Highly recommended for quality service at a very reasonable price. Started taking my vehicle here once I hit 100k miles and it's now at 150k. If you want straight forward service without the Lexus price tag take your car here. You don't get all the bells and whistles of the dealership experience but it definitely gets the job done.

Armik is the best mechanic I ve ever met in Las Vegas. I bought my son a used Lexus and needed help diagnosing the check engine light. He was very patient and fair. I could not give him a higher recommendation! Any other shop would ve kept fixing the wrong things and charging me. This was not an easy diagnosis. He s is absolutely wonderful going above & beyond for me! I trust him completely! Not to happy me and my husband purchased a truck here. We did not get a warranty but also asked sales guy even though it didn't come with a warranty that if something was to come up within a week or two if they would be able to help her said yes. So during the test drive I asked if truck had remote start was told yes and while driving i noticed what I thought was a cracked windshield by the wiper so since he was on that side I asked him if that's what it was he responded with no it was just dirt and a reflection. so I was like OK. So upon getting home and 4 days later the aftermarket remote start ended up malfunctioning and went into theft mode and completely locked it up and was not usable. I called dealership and was told sorry nothin we can do for you so ended up paying a good amount of money to get it taken out and fixed. Then when riding in the passenger side I noticed the same mark in the windshield I asked about and you could clearly see it was a crack in the windshield so I do feel deceived about that too. The only decent outcome was when I called the finance manager he apologized for the truck breaking down and offered to give us a free tank of gas and these days just a tank of gas is something was that is come to that but ya

Dealer would not work on our van because it has a wheelchair conversion with ramp. Toyota Lexus repair not only fixed everything, but replaced all fluids and made sure the engine was on great shape. They were very very nice, stayed in touch during the repairs, and did not cost me a fortune. Purchased a used FJ Cruiser and took it here for a once over. First time using the shop. Amerik did an assessment and told me "It's like new. There is nothing I can do except the 90K service. He did the service and the truck has been running great.No upsell on wipers, no crazy added service, just what the vehicle needs. Highly recommend him.

I heard about Amerik from the guy I bought My lexus from....he told Me when it was time to do My timing belt,do not take it to anyone else in the city but this guy, unless it was the Lexus dealership which this guy worked at and knows his craft I must say he did not disappoint I was very nervous having to leave My baby over nite But....He is very honest about what work actually needed to be done...who doesn't love that!!!I picked My baby up and was very happy with the results...Even My engine was spotless!!!Her performance is sheer perfection....(YES,she's a girl) feels like she did when I first bought get her....thank you Amerik for the awesome experience and I will be back This is the only place I will ever take My cars again

I trust Armik to suggest only repairs I actually need. I've been bringing my 2003 ES300 here for 8 years and I've never felt over charged. Armik is the nicest and most honest mechanic I've ever met. I highly recommend Toyota and Lexus independent for affordable quality Lexus repairs.

I came to ask what is the rattle under the hood of my 07 camry and Amik's diagnosed it that it's negligible since it is not that much of a noise. Prior to that I ask another shop and ask me to change the engine mount. Cost $700. Sounds fishy so I declined. I think Amik is a very honest mechanic because he could easily manufacture anything to make busines but he didn't. Trust is earned and that's why I will come back for more! Highly recommend this shop!

The work was a replacement of my engine mount. It took about an hour. He also diagnosed a few other items that needed my attention for replacement and repair. He also cost the repairs out for me.
