timely service, years of expertise, automotive know how - I am a happy customer.We sent my Mercedes to him... She is on the road again - cruising our lovely Vegas roads.If you are looking for a mechanic that knows his business (hard to find these days) be secure in bringing your car here! Check engine light taken care of and I passed my smog check.No complaints. Work was done as soon as parts arrived, though parts were quite costly. When car was done, they picked me up at my home and brought me to my car for pickup. Cesar kept me informed on progress. All seems well with the car since the work was done, no problem passing my smog check, and the car runs well.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

I knew I needed to have my brake pads replaced, and being newer to Vegas, wasn't sure where I should take my vehicle. After shopping around a bit and calling other shops, it was clear to me that Triton Auto Care was the way to go.Bill was kind, reasonable and knowledgeable. I felt very taken care of and valued going to Triton Auto, and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommend! 10/10Services: Brakes, Oil change

I brought my car to Triton Auto Care because I noticed my radiator was leaking coolant out the bottom. I explained to them what I saw and expressed that I needed a new radiator. They did a pressure test and concluded that my water pump was defective and needed to be replaced. I asked if they had checked the radiator for leaks and they said they didn't find any. Reluctantly, I agreed to replace the water pump. The next morning, I noticed another pool of coolant under my vehicle. Again, it was very clearly leaking out of the bottom of the radiator. I took my vehicle back to Triton and, after having to show the mechanics myself the coolant dripping out of the radiator, they agreed to replace it. I have no proof one way or the other if my water pump actually needed replacing, as I never saw it leaking myself, however I did have it replaced not 2 years prior so I am skeptical it needed to be replaced at all. They gave me a marginal discount on the radiator installation for the trouble.The next morning, I drove my vehicle a longer distance and noticed what is the unmistakable sound of a vacuum leak - the vehicle made a whistling sound on acceleration and when letting off the gas, and the engine had lost a significant amount of power. I, again, brought it back to have them look at it because this was a brand new sound that only started after I picked it up from Triton. They insisted they never touched anything related to the vacuum system, but looked at it again. They replaced a hose that had some dry rot and resealed one spot with silicone. I test drove it and could still hear the sound. When I tried to show the mechanics that it was still sounding weird and needing attention, they dismissed it as nothing. They said, "Don't freak out over every little sound. It's probably nothing." I tried to get them to understand that this issue only appeared after they worked on my car, but they said it was fine. It ended with them basically shrugging and insinuating that they were not going to investigate further. I was done working with this shop so I left and I am still experiencing the same noise, which is much louder now.

Best mechanic shop in vegas. Bill is the best he is trustworthy, respectful, reliable, gives you the best deals in town has the best quality of work. Have been going to him for almost 3 years now everytime my problems have been solved he went out of his way almost closing time on a Saturday waited until I was able to make it there just for him to fix one of my headlights that was out he installed in less than 5 min. Did not charge me a dime I see him like family., he also treats us like family I always call if I have a concern about something and always answers. I completely love this place and will always go back for any of my cars and HIGHLY recommend you won't regret it.Service: Oil change

My husband and I have been bringing our cars here since he first opened the shopWe just did our truck this week. My husband said he thinks it is the alternator said they will test it. They replaced battery claimed they tested starter and alternator said it was fine.On way home the voltage Guage went to zero. Took it back another person said the voltage gauage needed to be replaced and it was the alternator like they were told.The shop manager wants to talk over the top of you or likes to hear his own voice plus charged 90.00 for an.estimate for price to fix ac.Though you were not charged for estimates?Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was throughly impressed on the customer care and interaction given by the team at Triton Auto Care. I brought my Honda CRV to Triton on a Saturday morning with excessive noise coming from the front left tire. Bill was more than happy to drive around with me and test the issue that I was experiencing. After they diagnosed the issue, they throughly explained what was wrong and showed pictures of the failing parts. They proceeded to finish the repair within the day. The service provided by Triton is top notch, fairly priced, and speedy! Overall 10/10 would recommend Triton Auto Care!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement

