Wouldn t recommend this place at all. Got my oil changed here and then ran my new truck in to the light pole when they re parking it. Took them the estimate for repairs and they didn t want to pay for it said it was to high. Wanted me to take it to their preferred repair place. Bumper medic. Ended up have to go through my insurance. Place is a joke of a business.

I dropped my car off at 7:30 am. At 4:30pm, when following the phone prompt and pressing 1 to find out the status, I was put on hold for 25 the first time. Called back, same thing. I got an Uber and when I ask the guy why I was put on hold he said he was busy. Then he wanted to argue with me because I called (at almost one hour before closing) to check on my car. He then said, I ll put everything back together and you can have the car back with no work done. 1. If you re that busy, don t answer the phone in the first place. 2. Don t have the option on the phone to check the status if you don t want people calling. 3. Don t tell me that you knew it was me by caller id and still refuse to talk to a paying customer. 4. If you can t take 15 seconds to answer a CUSTOMER question, consider finding a less stressful job. There s a reason the word customer comes before service. Aim higher next time. But I guess when you re that low the only place to go is higher.

Excellent service here by every individual I encountered. They were honest and respectfully explained and answered any questions I had. I was in and out the door in 45 minutes while they had numerous cars already there. I m impressed with the professionalism here. Quality service you don t find nowadays. Thank you again!

COME HERE!!!!! I could not recommend this place more!!! I got 2 quotes from other mechanic shops near by for a diagnostic that were both out of control, when I called this place Giovanni explained as a trained professional you should be able to get that done in 1-3 hours and if it takes longer that s not the customers fault and you shouldn t charge them because it took you longer, I couldn t agree more!! Giovanni was so helpful, kept in contact with me and explained everything. They work with you to get your car fixed and back up and running without pressuring you to get things fixed to just pay crazy amounts of money to them. They actually care about the work and the customer!!! I won t go anywhere else!!! Big thank you to the guys at Tire Works!!!!

I really Like this shop they are professional clean and honest.Did I mention thorough.They are very very detail oriented.I respect and appreciated the service I received.Literally went to get tires installed they evaluated my entire car for me and that was really impressive.

What an amazing group of skilled individuals. I rolled up to get air in my tire and schedule an appointment for a general check on my Jeep, for a cross country drive. The guys here are so helpful. It s not like you re bothering them. Yeah I know it s a business, but they treat you like family and that s why they have so many reviews and almost 5 stars. Customer service here is paramount. I m so happy I found them, since most businesses nowadays are about greed.

Nick the manager was great!! Awesome guy! Suggested best things my car needed n showed me in person what I needed done to keep my car up to par. And when I drive off my car drive very nice! Appreciate everything! Definitely gonna be loyal customer there only !

Great service! Everyone there is kind and courteous. I absolutely loved that they sent a Lyft to pick me up from my house when my car was ready. I definitely recommend stopping by Tire Works for your automotive care.

Brought in my own rims and tires to have them put on. They sold me some new $50 lug nuts I didn't need. When I requested black they gave me chrome without telling me. Requested they aired my tires to 50lbs. They aired them to 35. Requested they left my center caps off so I could switch them later. They put in all my caps.. not sure they listened to anything I said at all.

"Trust" is earned in any business including this one. Long story, short. This company also owns "Tire Works".Not unusual to see these stores literally "Down the street" from many "Sun Auto" stores.They have dominated a substantial portion of the local market as a result.Great business model if it works for the owners.Bottom line is DO NOT SHOP BOTH STORE BRANDS during the same time period. Your info is already in the "competitions hands" if you know what I mean.You lose. No bargaining leverage. Get it?Estimators are taught to "write up anything remotely close to needing attention and sell that package".Goal is to get you over a $1000 or more to review for your approval.My advice...take thar Estimate to a different Brand before you commit.I'd they refuse you the written estimate simply walk out the door and never come back.These corporations are ripping us off daily. The bigger they are the more they ask for at the Front Desk.Keep shopping.$98.00 for one Spark Plug? Plus over $100 per hour labor. How do you people sleep at night?You'll never see another dollar from myself or my sphere of influence.

