My visit was fine. My appointment, however, was frustrating. I made an appointment for 8:30a with the intention to wait for my vehicle. I arrived on time, was told I d be able to leave by 10:30a, as I had things to do that day. They didn t start working on my car until 10:30ish. I wasn t that upset to be honest, but it was incredibly frustrating to see cars that came in after I did get worked on before mine. Obviously, that s annoying. Aside from that, however, I was very happy with my appointment. The work was completed in a timely manner once it began, the price was reasonable, and I m very happy with the results. And Josh, the manager, did keep me updated as best as he could.

I received exceptional service today. Josh the manager was friendly and helpful. He helped me navigate through the items my car needed repaired immediately and showed me what the costs would be for the other items so I could budget accordingly and timely. I highly recommend stopping in and working with Josh on your auto repair needs.

Worst place ever sold me a tire that is 52.00 everywhere else but charged me double.Also they charged me 42 for each tire to be balanced. They are a horrible group. Never will I recommend them. My car drives horrible now.

This shop scratched 3 of my factory allow rims. Car was babied and garaged for 3 years and now I have scratches on my wheels. Brought it in for balancing because I was getting shimmy at 80 coming in from CA. Coming back from Nevada now I m getting shimmy at 65 to 70mph. Stay away from this place.

Customer there 8 years. Went for oil chamge, did notr top off anything . Said to myselfwould not go back. Took car for flat tire. Nail in it. Counter person said tire bad $316 for two new ones. Took down the street to another tire place. Fixed tire for $35.

Thanks to the other local guides, i believe i found a mechanical shop that i trust to work on my car! The service was extremely fast as well. Workers were also very friendly, funny, & social. Definitely taking my car here for any further services.

I showed up 15 min before my appointment for a front end alignment and a full synthetic oil change.I was there for approximately 4.5 hours. The manager told me my car was ready, he did not charge me nor did he give me any paperwork he said he was sorry it took so long not enough help I offered to pay but he said no, it s cool . I check my oil and it had been topped off it was a tiny bit low, it was still dirty. I got under vehicle next morning and found the filter was the one I installed previously. I drained the oil and it was BLACK! I checked the bolts for marks and he did not do a front end alignment either! Thoroughly Discussed with this shop and it s manager! I posted pics of filter and old oil.

They didn't rotate my tires nor did they Top off my fluids. Not the customer service I thought I'd get from this place. The guy at the front was very friendly and called to let me know what was wrong ahead of time.Wish they didn't rush the their service.

Hello, I want to leave my opinion about this place. My experience here was terrible and I want to share it with all the people who in the future plan to make some arrangements in this office. Think before I went looking for a professional and careful service and left with my damaged car and without explain me here are the photos so I finish my wheel after paying to put a new tire a job not very professional

Quoted me $176 then came back after tires were installed and charged me $255. Conveniently didn't give me a copy of the quote and covered extra fees. District manager didn't do anything after I gave him info about my experience. Rep definitely knew what he was doing, trying to upsell me and then when I declined didn't fully disclose extra fees and expenses. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off.

The place really saved me. Something punctured my tire, and I made it to this shop. They saw me without a problem hooked me up with a new set of tires.

Inventory was not the same in store and had a last minute upcharge because of it.Update: had a nail in a tire, figured that the staff were good and they had openings. Guy on the phone was kinda pushy. Got there and someone looked at it and said it was the tire splitting not a hole and that I needed a new tire. Went to the tire guy around the corner and he fixed it for $20. I will never go back and would recommend people stay away from this scam.

I paid for tire rotation and balance now the calipers are hitting the wheel weights making a noise. The guy said it's fine it will wear in andwe are busy now.I told him fix it NOWShould not have left the shop !That is a safety issue!These guys have no clue what they are doing.

I was looking for an oil change and tire rotation close to my house. After stopping into 3 other locations that wanted me to drop off and leave my truck ALL day, I finally made my way to Tire Choice. Their bays looked just as full as the others. Not only did they get me right in, they finished the job in under 40 minutes and faster than I was told it would take! Best service I've had for an oil change the entire 5 years I've lived here. No joke. Come to Tires Choice. They just gained a loyal customer. I'll definitely be coming back.

These guys were so friendly and transparent and helpful during my entire experience. My oil change was quicker than I expected and although I had a ride they even offered to give me and my kids a ride home when I had to leave my car for the day for other repairs. Will be back for other services when needed!!