I recently moved back to the Las Vegas area and discovered my car had an oil leak. I took my car to another car repair place in the area for them to quote me a hefty price to replace my oil pan and also told me that they couldn't salvage the oil that was in my car despite it only being 800 miles old. I called Triton Auto Care for a second opinion. Bill told me to bring my car in as soon as I called and confirmed to me everything the previous place had told me, but quoted me HALF the price to fix it. Not only did he have my car fixed by the end of the same day but he also salvaged the oil in my car which saved me money. Bill felt like family to me. He took the time to explain the issue, brought me out to my car to show me everything he was seeing, quoted me beyond a fair price, and took care of my vehicle. I would recommend Triton Auto Care to anyone looking to have any sort of maintenance done on their vehicle. Bill will definitely take care of you!Services: Engine repair, Oil change

I took my 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan in to Triton today for routine maintenance, they did a complimentary 29 point inspection for me as well with all the maintenance i was asking for. During the inspection they found i needed new front bushings (which great catch because i thought it was bad brakes the whole time)Through all this, they were able to connect my Carmax care warranty get me the best deal going off of my budget and Caesar their receptionist even contacted rental car services so that i may have a car during the time it s being worked on.Later today i received a link that showed the entire inspection in detail of what passed and what had concerns, with pictures. That s what won me. Great customer service and transparency! Being a girl (who has a decent understanding of cars) i like to be able to see for myself what the problem areas are and they did just that!This is definitely mine and my husbands auto care home!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Recent Update: Stopped going here because of trust issues. Was quoted prices over the phone then expected to pay more once the job was finished. Also spent over $800 on work two separate occasions to have the original problem not fixed. I am no officially done here. Took care to also get suspension fixed, $600 later they are still making noise. Lots of lies and deceit. Last time guy at the front said my car was on the lift being looked at but he didn't expect me to walk over to the garage and see my car parked behind another car. Major lack of transparency here. They also had my car for 7 hours one day and didn't even have it looked at?

Fast, friendly, informative. Bill is wonderful and I can t fully express how appreciative I am for his brand of service.My car broke down not even 24 hours after some other shop fixed my car for $1000 and 4 days longer than I was told. I wish I knew about Triton before I wasted time and money at the other shop.I will be coming here indefinitely. Well worth the 35 minute drive to get great, honest service! Thank you Bill!!

My experience here was absolutely terrible from the moment I arrived to picking up my car. I dropped my car in on Friday afternoon for 150K service. The guys here don t seem to have an amicable work relationship, very snappy and barking orders at each other and rolling their eyes in front of me. Very unprofessional for a bunch of guys who appear to be in their 50s. After speaking with Bill on the phone he assured me my car would be ready by Saturday afternoon and even gave me an estimate. When I came in Mark helped me and gave me a much different estimate and said it ll be what Bill told me, so they are obviously not communicating. I assumed my car being ready meant before 5PM which is when they close.I called Saturday at 345PM because I had not heard back yet and it s getting close to closing time. I was told my car would be ready in about an hour and would get a call when it was ready. I decided to show up right around 445 just to make it easy and I have things to do on the weekend. Nobody updates me on anything until around 630PM. Everyone else has left with their vehicles, even this couple who dropped their vehicle off today that were from out of town. I guess taking vehicles in order is not a thing, since I only saw one mechanic working it seems they were more important to get done first and have me waiting since they had their kids with them. Maybe I ll bring my daughter with me next time. I would have been much better with them telling me sorry It won t be done until Monday and I could have made plans for transportation, rather than have me waiting until 730PM because I am still here writing this.Nothing but an absolute lack of respect for peoples time. Customer service is non existent and I really hope the vehicle service is not reflective of their work environment. I will not recommend this place or come back here again. Despite the reviews, this place just isn t it for me, the disrespect of my time and lack of communication is not good enough.Service: General repairs & maintenance
