This tire shop is the best. I had a nail in my tire and three other shops I visited prior to finding Goodyear said it couldn t be fixed as it was a run flat tire. They all suggested I buy a new tire or a set of all four despite my car having only 800 miles on it.When I stopped at Goodyear with intention to order a new tire from them to match my set, the team examined my flat and fixed it in 20 minutes! They definitely saved the day and a lot of headache !

Oil Change for my Toyota 4-Runner TRD Sport. Staff provided excellent customer service. Didn t get the gentleman s name but he was wonderful to talk to and has been working in this profession for over 10 years. His dedication shows especially with the distance he has to drive from home to work.

Staff was professional & knowledgeable in what I was requesting for tire patching & to purchasing of used or new. I also need to have balancing of all for tires. Great & fast service. I am from California therefore I didn't know of any of the tire places. First one I called & I felt confident in his knowledge over the phone & I was able to get service in the early evening when most other shops were closing. I recommend this tire to anyone seeking service.I will be going back there to purchase my granddaughter her other tires for her car.

I highly recommend going there. They did a phenomenal job on my brakes within a reasonable time and extremely helpful. I will definitely go back if there are other things I ever need done with my car. Paul and Billy were extremely kind and helpful and explained everything. Paul took the time to sit down and talk with me about my brakes. It was extremely helpful.

Tim and his staff is 20 stars. Always up front and direct with the issues. No short cuts. Been working with him decades and wouldn't take my vehicle no where else. When you find an awesome knowledgeable manager, you ride into the wheels fall off. They are fabulous!!@

Ask for Brett! As a single mom on a budget and no knowledge of cars, it s very important for me to go to a mechanic that won t take advantage of that. He and his team do a great job taking care of my car needs.

Mgr. Brett was exceptional in helping me early this morning due to a nail in my tire....and the Tire Lock for my tires was not working. His work around and his advice was very helpful. His attitude and personality was warm and inviting, and not intimidating. He explained everything fully, and the price was surprising LOW!! He even took a picture of the nail while it was in my tire for me to see. Thank you to Brett and the Sunday Morning Team at 9555 W. Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89147!! FIVE STARS

If you want someone to mess up your car when you explicitly warn them not to, this is your place. Took my Jaguar in to have a puncture fixed, told the manager to please be careful to not damage my wheels, and guess what happens? Confront him about it and show him the damage, he says they didn't do it.... I guess it magically happened in that 20 minutes it was out of my sight. So he reluctantly agrees to pay to fix it, says he will call me back later to discuss and guess what? No call. If you mess something up, own it and make it right. Pics below... so now a simple fix will be a costly lesson for me.

Thankful ! You are open on SUNDAYS my tire unexpectedly had a rupture, I immediately called and they got me in ASAP. As soon as I got there Danny immediately greeted me and got me in. Arin was very kind and accommodating. Thanks boys for saving my day, I ll be back.

I just moved from California to Las Vegas last year, and my best friends highly recommended this facility. They have done a lot of work on my SUV, and then I decided to have new tires put on on my last visit. Tim and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and do a great job!Another satisfied customer!Terry

This is an excellent auto shop! Tim provides excellent customer service and the service men do as well. You can trust your vehicle will be repaired properly.

Maybe it was a poor decision on my part to take my vehicle to a tire shop for a simple oil change. Anyways, the oil change was not completed properly and there was a leaking gasket on my oil pan. That same night after picking up my truck I was driving on the freeway and my oil pressure light came on. There was also oil droppings all over my new paver driveway. I contacted the manager who sent somebody out to the house and then brought my truck back to the shop to double check everything and redo the oil change. He promised that they would reimburse me for power washing the oil stains off my driveway. After I completed the power washing I emailed them the invoice which was under $200. They have ignored reimbursing me even after an email reminder. Long story short do not take your vehicle to this shop for a routine maintenance. I only hope that there is no long-term damage from the low pressure oil situation before they fixed it.

Great experience with Michael Severs & Brett Hollis. They were able too service my Camaro and I would shop there again! These days genuine customer service is challenging and I don't like to spend money with companies who just show up and work but not service customers. Well, these guys were great, informative, excellent with communication, and give customers a wonderful experience. Thank You again!

I decided to give Tire Choice a shot after their competitors across the street were too busy to help me 2 days in a row and I m super glad I did. They were fast, friendly and very competitive with pricing. I will definitely be returning. I m beyond happy with their professionalism and good service. I highly recommend.

