Great service, I had an idea of what issues my car had. However they recommended that I hold off, or kept an eye on certain things, told me what was in fact inoperable and needed repairing. Awesome, honest, skilled services.

In the past I've spent precious time and money going from different mechanics to take care of my intricate autocare needs, whether they were independent mechanics, or operating out of their shops. I Learned that it is very hard to be consistent and productive this way.I've been going to Tire choice for the last 7 years or so, taking not only my vehicles, but my family's vehicles too, and I couldn't be happier. Their staff is very professional and courteous and they get things done PERIOD. There's no dealing with non-snense when you go here. I will continue to use them as my go-to autocare spot, and I encourage everyone else to do so also. Shout ot to Managers Joe, and Jay at the Losee location. These gentlemen are truly studs and always provide a pleasant experience everytime I service my vehicle's!

Tire Choice saved us! It was after 5:00 and I was for sure no tire shop was open! Thankfully they were! Super friendly staff, got us fixed up in no time, and got us back on the road. It was very affordable as well! Would definitely recommend.

Stopped in for an oil change and a repair. They were unable to do it at the time, but Matt, theMgr suggested a time to return the next day. Showed up the next day and they took my car into the shop in a few mins. Matt even checked to find best price on parts. Jonny the mechanic is great, answered questions I had , very knowledgeable and efficient. Yes, they get very busy, but they will work with u to get u in. Very nice and friendly place!

Only one tech on site on Sunday. Was the first customer there at 9am and they worked on my car last. Didn't get done til after 5pm. I am disappointed in this place. Would not recommend to anyone else.

Super nice and helpful. They got my flat fixed much sooner than expected. Will definitely return to this shop in the future. No up sells and super easy going. Thanks so much!

Our family has done business with this tire shop for many years. Always polite, never pushy (doesn't try to sell non-essential services,) and makes repairs FREE on tire purchased there as well as providing services on warranty items.

Don't waste your time. Dropped tire off for a patch. I was told they would call me in an hour to pick up tire. Returned 2 hours later because they never called. When I showed up the tire was in the same spot where I left it and they told me the tire was not repairable and they couldn't fix it. Fair enough.They did not even attempt to fix it, nor did they attempt to call me to tell me to come get it or tell me what was going on. I just might have bought a new tire there, maybe 4. Since they treated me and my time like it was worthless their business is worthless to me. Read the reviews, don't gamble to see if you catch these guys on a good day.Update- just bought a nice package of 4 new tires from Discount Tire on Craig Rd.*work on your customer service guys*this happened 4/11/2017

I made my appt as a waiting customer. Showed up on time only to be told it would be a 3 hour wait....not enough mechanics on duty. Made another appt on July 4th at 8am and was assured they had 4 mechanics on duty and they would get to it right away. I even questioned this again to the guy running the desk. Almost 9am, a 3rd mechanic finally shows up to do my oil change. Should have just made my appt for 9am I understand things happen but as a business you need to understand my time is just as valuable as yours!!! I won't be back. This was at the Centennial Pkwy location

Talk about left hand doesn't know what right hand doing. Called and talked to assistant manager to change oil on my class a rv since being on wheelchair can't do it myself.He said as long as I have the oil and filter won't any problem to change the oil. Next day I took the rv now the so called Manager turned me down and said they are not equipped to change oil when changing oil is a simple oil change..... and needed to place order for 4 rv tires to have them install them.... glad I didn't give $1800.00 to these people also very unfriendly....their business is dead and and I'm not surprised..... take your business and money somewhere else.

I had a slow leak in one of my truck tires and called to schedule an appointment. Very professional and nice person answered the call and explained to me they were booked for the day but would do the best they could to fit me in. I decided to schedule an appointment for the following day. When I arrived, about 10 minutes after opening, again greeted by a professional and nice person. They got my truck right in. I told them I was going to walk the trail near by and asked if they could call when it was fixed. They did just that. When I returned to pick up the truck they explained to me it was a minor repair for the tire air leak and didn't even charge me. When I need new tires I will return. Thank You.

Dropped my car off with an oil leak, older car expecting god knows what kind of repair. Called about an hour later, turned out to be the last oil change place just didn t tighten a bolt. $75 for an honest assessment and fix is well worth the price.Now, they did try to sell me on tires but the car needed tires I already knew that so certainly don t blame them for suggesting a legitimately necessary service. All in all, my experience was that of an honest shop with average to reasonable prices .Looks like I found my new shop!

Neighborhood go-to for repairs! Tire pressure light kept going on, they would check pressure and fill air needed. Continued so they checked tires and found one with a nail. Patched and away I went for under $20. Always great service!

Big thanks to Earl, Deanna, and D'Mario for providing me an excellent complimentary service. Their professionalism and honesty is what separates them from all other service centers. Unlike car dealers and in house service centers, the people running this center tell you that your car part doesn't need replacement yet. They remain consistently transparent. Fast, price is reasonable, free coffee and wife, and most importantly, honest service with a smile. Will definitely be back again!

I've been bringing my car to Tire Choice Auto Service Center for 8 years. They are courteous, professional, and have always been very honest. Since I know nothing about automobiles I must have a business I can trust, and I'll continue to bring my vehicle here.

