We moved out to the south side of the valley 7 years ago and have been going to the Tire Works on Durango and Blue Diamond ever since. When Travis became the manager there the service and hospitality have been 5 star every visit! They remember your name, they remember your vehicle and they make you feel like you re getting special treatment!! 100% recommend them for all of your vehicle needs! Great job guys!!!

I ve been taking my vehicle to tire Works for about a year now when needing maintenance and they have definitely gained my trust, as well as I appreciate all the knowledge they ve shared with me as a woman sometimes I m not clear, on certain maintenance issues and they ve broken it down and explained and taken that time to do so and I appreciate them very much today. Specifically Keith help me upfront and I m not sure if it was a hector Victor that worked on my vehicle but that was just for today. It s been several different individuals and always great experience.

Took my ex-girlfriend's car here to get it new tires. The prices were decent. The mechanics were great. The service wasn't too long which was great but definitely make sure you speak to the right people. That's all I got to say. All around. I had a wonderful and 110% excellent experience here for when I was in need for my ex-girlfriend's car. Thank you!

Travis & Charles went above & beyond to ensure I was driving a safe & reliable vehicle on the road. Not only did I get a quick appointment, the service was fast with a reasonable price. They also let me take a look under the car to see the issues for myself which I appreciate. All around great & knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this location!

Travis provided exceptional customer service. I was a walk in and he attended to my vehicle s needs right away. Being a multiple business owner, I know how critical customer service is to the success of a small business. I took a chance on this place even though the reviews weren t that great and my experience exceeded my expectations. Support local businesses and if you had a bad experience before, please give them another try.

My experience with Tire Works was amazing. Keith was very helpful and explained everything in detail from major issues to minor issues. I was very pleased with the customer service as well as the maintenance service done to my vehicle. The mechanic that worked on my car did his due diligence and my car is running a lot smoother than before.I definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back in the future to have them service my vehicle as long as it s running. I feel the staff is very passionate at what they do and having them work on an older car to make it run close to brand new is nothing less than amazing work.

I had a tire blow out on the highway. It's a used car and the spare didn't fit. I contacted Tire Works and let them know what I needed. The prices were decent on some really nice tires.

Thrilled to leave a 5-star review for Tire Works Total Car Care! This is the place to take your vehicle for repairs you can trust.The manager, Travis, is super helpful and knowledgeable. He placed an order to replace four tires on the same day, keeping in constant communication and having my car ready prior to the promised time. His entire team was helpful and professional.With Travis managing this shop for eight years, you can tell he has total ownership, and the operations show it. Highly recommended place to go for your car care needs.

I've been going to the Tire Works on Blue Diamond for years and won't let anyone else work on my 4Runner. Travis and his team are amazing. They are very customer focused, always take the time to explain, in detail, what services will be performed, make every effort to get you the best value and they stand behind their workmanship. For my 4Runner, it is Travis and this Tire Works team over Toyota dealer service every time.

Tire Works always delivers, called first AM, they even pickup the phone 15 minutes early to take my call. I needed brake service and oil change, needed to be done before EOD. Charles kept me company informed and work got done. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service and treatment. I had a nail in my tire and they offered to fix it for free. Now I had called another store the night before because they were open and they wanted to charge me $30 or more for the patch. The fact that Travis offered it for free speaks volumes.

5 stars for this store. They replaced all 4 tires in timely manner. The manager Travis is a great guy to deal with. I highly recommend the Tire Works store on Blue Diamond.

Car troubles are always a pain, but this location really showed how customers should be treated, which made the ordeal easier. Charles and Travis were extremely helpful with my repair needs. They went above and beyond what was required and really cared about my situation. I cannot recommend this location enough. Will definitely be coming here for all of my future car needs!

From the first phone call, to drop off, to picking up my car. I knew Keith had me covered. Brought my car in after having a flat tire, and I was very happy with the level of customer service and professionalism that I received from Keith and his team. They certainly have the customer s best interests in mind and they got me back out on the road quickly. I trust them to take care of any of my future needs.