They are incompetent crooks I went there and asked for my axel to be fixed only to be told it wasn t my axel but my motor mount and control arms they fixed them only to say it was my rack n pinioned they made me pay to fix the that only to find out it was my axel ($2700 later) then tried to charge me $1700 extra to fix the problem the short manager is very rude and aggressive and manipulative Beware! I called corporate to file complaint and they haven t responded

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment for 10 am. They called me the same morning and confirmed my appointment. When I arrived I stood at the front desk for 10 min. The manger did not come from the back office to greet or check me in. The mechanic even came out and saw me standing there and couldn t even be bothered to tell the manager that they have a customer in the front that needs to be attended to. That is the worst type of customer service to have someone standing at the front for 10 minutes, even though they made an appointment without even acknowledging their presence. After 10 minutes I walked out. I will never use a service at this location and I took my business elsewhere.

Great service! I went in just to have a light reset that the previous shop messed up. Nick the store manager was super nice and helpful. He reset my light in minutes with no charge. I will definitely be getting my future car work done here. Every time I have gone in there workers are always pleasant.

Second time coming here and this time it was my transmission :( it cracked. I needed a whole new one. Nick was able to find one for me that day. Just got my car back and it s actually running smoother than before! I can t thank everyone enough for getting my baby back to me. This is now my number one spot for getting her fixed if needed. They are just the sweetest guys you ll meet, and are amazing at their jobs. Definitely recommend!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!As a fellow business owner in the city I can ASSURE YOU bringing your business here is a terrible mistake. They lack on customer service. They make things up that are wrong with your vehicle. They gave me a list with pictures saying thousands of dollars in things were wrong im at my regular mechanic n he said 6 out of 8 things wrong is entirely made up. With the sole purpose of trying to make money off me. Then they try to manipulate you into rendering services from them by insulting the company that worked on your vehicle last. There are so many better options than this place save yourself the hassle.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.I went to the Silverado location for an oil change. I knew that I had a few drops of oil on my garage floor, but didn't have time to check into the cause. The rep at tire works told me they would wash the engine and find the source. They said I needed valve cover gaskets which sounded right since the car is an 2007 model. I paid 700.00. And before I left he said I could bring the car back and they would look it over to see if any other oil drip was found. I normally do small repairs on my car, and since I installed tile on my garage floor, I taped a plastic bag below to catch the few drops of oil until I got around to it. When I returned to the tire works to look for any other oil leaks, the told me that my water pump was leaking. I checked under my car at least weekly for signs that the oil leak was getting worse, but still just a few drops on the bag. Never ANY sign of water leak. The following morning after the 2nd tire works report, I find a puddle of coolant under my car. Suspecting that foul play might be involved, I raised the car and looked for myself. No leaks found at or near the water pump, but I did find that one screw of the thermostat housing was backed out and was easily turned using two fingers. I re-torqued the housing bolt and haven't seen any more coolant since. I'm suspecting that they loosened my housing bolt, only because I had absolutely no coolant loss or leak until the day they claim to have discovered it. I won't be going back to tire works for my car again.

Nick is THE MAN! His crew is also fantastic. Came in for an oil change and was provided excellent customer service with a quick turn around time! This is the place to go for basic service and batteries all day! Can't beat the 5 year warranty on their batteries!

The store manager Nick fully explained my repairs and cost to me upfront. They delivered the same day and am very pleased with the difference my vehicle drives now. All staff were very professional and polite as usual. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here.

Originally went to Firestone to get 1 tire fixed and was told they would only replace all 4 for $1,600. Came here right after and got all 4 replaced plus more for half of that and only took 2 hours. Great service and people too!

Went to TireWorks because I got a nail in my tire but they were unable to plug it. Gotta good deal on a tire. Nick Hauser customer service was the best! He is the reason I m switching from another company to his store at TireWorks! Great customer service goes a long way with me!

