I called ahead of time for an oil change and they were able to get me in within minutes. My car has some other problems, so they also checked them out and let me know what I needed to get done. Very helpful, very informative, very kind, and very efficient. I won t hesitate to come here in the future.

I'd like to be honest by admitting that I did price check among 4 other tire companies. Tire works was my 1st call and I spoke to Alberto. I needed 2 rather uncommon tires. He was very professional and absolutely knew his business. He said that he had the tires in his warehouse and it would take a few hours to retrievethem. He did everything he said he would but went above and beyond.I am so happy that I now have a reputable tire company that I will always use and pass the info on to all of my friends. Thank you again Alberto for being so professional and wanting to please your customers.

Was happy to get tires replaced even at the high cost. I had discussed and agreed with sales rep. to exchange the spare tire, that didn't get done; maybe for a valid reason, but it wasn't even looked at, although they checked 49 other issues. Seems strange that a tire store wouldn't look at the spare tire?? There is other work that I would have like to have done but did not feel comfortable. Really did not feel they want to establish a customer relationship, just a transaction.

Reiterating the majority of great reviews. We just moved here and got a bolt in our tire. Dropped it off, quick repair, and they did not charge me. Cannot beat that level of service. Very personable as well. Will definitely come back here when we need new tires.

The Team at Tireworks on Tropicana and Grand Canyon are awesome! There service is great. I was taken care of by the Manager Alberto. They squeezed me in with changing two tires and the older gentleman (didn't get his name) provided great service. He asked me all the details and helped me load my wheels I had changed. Prices are reasonable and not crazy like other shops. Thank you Alberto and your team! Ill definitely be back and will recommend your location!

I just had four tires replaced. I've been utilizing this location for the last 6 years and I am always extremely satisfied with their services. They are fair, honest and they do a wonderful job. They are very high tech in providing you information regarding your vehicle as well as services needed and currently was surprised to find they have an online form for you. With everything on your car that has been tested, I'm very impressed. I highly recommend them. If you need services and you want an honest tech, that's the place to go for you

The location was very clean and organized. Alberto was professional and I was able to wait while two tires were replaced in a timely manner. (Competitive price on the tires too). Good experience!

Great staff. Great prices. Went in for a rotation and balance. Not haggled for anything else, and they even reminded me that since I purchased my tires there, there was no charge!It was the cheapest option for that charge after calling 5 different places BTW.

I now see why this Auto Works has such great reviews. What started as an incredibly stressful situation was taken care of quickly and very professionally. Alberto went above and beyond to ease my mind (even if he wasn t aware that s what he was doing) and to get me in and out of there as quickly as humanly possible. I am so impressed and so grateful that I found this place. 10/10! I will definitely be a returning customer and will refer everyone I know to this location. Thank you again Alberto!

I highly suggest this car shop! The manager Alberto went through my issue with me step by step and the mechanic Christian was able to save me money by correctly diagnosing a problem another shop had misdiagnosed. I was given updates throughout the day by Wolfgang so I never had to be nervous about the state of my vehicle. They ve found themselves a permanent customer!

Was able to get the inspection done quicker than what I was told when first coming in. Breakdown explaining what needed to be fixed. Was quick efficient with photos provided as well.

Not impressed. Was told on multiple occasions to be there at 7:30 when they opened if i wanted to avoid a wait. I work nights. Vegas Life. Pulled in at 7:20. The onky customer, and was told at 7:27 that theirs a 3 to 3 1/2 wait due to 3-4 cars still sitting from yesterday to be repaired on. I explained to him my position and received and got nothing but a blank stare. Appreciate you! ;) Have a great 1, Star!!

I always get my tires and other system checks done with tire works . They honor loyalty, just today I picked up a nail in my tire expecting to buy a new tire and they fixed it no charge. You can t beat that type of service. Thank you

I had a nail in my tire and I went to this tire works and they changed it for free. They were so professional so courteous and polite. I just loved the service that I got there. It was amazing And I will say it's the cleanest tire shop i've ever seen.I can't imagine anybody having anything bad to say about This place and It's employees.

This Tireworks location is truly amazing. I've been coming to this location for years. Alberto, Wolfgang, Christian, and the rest of the guys go above and beyond, explain everything to me so I can understand, and most importantly I trust them.

Ever since I got my minivan I have been taking it here for its oil changes. The staff is always so nice. Anytime I have needed repairs the staff always does a great job on explaining and educating me on the need for the service, making me feel confident they are recommending appropriate work. I have never had an issue with any of the repairs they have done for me or any of the tire changes I have done over the years. Only once did I go to a different location and the experience was so so great so since then I never go else where! They are absolutely Amazing!

Reasonable prices on oil change, front brake replacement, and battery replacement. Thought the prices for coolant flush and power steering flush ran a little high. Liked that they rotated the tires for free.Fast, same-day service on a Monday afternoon. Friendly, professional staff. Straightforward and easy to work with.
