This had been my go-to shop for years, but not anymore.It seems upper-level management has decided to skeletonize the workforce and make what should be a convenience, a long wait hassle.Not nearly enough staff on any given day to take care of the basic services offered.Went earlier in the week early in the morning and was asked to leave the vehicle for the entire day or come back on Saturday (when they would have more staffing) and I would be taken care of while I waited. I was told on Saturday morning it was no different than Thursday, to leave the car and it 'should' be done by the close of business.There are more convenient options closer to my home.I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.Upper management is costing the business, and loyal customers, by not understanding the need for labor to provide a service. It's almost as if they want to fail.

This Tire Choice is a great shop. I used to work here and this is where I take my truck for things I don't know how to, or don't want to do myself. The manager Steve is knowledgeable and honest. I've sent my friends and family members here for those reasons and they've all been satisfied.

Dusty was very friendly and willing to work with me to get me the price I was looking for on 4 new tires. Service was very quick - only about 2 hours, and they even threw in the alignment that the dealership said I needed. Great customer service, fair price, fast. What more can you ask for?

We had an emergency when we went to pick up our fifth wheel and to our surprise we had a flat. We started calling several tire shops, it was later in the day and most could not fit us in. Dusty at Tire Choice was very helpful and had us in and out in 15 minutes. The Tech, Jose, did an excellent job. It is so refreshing to being treated so well.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO CENTENNIAL TIRE CHOICE!!!!! I was told a few months ago that my alignment needed to be redone. But I had all new tires put on at Costco three months before and aligned. Two days ago we went there because the TPMS light wouldn t go off even though the pressure in all four tires was fine. The guy wanted $800 to replace the sensors!!! You can buy 4 sensors online for $50. You can buy a kit to program them and get 4 new sensors for $250. Costco quotes $65/tire. That s only $250 total. Pep Biys quoted about $400. Tire Choice on Centennial is a complete ripoff joint!!! They are thief s plain and simple

The staff has been consistently friendly over the course of multiple visits to this location. 99% of the time I walk-in for service and am able to be helped. They have a little waiting room (4 chairs, TV, restroom) so I bring my laptop to stay productive while I wait. Multiple food venues within walking distance too.

Wait time was pretty long but expected for a walk in. Aside from that everything was good except I requested the air pressure in my tires be balanced along with my oil change but only the oil change was done.

Tire Choice has been servicing my vehicle (2014 Toyota Avalon) as well as my parents' vehicle (2019 Honda Accord Hybrid) for approximately 2 years now. The service deparment and customer service desk personnel are very nice and extremely friendly. They do a great job on our cars and the prices are very reasonable also. Steve in service is especially a great guy and always willing to go above and beyond to do a great job in servicing our cars. We are very happy we chose to bring in our cars and let them perform the service that we needed on our cars.

This store does not respect its clients time. I needed two rear tires so I ordered the tires and setup a 9am appointment. Show up on time, the manager personally tried to upsale more services, only to wait 3 full hours to get 2 tires mounted and balance. The excuse was that they only had 1 tech.IF you don t have the manpower, don t schedule the work. This was not a walk in, this is scheduled work. Inform your clients waiting if there is a variable that will extend the expectationStay away, if the manager can t figure it out, imagine the rest of the operation

Bad Mechanics Or Taking Advantage Of A 19 Year Old College Student Working Part Time. He took his car in to be diagnosed, you turn the key on, have all power but no crank or even clicking of the starter. He had already installed a new ignition switch. It was explained to them before this issue started you had to apply alot of pressure pushing in on the key when starting. They had the car 2 days and came up with a new PCM and new immobilizer, $2700.00. Keep in mind this is a young adult in college. All career's have little tricks of the trade, etc. So unless this was the mechanics 1st day, he should have had ways to check things the old school way without the diagnostic computer doing things for them. Told them he is not spending $2700 on a $3000 car. Picked it up, had it towed home after a $105 diagnostic fee. I popped of the ignition switch and started the car in about 3 minutes with a screwdriver on the back of the switch with the key in the ignition. At the end of the day it is a $127 part, the ignition tumbler housing is worn out.I think they owe a refund for this misdiagnosis. Keep in mind what they would have tried to pull if we gave the go ahead to do the PCM and immobilizer. The car still would not have started if the replaced them. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS, YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE, BUT TO DO IT TO A COLEGE KID THAT DOES NOT HAVE MONEY LIKE THAT IS COMPLETELY IMMORAL.!! I had my rear brakes done on my work truck here, new pads and turn the rotors, the rotors look like sh-t, so I took it back for the guy to see what they looked like and he did not admit they looked bad but said, oh yeah, we changed them. I think I need to take the tire off and check the pads for myself. I do NOT want a response of, call us to discuss, I'm sorry for your bad experience, etc.. Just give him his $105 dollars back for the misdiagnosis and we will be on our way and never be back. This seems fair and the stand up thing to do seeing that the job was not correct.

