No complaints about this place. This is only my second time, but each time, it has been great and fair pricing. Almost every other mechanic was trying to charge double or triple what they charged for brake pad replacement (front & rear) my first time was for a battery replacement because it has to be replaced from the bottom again every other mechanic trying to charge triple. It's definitely a great place, reasonable pricing, great service, and fast.

NEVER TRUST THESE GUYS. If I could, I would rate them at a zero. My battery died and they were sketchy and made me replace the starter. Then the battery mysteriously died while under their care . AND disappeared. So I had to get both a new starter and a new battery. Lucky we didn t sue.

I needed my tire patched and put back on my car and they took such good care of me for such a great price! Everyone was so nice and helpful ! 10/10 recommend!!

The customer service is horrible. It's never busy and they give bad customer service. I'm not sure how they are still open. The price is comparable to other used tire shops. Don't waste your money here.

Just called for estimate on tires. Associate was rude, didnt let me finish my request and question, and ended up hanging up on me. I'm livid!!!!

This shop has gone downhill these past couple of years. They gave me a hard time honoring the free rotation/balance/flat fix 3 months before I was due for a new tire, because I purchased Pirelli's and having them for more than 2 years is too long, according to the tall dude with curly hair. On top of that, even though I convinced them to take care of my flat, I was back at their shop 2 days later buying a used tire because that same person did a terrible job with the patch, even though it was only a small nail in the middle. Mechanic prices are great, but the work is being rushed out these days and most of the time you have to scramble around the building to find the mechanic or manager, or else you will get skipped by somebody else that will walk directly into the garage to find the mechanic. He is a nice guy, hence the two stars.The prices on labor for brakes and rotors are also good, and they did a fine job with the resurfacing and pad replacement.In the end, I decided to bring my business to another tire shop and mechanic due to the lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. The variety of tires at this location is not good and the service is not good anymore either.

Wonderful service, friendly and fast. My air pressure was low on 3 tires and he didn't want to charge me. Gave a tip and didn't lose my whole day sitting around to get it fixed.

We re from Oklahoma and drove 16 hours to come to the Sick New World festival. Before we could come back home, we noticed our front right tire was super bald. Tire Xpress got us in and out with a used tire that looks brand new in 15 mins! Super cheap, super fast, super good quality. Definitely use this company

An honest mechanic. Initially the mechanic believed my van could be repaired. We discussed a price, and I made my way home leaving it with him.He called me later to inform me that the fix was going to be a lot more and he didn't do the initial repair because it would be wasting my money. I really appreciate his honesty because I was about to put my rent money down on the initial repair.I will be coming to him in the future when I end up getting another car one day.

Big O Tires quoted me almost $400. For a wheel alignment, valve stem, mount and balance. On some tires, i bought oline. Tire Xpress quoted $165. Way better deal. Out in 45 minutes.

Really Good place, they immediately got me in and got my tires done in not even an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Im going back to get my breaks and alignment done for a great price on a Sunday morning which is great because I work weekdays.

Super fast, efficient and exactly what I needed... will be seeing them often! UPDATE: they've done it again! Not only have they put new tires on mycar, they've done my brakes & turned my rotors too! They stand behind their services, warranty and workmanship too! I only deal with one person usually, but he hasn't ever failed to make sure I'm in and out quickly! No waiting for an appointment, no sitting for 4hrs in the lobby before they start working on my car, and I know in advance what I'm being charged... no oops, sorry, we should have told you blah blah blah... the quote is always exactly what I'm charged which is priceless to me!

Went in to get a tire fixed on my camaro. They got me right in and fixed it quickly. This was not just on Sunday, but Easter Sunday. Everyone there was nice, and we all chatted while they fixed my tire. They took extra care to not damage my wheel or the TPMS sensor. When my car needs new tires I will definitely be going back, as they are very good on prices as well. Could not ask for more.

Went in for a flat fix and chewy the mechanic did a great job i was in and out under 20 minutes and great price thank u chewy

The mechanic is so bad. I payed over $200 for a repair on my suspension.And left with other problems then when I originally came in for. He worked on it 2 times and it's still not fixed. I had to get a refund.

This establishment literally picked up the phone and hung up on me intentionally, I wouldn t outsource anything from these individuals. That was the first time experience. I was prepared to buy four tires.

My Black People,My Black people please,please,please DONT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR TIRES!!! OR ANY CAR NEEDED SERVICES!!!! YOU or YOUR CAR ARE NOT IMPORTANT HERE!!!!!! .....they aren't appointment based, but allowed two other people to go ahead of me(Hispanic) and they fixed my car in the parking lot, and the other (Hispanic) guys in the car proper car placement area.Over charged me! Etc.IT SUCKS THAT I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW

Had an extremely minor tire unbalance, price was fine but labor definitely not on point. Went on the freeway and it was so much worse. Not going back, not even for my money back.

They did excellent job patching up tire and ask them what was, it was nail from roof job few weeks ago. Price are reasonable.

Luis the manager is awesome!!! Replace my lower control arm and shock struts great low price than what others was charging great job and didnt try to upsale me will return for more work thank u luis

Very fast service, can get buisy but is worth the wait as they have all range of used and new tires. Good specials on 2and 4. Very good shop have used 6 times now and will continue

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ...BEST PRICE IN VEGAS 4 NEW TIRES .I CALLED EVERYWHERE..I BELIEVE THEY ALSO HAVE USED ONES TOO...GUYS ARE FRIENDLY AND SHOP IS CLEAN.

They quoted me a price and then when I came down they only had two of the four needed. In addition to that they were 8ply and not 10ply as discussed over the phone. Thanks for the wasted time.

It was quick fast easy to get a replacement tire cause I drove on the flat for a day without realizing it smh well 35 dollar lesson learned. Good guy Roberto over there!!

Waited 15 minutes inside their office and no one came to speak with me but another guy drives up and goes into the work bay and talks to someone in Spanish and they pull his truck in and start working on it. Terrible.
