I went to Tire Works off Centennial Pkwy by Revere. Tara was pleasant to deal with and got me set up for an alignment. After a couple hours I came to the shop where I asked for thr mechanic, Brandon, to ride along with me so I could discuss any concerns I may have. Brandon was able to my a small correction to the alignment which had my 2002 Camry able to drive straight! Definitely a huge improvement that I needed after new control arms and new struts all the way around. Great service overall.

So I towel my car at Tire s work in centennial location just to check what going on with my car. They told me they will check it from me, so I want home that day.then the next day I called the manager and I spoke to him about my car and he said they order the parts and they will process to fix the car, and I told him let me call you back I ll let you guys know. The next day I called them back and one of worker answered the phone I told him how s my car, he told me the car is are ready been fixed and the price is 4,000 plus. Remember I didn t tell them to process and they when out of there why and put the parts in my car. The other thing I didn t sign there paperwork, so I spoke to the manager I told him when did I sign the paperwork. He told me that day you dropped off the car,and told him let me see the signature he show to me it s was the straight line. I told the manager that was not my signature he told me I m still paying 4000 plus, and he give me the option apply to snap financial. I didn t get approved so I told him that, and he said that s the only way. Then I told him take there parts of my car I will take back my car back . They said no so my car is holding Hostage inside there shop. I called there corporate and explained everything to them and they told me they will call me after 48 hours but sadly they didn t. So for those people out there please find another shop this Tires Works in centennial north Las Vegas will hold your car hostage, if you don t pay 1000 of dollars and they will Hustle you. So I m fighting for my car and I will get my car home safe. People remember their are other shop out there they won t charge you for 4000. If there s is a 0 star I will rate them.

Randy and Carlos delivered excellent service. They were kind, considerate and funny. They assessed and fixed my car in no time at all. Super professional! I sincerely could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you both for taking such good care of my husband and I. We ll absolutely be back.

Randy Johnson was very helpful and professional. We had an Oil change and needed front brakes and rotors and he kept us informed about parts delivery throughout the process.

Phenomenal service. Popped my tire and showed up after putting the spare on. Put my jack and rods back in their right spot which was super kind and thoughtful. Got the tires I requested within 30 minutes since they weren t in stock. They put my spare back under the bed of my truck which is a hassle, and that was amazing. These guys went above and beyond. Even considered to ensure my caps were put on the new tires. Did everything I requested. Phenomenal.

Thank You Randy Johnson!! crazy morning, I was a bit upset I couldn't get my oil changed done this morning but also understood that poor Randy was down a couple of people. He assured me if I can come back in the afternoon he would take care my car right away. Man of his word!! Thank you for the great service!!

Took my car into get an oil change, no big deal. When they returned my car I over heard the tech say something about my window, but the person behind the counter never said anything so I get in my car and noticed the passenger window down and won't roll up, I asked the guy why and he said he doesn't know and asked the tech and he said he rolled it down so the car won't lock on itself [which is a stupid answer] and now it won't roll up. He went to get the manager and the manager randy had corporates number ready to give me as if he already knew he wasn't going to do anything and after some back and forth I decided to have them just put my window up so I can secure my car and I'll figure it out with either corporate or something else and here it is a few days later and the window is slipping down... my window never did this before and now since the age of my car I have to deal with it on my own since that's what the district manager said and pretty much said that he knows the legality of the and he's not at fault . Tldr don't take your car here anything they break is your fault.

My Jetta had a turbo problem and the manager Randy made sure my warranty covered the repair. They also found wheel bearings that needing replacement that another shop missed. Even with the last minute find and repair, it only took one extra day to get my vehicle back. Awesome job!!

I took my car in today due to some issues I was having. I spoke to Carlos who made sure he listened to what was wrong with my car. To Carlos to the store manager they did an amazing job on my car. It drives like it s brand new. I d definitely go back.(hopefully not anytime soon lol)

Randy and his team are the best. They took care of my equinox motor shaking problem very quick. Great customer service even when the place is crazy busy. HIGHLY recommend.

Front office staff was helpful and pricing was fair for what I needed done. The issue I had was the young technician doing my tires had no sense of urgency and at one point pawned off the job to another technician. It took well over two hours to change 4 tires from when he started the job. A second young technician started to help but was busy looking at his phone. Just felt like they really did not want to do the job.

Had a flat and they were so quick to change my tire. Didn t feel like they were trying to upsell me which a lot of auto shops do especially with women. Would recommend

Ernesto and Bobby provide above and beyond excellent customer service! They are truly masters of their craft of car repair. I had my oil change, tire rotations, suspension tuning, and alignment all in a good matter of time and quality. No need to visit dealerships that you might have to wait an entire day for one service! Would highly recommend anyone with engine problems and almost any car repairs to have them taken care of.

I LOVE this place!!! Randy Johnson the store manager, helped me when I couldn't even help myself. I was broke with little money and needed a tire repair. Randy was there ! And SAVED THE DAY!!! Randy is that guy! Very transparent and gives you the feeling of working with a human and not a system going after your money! Recommend taking your car in if you are having issues! Will be back further servicing after horrible experiences at other shops!

So I gave them a call because my tire was very flat. He said we don t charge for a patch. When I get there he tell me my tire is too old but it s still a good tire. A waste of time don t go.

Quick and painless. Walked in with a couple quotes I had collected previously. Dude took 1 look at the lowest and said "we can beat that"...and did. Essentially threw in an oil change for the same price as the previous quote (which was a good deal to begin with). Highly recommend. Just do your homework before walking into ANY establishment, not JUST auto shops!

Well it looks like I finally found a fair and honest tire shop. I have now used them 3 times. Always honest fair prices knowledgeable and friendly. One time they even had home made cookies for customers to eat. They have a nice waiting room w free coffee and water. Highly recommend