Horrible Experience. Made an appointment online clarified what I needed done A/C check, coolant leak, and oil change. Dropped my car off an hour early of my appointment time to give them enough time to complete the job. Called 3 hours later to find they were just getting to my vehicle. 5 hours at the shop and all that was done was an OIL CHANGE! No excuse other than they were short handed with 1 mechanic. Now to top it off my car was parked away from view of the mechanics and shop with my back windows rolled down! Anyone could have stolen things out of my vehicle and lucky me it was a rainy day in Vegas! When brought to their attention, their response was being short handed and forgetting. I will never do business at this shop nor recommend anyone else!

So I called this location to get a quote on a single tire change and I was treated very well and given great customer service and attention on my concern for service . I decide to go to the location as I assume the service would be as I ve just recently experienced over the phone, unfortunately that was not the case. This facility is set up where only one person can be helped at a single time and if you re not the person being helped you re pretty much invisible. I stood in this location for 10 minutes with no greeting and no recognition that I would be helped soon. Unfortunately that is enough for me to no longer want to receive service so I gladly left and went somewhere Else.

I would avoid this place if possible. First, it took over 3 hours to get an oil change on my truck. Second, it was way overpriced like $100 for an oil change overpriced and that was with a discount! I get I have a bigger truck that needs synthetic, but even then it s usually about $60-$70 elsewhere.This isn t even what made me the most upset and I wouldn t be writing this review if it stopped there. The morning after I got this done I noticed my tire pressure being 4-5 psi lower per tire than the previous day. When I fill up my tires now, my truck registers my front wheels as my back wheels and viceversa when calculating the psi. Luckily my truck has the technology to tell me that it was my tire pressure, but I know many cars that would ve just had the service light come on forcing the customer to come back. This leads me to believe that this is exactly what happened with my truck and was done intentionally. There was not a drastic change in weather that would lower my psi that much, and it happened directly after my visit!

Friday December 7, 2018 I was having a hard time finding a place that could do an oil change and was calling around. They didn t have a long wait so I thought I ll get it done. When I arrived I was greeted with a pleasant and professional gentleman by the name of John. He explained that they would not only change my oil, but check all of the critical parts of my engine and fluids and give me any needed recommendations. I also had my tires rotated and balanced. They have a comfortable lounge with Cox cable and a Keurig coffee maker to enjoy. The place was clean and friendly. Out the door the total came to $50.57. I will definitely coming back here in the future!

If I could give none I would this place is horrible I walk in manager earl Nickerson notice me didn't bother to great me or hey I'll be there with you after I ask if he work here he said yes I ask him you don't bother to talk to customers he's reply was no I'm busy right now that made it easy for me to not take my vehicle here so I'm taking it to team chevy if you don't have time to great your customer how you fixed cars

Boy what an experience!!! But we got thru it, together!!! We ordered me a new wheel and 2 new tires, from the same business, well the tires showed up, no wheel, for 3 days!!! After confirming they had it upon the initial order!!! Lucky I don't know the name of THAT company!!!Thank you Earl and everyone at Superior who worked on my 2011 Camry. I appreciate your SERVICE, IMMENSELY. THANK YOU, THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Dustin Cragun is the best! I got a screw in my tire last week that required a tire replacement. Dustin was very patient and kind while I called Hyundai to see what we could do to get it replaced under warranty. He had me in and out quickly with a new tire! I will definitely be returning to that location for the top notch service and my next set of tires. It s rare these days to have personality and excellent service in one place. Super stoked!

Came in for an oil change & had them check my brakes. Earl was very friendly & personable. I like the fact Earl didn't try to take advantage & insist on unnecessary services. The only issue I had was they forgot to reset the sensor. I brought my truck back & Earl came out & reset it on the spot.

Amazing service. I got 4 parts replaced and a discount for my driver's window replacement because of a mistake. They were very willing to let me know about what was being done to my car and explain the cost of to me. The Hispanic gentleman was amazing help, and he was on top of my repairs throughout. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Earl is one of the reason we keep coming back to this location! He always provides such great customer service! I've recently called the Centennial location (Oso blanca) because I had a bubble on the side wall of my tire. I was a mile away from that location at the time. But, first I called Earl at the Losee location. He said I should go to the closest one because it's not safe to drive. He also let me know that is was under warranty. So I called the Oso Blanca location and the guy that answered the phone was so cocky and rude! So I drove to the Losee location which was 12 miles away. I drove slower than normal because just in case the tire blew out. I did make there in one piece thankfully! Sorry this is such a long feedback. I just want you to know that Earl is such a valuable asset to your company! You need more Earls in your other locations!

I went to this place several times and everything was great. Took my sister's car in about a month ago for a check engine light. They had the car for two days. I never got a call giving me any info, I always had to call them and then they were rude when I did. After they hung up on me I had to go in person to find out what was going on to be told they didn't know but it was fixed and was shoved out the door keys in hand. The car broke down 3 hours into a trip to cali the same day. I called Monday for an estimate on replacing something in my van, they took down my info and said they'd call me back in an hour with a price tag. It's now Wednesday morning and no call. This place treats people like garbage.

Matt Wolfgong at Ann and Losee was very kind and helpful on a Sunday to get a 17.5 tire mounted for me. Nobody else in town had one or could mount it on a Sunday.