After they fixed my flat for free, I came back a few years later to get a new set of tires. Their service was exceptional, fast and efficient! I highly recommend working with Travis to get the job done!

I was told I have to drop my vehicle off for about 4 hours for a flat repair because we don t make money on flat repairs . Went to a competitor and they fixed it on the spot and I brought my wife s Jeep back for $3500 in wheels and tires. I guess some people do make money on flat repairs. If you re spending money here I m sure they re ok but the times you re not, you re not a vip anymore. Just my opinion.

I have been using tire works exclusively for the regular maintenance on my Kia K5 and their staff has done amazing work for me. I appreciate their attention to detail and their quality workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable service center with great customer service.

Travis, the manager, really helped me out last minute. He was able to squeeze me in for a complete new set of tires. When I got there, Keith was so nice and professional and he even stayed a bit after closing to make sure I could pick up my car same day. Amazing service, would definitely recommend.

I came to this tireworks location after getting a quote from my dealership to replace a tire that had a nail in it. The dealership quoted me over $300 to replace one tire that they said was unrepairable. I saw Keith at tireworks and he took one look at my tire and said he could repair it and at no charge. If he could not repair he got me a price of $170 for a new tire. Keith was good on his word and repaired the tire. They saved me a ton of money and I m so glad I came here and got a second opinion. This place is trustworthy and professional. We will be back and recommend to others. Thank you.

God awful service from the District Manager to the unknowledgeable staff that he manages. My receipt simply says lifetime brake service for free. That s included parts & labor. The DM even referenced that back to me haha. But everyone should already know, as should I, how some shops love to give you the run around. I don t know how you can change the rules to your policy that was given to me at the time of the service just like that & say in your words. That what you say goes because you are the DM. I will never again go to any tire works or sun auto. I have been very patient for 3 days & respectful. But it s what ever you say, goes I really don t recommend. I even had a customer walking out from the store on Sahara & buffalo warn me about the awful customer service they provided to him & little did I know, I received the same bad service. Give yourself the break & please try to find some place besides these two businesses that are sister companies. Never again.

Poor customer experience and the manager on-site needs to learn to be more customer friendly and respectful. First, being arrogant and a wise guy in front of a customer like myself will not win their business or trust. Second, your team lack the productivity and professionalism. You have guys standing around slacking with customers in the waiting room some were falling asleep. And lastly, I just wanted to say that not all customers that come in the shop were ignorant about cars so happened I know much about the mechanics that goes on todays vehicles so this site manager couldn t fool me into paying more by using the scary tactic that may had worked to those poor victim of sales but it didn t work for me.One last thing, the unprofessional mechanic left his greasy finger prints on the driver s arm rest. I wouldn t return to this place or recommend this business to my friends or family.

Had to get a belt tensioner replaced on my Nissan cube vehicle. I called to see if I could bring my vehicle in on a Friday mid-morning time. Thankfully, they could take my car, and I dropped it off for the afternoon.By 5:30 p.m., it was available for pick up. All the people I spoke with at this location were very helpful and courteous. Price was fair, but still under $400 for the work done. 2 year warranty on the repair, which I liked.Will definitely consider taking my vehicle here for other repairs as needed.

I m traveling from LA all the way here in Vegas. Unfortunately I had a flat tire with the nail in it and took it here as soon as Possible to get it repaired. The guy in the front desk was very helpful and honest. They took a good care of my tire. I m very happy with service. I m glad I found this place.

Great service and attention to detail. Travis was honest, communicative and listened to my concerns. He and Victor accurately diagnosed the noise I described and fixed it quickly in addition to the oil change and struts. Work was done in a timely manner as quoted. My Highlander drives smoother than ever! I also really appreciate the link that gets texted to you for the inspection so you can see the problems and what is OK, and what needs fixing. Super handy. Highly recommend this Tire Works!

Took a set of tires to remove the rubber from the rim and they knocked it out for me free of charge, even. When I offered to pay. They were very helpful and great customer service.
