I came here to replace my starter that stopped working next door, I came over here and these people were nice enough to look at it for me. I wasn't going to write a review but I must have gotten 10 emails this week reminding me to and I'm over here repairing my car myself thinking about it. I told them about the starter and they found the issues with it. One cool thing they do is that they look over the entire car and take pictures and put it all on a web link you can go to and review them and clearly explains the problem and what it means if it's not repaired. If you have an old car like I do this could be a problem they go looking into things and maybe disturb some things that shouldn't be touched which for me I was left with some broken trim and door panel pieces and the handle doesn't open the door anymore from it. For most people this can be very helpful. The starter ended up being a lot of money to replace here, maybe 2+ times what you would expect, but it's a tire shop right? So I asked them to do a small part of the repair, it was a simple wire replacement maybe $15 part at the store and mount it to two spots and by golly it cost me $300 to do that. Maybe we can say that the vehicle inspection can be part of those hours and call it fair but my issue wasn't fixed when I left here ended up doing it at home now my car is working great. It's wild you gotta be a mechanic to be a car owner these days.Oh and the staff are very nice people.

TireWorks on Craig and Decatur did a great job on my oil and filter change. Angel and his team were immensely efficient, even a complimentary tire rotation with a oil change. Highly reasonable pricing as well!

Shop was amazing! Absolutely took care of everything needed and made me aware of things I didn't know and also explained it to me since I understood the workings of what needed to be done. The shop manager Angel was definitely an angel. Thank you, would highly recommend this shop, will return again for future maintenance.Thank you tire works!!

I bought new tires and brought them in to have them mounted and balanced on my car. They were the proper size and Angel (the manager) even said they were good tires. They then proceeded to scratch and gouge 2 of my wheels, over torque every nut on the car, leave one tire 10 psi low, and didn't even replace the valve stems like he said he would.I brought the gouged wheel up immediately and everything else the next day after I went home and checked the work. Angel proceeded to blame me for everything and refused to help fix the damage they did to my $400 a piece wheels. He said I curbed them which I have never done in my life. He told me that if I had bought tires from them it would have been fine which is a flat out lie. After refusing to help he said "Go buy your own tire machine".Angel is a liar and his techs do not care about your vehicle. Stay away if you like your car.

The customer service on the phone was stellar. They shared with me the issues with my Ford that should be fixed RIGHT AWAY and weren't pushy with the delivery.We were texted a website which held details about the car inspection and due to the transparency, I decided to continue with repairs. The car was dropped off and picked up the same day.There was a snafu with the financing, but it's better not to lie anyways. The 2nd financing option allowed a high loan which was more than enough to cover repairs. The TV is on America's Funniest Videos and there are drinks available for those who get thirsty waiting.I left, and was called when the car was ready. However, I have stayed before and the internet connection was accessible for work or play purposes. I'm glad that the repair warranties are solid. We will be returning for years due to the service.

Angel is amazing! Since coming to Vegas this is been my go-to shop. I've brought four cars and have always left happy. Even in an emergency situation like my radiator blowing up! Thank you Angel and crew

Was a returning customer until today. I went to them last Friday 8/4/23 to install my new tires and rims as they have done in the past. Had no issues driving the truck Friday night or all day Saturday. But yesterday (Sunday 8/6/23) while driving on the freeway I had a tire go flat, pulled over and noticed the valve stem wasn t there, and now my tire is unreliable as the sidewalks were driven on for the few 100ft I had to go to get into a safe location.Went to the store this morning (Monday 8/7/23) to discuss this issue as it appears the valve stem/TPMS were not installed properly (as a valve stem just doesn t fall off out of nowhere). They tried blaming the issue on vandalism (not a possibility at all, why would only one tire have the issue and not all four)and that the best they can do is give me a discount on a new tire ($550 after I only paid $390) and that this was not their fault per their quote we installed it properly and it held air when it left the shop.

Great guys, great prices, great attitudes and very helpful. Maybe the estimated wait time can be a little bit better and you still have to watch out for them selling you something for tiny reasons but a tiny reason is still a reason and I don t feel too bad about giving them my money especially for all I got.

The people here are fantastic! The service they do amazing . I been going for a few years now & I drive all the way across town just to go to this one cause they are so wonderful & helpful the manager Angel is a great guy I love doing business with them haven't had no problems at all since coming here my car is doing so well

Management was good. But I don t think they are set up to align a dually Left there after an alignment drove to Travis air bad and back. Returned with metal showing in both inner front tires. The right side was fine, left was off. When they got done both were off. Took it to arrow alignment and they said it was adjusted wrong. Plus they were cheaper.

The worse place ever. Angel lied to me after spending $3200. He said the car will be running good and I wont have any issue. For the past week my car has a leak and tires is making a really loud noise. So we took it back to them to look at it. Now his telling I have to spent another $500 to put the emergencies break back on. When his the one to suggest to take it off from the beginning. I trusted him to get my car fix. We been going to firestone for years and never had any issue. I work as a property manager and I was talking highly about them to my tenants. All I wanted from Angel is to be honest with us. But rushing me over the phone and being unprofessional. Is not how you do business. especially first time costumer to gain their trust. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will be filling to complaint with the business bureau.

Tire Works Total Car Care and the sales manager Angel were fantastic. They took care of all of my issues and completed the work in the time they quoted me. The price was also what they had quoted me. I will continue to use Tire Works on Craig and Decatur. I Highly recommend this company. My car runs very smoothly now. I LOVE IT!!!

Went in to get a new set of tires and was greeted by Angel. He was very informative and respectful. He went over all of my options and worked within my budget. The service was pretty quick as well. The overall experience was great and I definitely appreciated the staff for accommodating my kids with activities while we waited. These guys are all awesome and I look forward to doing business with them again.

I got good customer service and an honest deal the first time I came here the second time they ordered the wrong part and had to send one of their guys to get the right part, the round trip In traffic should have taken 1 hour according to google maps, an hour and a half after the guy left the shop the parts store called for the companies credit card number. In other words the person they sent to get the part ran his own personal errands before picking up my part even though I had already been waiting for my car for 7 hours, very unprofessional

Killer experience. Called ahead with questions and had every single one answered, some before I even asked, by Angel. Head down to the shop and was met me Tara and Angel and both were spectacular. No hard upselling, just real talk about real issues my truck was having. We laid out a plan on my timeline and my comfort level it was refreshing. They also fixed something another local shop screwed up. I know where I m going from now on.

I am a handicap driver in a wheelchair and I've been using tire works for about a year now and they are absolutely fabulous. they go above and beyond to help me and take care of my van and make sure it's always in great running order and making sure that they take care of me. they are always extremely kind courteous and helpful with everything I need. I strongly suggest that if you have issues with your vehicle go to Tire Works on West Craig Road and Decatur Boulevard in North Las Vegas. you will not be disappointed

Told it was going to be an hour to do an oil change and tire rotation just to call back in an hour to be told it will be another hour waited two hours total and they still did not reset the oil change setting on vehicle did not tell me the thickness of brake pads and put the basic tire psi for any vehicle not the psi specified for my tires which leads me to believe they might not have done the best job on my vehicle makes me worried and not want to return and tell people not to go here either. The service writer lady at the front desk that helped was nice but that s all I could say good about this place beware