I took my vehicle in last month to get an oil change and serpentine belt replaced. I also asked to check out the entire vehicle and not any issues that needs attention. I was provided the lIt of work needed to be done and it was consistent to my own assessment on what my vehicle needed. My vehicle repair was done same day. Service was great. Price was lower than the dealershipToday I took my vehicle back to the same locational get more work done. I received a phone call to let me know how much the work was going to cost and few hours later I received a phone call to let me know my vehicle was ready. During my check out I was informed a part was damaged that was not part of the work order. Today James and his people went above and beyond to replace the broken part. There was no added charge to replace the broken part. It s rare to find honest service people nowadays. It could have gone another way with me getting a phone call telling me additional work and cost was necessary. Thank you James and company. My vehicle runs better. You earned my trust and loyalty. I will definitely refer you to my friends and family.

Only place that was open on Sunday. Brett was honest. Said they could fix my tire even though Big-O said it was unrepairable. And they did! My new go-to tire store...

1st time in to check things out... it went okay. Went in for a brake inspection and was told no need, but that after a couple other checks they recommend a coolant flush (I knew I needed one) and a brake fluid flush (also needed). I've had my car for over 4 years and neither of those had been done yet. Glen went over everything else and offered great pricing and a small discount. We were told it would be around 1.5 - 2 hours... it took just over 3 as they only had one tech working 3 different cars at that time. Because it took so much longer than expected we received a free oil change on our next visit. Overall I was very impressed with the customer service and pricing, but they need to work on scheduling to keep cars moving in and out in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for service at a great price even if it takes a little longer than expected.

The staff at this location are wonderful, they take care of all my needs and go above and beyond every-time I visit! I will only do business here and I recommend everyone that needs work done to come here.

A thank you and a final farewell. I've been frequenting this shop for some time now. As someone in the automotive field, I've seen my fair of service shops. Generally there can be a negative connotation to them as when you take the vehicle in you're always expecting some level of mark up or recommended service. I know my vehicle quite well and I'm always displeased when someone t a shop operates under the misconception that I'm not aware of its condition and serviceability and tries to tell me something that 'needs' to be done so a business can maximize its profits. I don't haven't had a single experience here where that has happen which is what has kept me coming back over the years. Today was a sad day; my last oil change in Las Vegas before I move. Now the quest begins to find a commensurate shop where I moving to that will extend the same level of courtesy and professionalism. Thanks again for the excellent service over the years and through your recent corporate changeover. Glad to see the level of service hasn't changed. Special thanks to James! When you see the mitten on the map, that's me waving!

Excellent service, we had a flat tire on highway 160 coming from Pahrump Valley. Two dogs in the car, hundred and eight outside. We called ahead. And this team got us out with a new tire within 8 minutes!! Truly amazing. Thank you thank you!!!

Got my oil changed and transmission drained and filled (not flushed) and the mechanic road tested to make sure the transmission worked well with the new fluid change. Toyota 4cyl. Excellent service as always. They have been taking care of my Sled (car) for a few years now. They are crazy busy so there's a wait. Be patient. Thanks for reading.2/5/22- Oil Change wait not as long within a couple of hours. They have earlier hours on the weekends w a couple of new hires. Service excellent . 5/1/22 Oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was a couple of hours. It's a busy shop. But, they always do an excellent job and have never hustled me for other services, unless it's actually due for them (to which you should be aware). Been going there for about 7 years.

Worst possible car care place I have ever seen. I call a few days ago and informed them I needed an oil change, tire rotation and had a rear stop light out. They stated no problem we can help you. I am a retired disabled veteran and have Alzheimer's Disease, so I trusted them. We showed up for the appointment and again I ask about the stop light I was told no problem. I returned after about an hour later and was informed it was all done except the stop light because they did not have the bulb for my car. I ask why they couldn't order the bulb and was informed that couldn't order it. I said the last time it happened I was at Discount Tire and they had it within an half hour. I was told I should go back to them. Which I do plan to do. After we left the manger knew we were upset so he called about a a hour later and stated he had ordered the light and if I would bring the car back he would change it, why couldn't this happen at my appointment. I plan to go back to Discount Tire to have the repair done the right way. Avoid this place.

I went here to have my tires checked because I was going on a road trip. They said the tires were fine he said when I get back I need new rear brakes. I was surprised because my vehicles two years old and I am not having any issues. Went to two other tire locations and they said my brakes were fine ..
