I had a flat tire for the first time in my life and didn t know what to do...I found this wonderful workshop around the corner and they did everything in 20 minutes for $20!Thank you so much guys and Taylor!

Thank you Mr. Taylor Evans (Assistant Manager) for your excellent service.After talking and him explaining thoroughly what is needed and necessary for my vehicle to be at par, I felt safe and secured because I found a very honest trustworthy person in you Sir Taylor and you definitely have a lot of knowledge; in addition, of course a crew who knows how a job is done with excellence.Managed by Scott, the location manager who is willing to help and even offered another way of payment through a financing program was so helpful. He was so confident that he made sure all work is done at the highest level and 100 percent customer satisfaction.I found a place for my vehicle to last for a long long time.Thank you all! You are the best!

I ve been going to these guys for years because they re close to my house. But if I ever moved, I would absolutely keep my business here. Always helpful, great pricing, knowledgeable.In the past, I *hated* any type of auto shop, mechanic, tire place, etc because it constantly felt like I was being taken advantage of.These guys are fair, honest and care about the long-term relation with customers over a quick dollar. 100% recommend.

One for the worst service I have ever received in US. They messed up my car and charged immense labor charges around $700 for one hour. After service engine oil was leaking and they did it on purpose to get more business. If there is minus -5 stars rating they are suitable for that. Very fraudulent business activity, they might have made money from my service but someday bad karma will bite them. I won t recommend them for any kind of service. Stay away!!!

Awesome experience with the staff. Called around to multiple tire shops to find a single tire for my car and they were the only one that had it in stock. Staff was very accommodating and service was done extremely professionally and quickly. Highly recommend them for auto services.

John was awesome taking me in the last 25 mins of a Sunday and got my flat taken care quite efficiently by Brian (tech). Great team. Everyone on the team seemed happy!

Shout out to these guys for being honest, professional, and quick!My car had a flat and they were able to get my car in quick and replace my tires. They also helped replace my headlight when I asked.Overall, great experience and I m very happy with!

Will never come here again 1st $124 for an oil change is ridiculous 2nd I communicated my plate covering for an oil change was put on wrong previously, so be careful to make sure it s attached afterwards. Still was put on incorrect & not secured so I had to make a 2nd trip to the shop to get it reattached later that night I noticed my hubcap was missing. I had work the next day so I couldn t make it in to inquire about it so I did it the following day. The tech is saying I came in with only 3 hubcaps but i did a lot of driving that day I would ve noticed if I was missing one. The manager claims he was going to check cameras just to come back & say the cameras aren t working. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . If they did infact put my hubcap back on & it rolled off, that means it wasn t put back on securely & the tech is flat out lying about coming in with only 3 huncapS. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONEClick

Always a great experience. They take the time to do things right, and have triple checked their work on subsequent visits. I drive 30 minutes to have my service done at this location because of the service and consistency

It's an honest shop that takes care of their customers. They care about you and it shows. In my case they went out of their way to make sure things were checked out and gave me a solid estimate for repairs. You can trust these guys.

When i went to tire choice i asked for a oil change and diagnostic so the guys started working on the car and came back told me my problem was the battery little did the guys know it was a brand new battery in the car i told them i dont need a nee battery and i just got a diagnostic and i just wanted a second opinion the came back with a list that had nothin to do with whats was wrong with my car tires a battery none of these where the reason my check engine light was on total waste of money and i feel cheated and robed

John (manager) and Anthony (technician) saved my life! I got a really bad nail stuck in my tire and had to make an emergency stop, it was super late and every other tire store was closed!I called John and he told me to head on over to his store -- upon arriving, he and Anthony immediately got to work in replacing the damaged tire. John went out of his way to make me feel welcome and comfortable and because of him, I know I will definitely come back again! Great job! Five Stars! Thanks for saving me!

Open late, was able to squeeze me in. They were unable to patch but were able to put spare on just for safety and never tried to upset or have me in a bind! Definitely return first here to get tire price and options if reasonable Great job!!

I found a had a flat tire leaving work Saturday night and had to change to the space-saver spare. I was interested in getting a repair as soon as possible, and this location was not only close, but one of the few open on a Sunday.They were able to take me right away without an appointment. The staff were personable and pleasant, and the waiting area was clean and quiet. Wait time and pricing were reasonable, and the staff even put my jack and spare tire back in place.If you are in need of a repair to your tire, I highly recommend this location.