It started wonderful. Nick is a great Boss. In our case, we ran into problems, and had to leave our car for 3 days. But if it wasn't for Nick being so nice and professional I would have blown a "HEAD GASKET." Get it, Haha. The problems we had was due to the age of our car. My had to leave our baby with Nick and his staff, and come home to Primm, 51 miles away. It's like leaving your baby in the hospital. Hahaha. I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends.

I visited had my tires rotated at Perfect Auto in Henderson on St Rose &Eastern left and my car started to wobble at low speeds.Return and they put 3 out of 6 bolts on my rear tire without mentioning it to me , then when I asked they told me to go pick up more lug buts at Auto Zone which was across from Tire Works.I ended up just asking one of the guys from Tireworks if he could help me figure out the lug size;They ended up properly replacing all the lug nuts for free and made sure my vehicle was safe before I left .Manager and Cameron went above and beyondI left very impressed

I ve been here several times for tire installation. I ve always returned because I was satisfied with the service. Today was different. Although I was happy to get my 4 tires installed today. After my tires were installed, I had to wait longer than expected to be checked out. Also, I initially asked to save one front tire so I can have it as a spare. When my tire installation was complete, I was ready to be checked out, but my tire had not been returned to me. So I had to wait for someone to find the tire. After service is complete, you d think someone would be at the front desk ready to check you out. However, that was not the case. I had to go looking for someone to check me out. And that person didn t like what I had to say even though there was no other way to say it. I told him that I needed to be checked out, that I am ready to go, and I have somewhere that I need to be. He told me that I didn t have to speak to him that way. Excuse me! I spoke appropriately. You must think you talking to your wife. First off, I m a customer paying for a service. I ve been patient the whole time. And when the service is complete, I expect someone to check me out promptly so that I can leave and be on my way. I m not there to hang out. Furthermore, you knew my vehicle was done so really you should be at that counter ready to collect my payment. Not hanging out in the garage with your coworkers.

My tire blew out, went to Tire Works where I usually go for my car repairs, I was surprise That Dean wasn't there any more, there are all new people at the deskThe new manager is Nick very friendly and helpful. He took excellent care of my care ,got new tire and additional work on car, I have no complaints, guys are friendly and helpful. They have a new system they send you a print out of what is needed to repair the car the only thing that bothered me is I didn't see the discount on the invoice, they said it was there hidden. I would like to know before and after, Yes I will be going back to Tire Works on Silverado Ranch

After 20 years of doing business with the tire works on Silverado Ranch, I have decided to part ways do to their dishonesty. I went in with a nail in the tire to get it repaired. Initially they were going to repair it then decided not to. So I elected to have the spare placed on the vehicle and to replace the tire. The new tire was $495.00 and would be ready later in the day. Went. To Costco to do some shopping and stop by the tire section, the tire that I purchased from Tire Works was twice as much as Tire Works. When I returned to Tire Works I told them that the tire I purchased from them was twice as much as Costco. They said bring the receipt from Costco, I purchased 4 tires at Costco for what I would have paid for two at Tire Works. When I showed tire Works the receipt they said no adjustment would be made because Costco orders a lot because they have a big warehouse. This is the last time that I will ever do business with Tire Works.

Told the guy please don t take/steal/lose my nitrogen (green) tire valvestem caps. The tire purchase is complete and I get my car and there s no valvestem caps at all. I tell him and he starts arguing I shouldn t have them on there. He doesn t give me my caps back and literally steals them. What s the deal with these weirdos always trying to take my green valvestem caps. Well this Tireworks was successful. Good job weirdos.

(1) I was told my oil change would take 1.5 hours. I came back after 1 hour and it was still in the same parking spot I left it in. In other words, they didn t even touch it.(2) I also presented a 50% off oil change coupon and the total would be $70. So who would pay $140 full price for an oil change? NOT ME! This place charges a ridiculous price for an oil change.. imagine what they charge for a more involved repair.So I left.