Everything was perfect. I can t remember his name, but the gentleman who serviced me was amazing. Super friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I was getting a good quality tire and also keeping the price in a good range! My boyfriend went to discount tire for the same service, same car and his cost $200 more!

Called these guys at the end of a rainy day after I magically got a screw in my tire. 3 other places turned me away. They let me come down way too close to closing and helped fix me up and get me on my way, and we re so kind about it! Very pleased with the service and will definitely be coming back for any future needs.

Do yourself a favor, go here, ask for Kris, and he will take good care of you. Kris and his team fixed a balance problem for me that the dealership said couldn't be done.....and for a very fair price.

When I first moved to Las Vegas five years ago I relied on these Google reviews to help me find good providers. That s how long I ve been going to the tire choice on Rainbow and primarily have worked with Tim over those years. They have always been fair, honest and consistent. The work is done well and my vehicle kept clean - the technicians care. I recommend them for all your maintenance needs.

I've came to this location previously regarding my tires. But today I went for an oil change. I haven't serviced my car really, since I bought it and so there were several different things that needed tending to. I know Mark didn't have to sell any of this to me, he was just looking out for me and my car. He is very understanding, personable and has great customer service. I haven't experienced good customer service like this in a while, so today I was just very grateful to have him help me. I would recommend this location over and over. I found my go-to maintenance location :) thank you so much Mark!

Had our new car for not even a week and earlier today we noticed a nail on the tire. Called up Tire Choice in Spring Valley and they said come on in we will patch it up for free. Took about 30 minutes and our car was back to normal. Of course we tipped the mechanic but the service we received today has been outstanding. Highly recommend these guys. Will definitely be back for future tire needs.

I can't say enough about these guys. Great staff. Mark and Irwin helped me not just fix my car but genuinely cared and we're personable. They helped me save money by explaining to me what options I had. And when my truck was finished they got me out the door at 60% of my original quoted price. They also took a look at my sisters car and fixed her AC, and also prep it to find a leak later on if the same issue happens again. These guys took their time to help me feel informed and quickly finished both vehicles same day without an appointment. I can honestly say best auto shop experience I have ever had. I was skeptical of all auto shops and even going to this place I was not expecting much, but as long as Mark and Irwin are working here I will be taking my vehicles to them.Thanks for all your help guys and for just being good people.

Daniel and Mark are amazing as well as the other staff. Very efficient service I received today, friendly staff. Being a woman walking into a shop is very intimidating because I had terrible experience previously and had been taken advantage of many times so I really am on a hunt for a great trustworthy shop. The shop didn't just made me feel very comfortable and welcoming but earned me as a loyal customer I will definitely return for all my car needs and as well as refer my other girlfriends that are on the same boat needing a place to take our cars. Thank you so much guys

2/8/19. As a woman i have to say that I am always worried about taking my car to get repaired ,afraid that they will try to take advantage of me. Not the case here!! I am very pleased with the service that I received. I went in and was treated amazingly. Not only did they do amazing work, I had the pleasure of having great conversations with Tim who kept me smiling and laughing. Thanks to all the gentlemen who had a part in this experience. Will definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone i know. Thank you guys!!!

Awesome customer service! Not only was the staff professional and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience. This company genuinely cared and took the time to explain the difference in tires to us. I called almost everyone in the valley to get quotes on tires and by far this location gave me the best price in town. I highly recommend Superior Tires and will definitely be back. Thanks for the great service!

I went up there to replace my battery. I barely had time to sit down before they had already replaced it. I honestly don't think I was there a full 10 minutes and they were done. I was very impressed especially after the last hour dealing with my car, I needed that.I am so happy I have an account with them.

Goodyear has treated me extremely well. My coupon for my tire rotation and air pressure tip off had expired for about a month, but Mike the manager, had me come in anyways and applied the coupon. They also took me 30 minutes till closing and was quick and fast with their service. Mike truly cares about his customers and will have long, lengthy educated sessions with car advice if you have questions.Highly recommended!!

I was hoping that this place would take care of me as the years go on but the last several times going there have not been good. I buy tires and get oil changes only from this place. It seems crazy that they cannot top fluids, put mileage stickers on, or replace tire air caps? etc. On my last visit they fixed a tire (hopefully?) and I asked them to check/fill up all tires as another was low and explained I was driving on a trip that day. They didn't do it. I also saw the workers in a heated conversation (including the guy in the front) most of the time I was there. It has been really disheartening to experience the lack of care. Won't be back.