Amazing service, I came in with a completely shredded tire and was just going to have them replace the one so I could get to where I was going to replace all 4. Jamison was super helpful in finding me a decent price to get all 4 done there, he just had to send some guys to go and get the tires when they had time. I dropped my car off at 11 and had it back by 4 and was just all around pleased with how kind he was and how well they did! Thank you again, I d definitely come back whenever I have an issue with my car.

Last minutes needed my tire checked out. Unfortunately my usual place was closed and this place was closing soon. Fortunately the gentleman was kind enough to take a look even though they were close to closing and had other customers. Took a look and they said it was a mail and could not be patched. Unfortunately I had to get a new tire. It seemed really pricey and after looking up the tire online I think it was a little overpriced but for the last minute I was willing to pay a little more. Unfortunately I was not able to pick up my new tire until a few days later. When I went back to get my tire put back on, I was at the shop 10mins prior to open. I was the only customer when they open led their doors and I was told I had to wait as there was only one tech and I guess a manager? I waited assuming it would only take 30ish minutes or so. Well 90 mins later I had to ask for my keys back so I could go to work. My tire had not been put on. I was the only one waiting on the shop and I watched in the waiting room as the manager just sat at his computer with his vape. Don t know why my tire wasn t getting out on in that time. I had to have a friend bring my car back that evening who said it took 20 mins. Not the best experience and was frustrated as my wait seems to be unnecessary. Should have asked for my wheel back and I could have put it on myself quicker. I will not be going back here.

I called this place and the guy behind the counter, Steven, got me an appointment same-day. When I arrived, he was absolutely inundated with customers. Calls were flooding in at the same time. He handled all of them with patience. I will definitely come back here for future work.

I went in with my sibling and we went in to get a simple tire patch for a nail in the tire of our car. It took them over 6 hours to do so, 9am-3pm, and when we came back to get the car, they told us the back brakes were so low, they were grinding metal on metal, and that we should have heard how bad they were by the squeaking, but they could fix it for $700.00 and it was unsafe to drive even out of the shop. I drove the day previously and there wasnt a sound or anything wrong with the brakes or car before. We left with the car, which is now oddley enough squeaking got a second opinion and there was nothing dangerously wrong with the brakes, certainly not metal on metal and we were fine to drive over four hours home. We felt like they tried to lie and say the car was much worse then it was, a very bad experience.

Your manager was extremely professional, friendly and so patient. He was very busy, but took his time with each customer. He really could use some help at that service desk! He was by himself and did a great job, but the line was constant and he just had no relief!

Your place was clean and welcoming. Your manager Stephen was very welcoming, very informative, very accurate in all statements, he made me feel very comfortable , gave me a time frame when the car would be ready and met that time frame. Stephen invited me back to check the work to make sure the nuts on the car wheel are torqued properly -- no one ever does that. This location is highly recommended !!

Cheap for oil changes but I do not recommend them for vehicle maintenance. They called me and said my vehicle was producing a code but he couldn t remember what the mechanic told him. So they charged me $100 dollars for diagnostic. Jeremy calls me back and say s hey it s an O2 sensor do you want us to replace it? I said sure them he tells me the price is going to be $460 for oil change $48, diagnostic $100 dollars, and the rest is just to replace an O2 sensor.I went to oreilly s auto parts and bought an O2 sensor for $60.That means they wanted almost $200 for labor.This job is a 30 minute job. It takes one wrench and it s easily accessible.They still couldn t tell me the code or how they diagnosed it.Would not recommend for maintenance. Oil changes are the only thing worth price.**UPDATE**replaced the upstream O2 Sensor, and reset the check engine light. After driving a few miles light came back on. So the $100 diagnostic was a waste of money too.I Changed my spark plugs, problem fix $40 for 8 spark plugs.

Changed the oil for 120$ and they lost the washer on the drain plug and didn t speak up about it which lead to us having oil dripping on our driveway, so we took it back in and then they had to order the part and that took a month. Then after they swapped out the drain plug the oil was STILL leaking. Then we took the car to the dealership and they said it was an AFTERMARKET drain plug. Thanks NOT to Tire Choice for passable auto service

Had another oil change last week and always excellent service and I trust these guys! Steve is the manager and always follows up with a courtesy call a few days later to confirm all work is satisfactory and if there's anything else he can do for us! Never have I received personal care from an automotive shop like this! He honors military discounts for my sons and I never have to recheck the work. Trust is key in this industry and they have definitely earned it from me!I highly recommend this location. All the techs are very knowledgeable and informative each time I bring my vehicles in.