I would highly recommend this location for all your Car needs. Mechanical and tires for the great customer service .You receive as soon as you walk in the door. The manager Jon who took care of all my needs dealt with my warranty company and kept me well informed of what was happening. They had very friendly staff an the great work they did on my car. They were so quick! I've never had such a pleasant experience dealing with mechanic shops. I know one thing ,from now on they will be the only shop to work on my car. You don't have to worry about upselling or trying to push something you don't need. Very honest and straightforward. They show you this is what you need. This is your problem. Very fair with their pricing, I couldn't ask for anything better highly recommended.

TireChoice Auto Service is the only "Choice" to make for all your Auto needs. This location is fantastic. I needed a huge favor just labor for install of my brakes pads/rotors and Jonathan and Scott assisted me these two are phenomenal. They are extremely honest and fair with pricing. Super accommodating I arrived as a walk in after 4PM they immediately took my car into the shop and within 1 hour parts were installed and my vehicle was already for pickup. Extremely nice team here definitely request Jonathan or especially Scott next time for all your auto needs. They are much more reasonably priced compared to their competitors nearby.Thank you TireChoice for making a very satisfied customer I will return in the future with other Auto needs and recommend to family/friends

An hour for a single tire change/balance without having to mount/unmount the tire is ridiculous to me. Next time, just share with me that it'll take an hour instead of 15 min, and I don't mind leaving the area and coming back. (This is coming from someone with a automotive/electricians degree).

I pulled into Good Year Tire Choice Auto Service Center initially embarrassed about my ask because it was regarding low tire pressure. John greeted with me smile, assured me I had nothing to be embarrassed about and had me pull around where he checked for my cars specs pertaining to tire pressure and squared me away. Although that was the only service that I needed today, because of the pleasant and professional exchange, they've earned a new customer. Thank you John for making me feel comfortable and getting back on the roads safely.

I use this shop personally as well as for a fleet of. Vehicles I manage. The staff here is very knowledgeable, and the customer service is great. Ask for Scott or Adam (management team), If you stop by, they will take good care of you. They can work on most standard size vehicles, and usually, the turnaround is less than a day. Only draw back for me is that they can't work on class 5 or larger vehicles .The shop prices here are on the higher end, comparable to what you would pay at a dealership, but the quality of work your vehicle will receive is also on the higher end.

I've been here a few times for new tires and they're always very polite, personable and straight to the point which is great. They also are priced competitively compared to other shops around. I do suggest getting there first thing in the morning because it does get busy but they keep you updated and there's plenty of food spots around in case you have to wait a little.

If you are a woman please do not go here . I used to go here a year ago , I guess management was different, they were honest . Now they are not . They said I needed back struts , which might have been true until I got there and he says well you need front ones too. I took it to two other mechanics and my struts are fine . This place said I needed to replace my battery , I went to the dealership they tested it and it said GOOD , not replace as it was claimed . They over charged me for 4 tires and an alignment however I was in need so the 1458 was spent. The manager helped me and all he wants is money please avoid this place or at least get a second opinion.UPDATE : Got a phone call from Scotty , who s very displeased with my review and continued to lie to me about what was said to me . Very unprofessional .

I absolutely love this location. I haven't been to a place I truly trusted in many many years. These guys always take good care of me and most DEFINITELY do not take advantage of women. They will gladly take me into the shop and show me anything they are talking about so I can see for myself.That's how you build trust with your clients. 100%. It can be very hard to be sure a mechanic shop isn't trying to OVERSELL you on things you don't need and I'm very independent. I could easily do some of my own work, but I'm a mom and a busy one at that's I'll take the help from these guys. They take solid care of me.Thanks for being the best in town! I tell everyone to come here. Fantastic!

I would highly recommend anyone that needs a car repair, whether it s a replacement of a tire, brakes, or anything regarding their engine problems to bring their car to this location.What makes this company stand out from the rest is the personal service from the staff and the fact that they actually care about ensuring that your car is fixed correctly and you never have to worry about being overpriced about any product or service that you are purchasing.I would like to personally thank Scott the General Manager and all of the other staff that works there for all of their professionalism, honesty and determination to make sure that my vehicle was fixed properly. I only wish there were more car repair companies that provided the same type of quality service.Jonathan
