I ve taken 2 different vehicles here. I was given specific time frames and was provided with what was needed to be fixed as well as recommendations for future repairs and fair pricing. Knowing I live 3 hours away, kept very good communication and proper time frames so I have time to plan my travels accordingly. The staff is super friendly, efficient, fast, and all around great to communicate with! We take all of our vehicle to them!

Robert helped me and was kind and professional. I needed a new sensor and was bummed to wait there with taking a day off. He and the other staff members were helpful and understanding. I appreciated them very much!

Slow as heck. I had an appt at 3 to get an oil change. I was told it would be 45 minutes. It's almost an hour and a half later. I heard the person at the front say they are putting oil in. I wait a few minutes to look in the bay and they had just lifted my car up on the rack. They finally drained the oil as I was watching. The dude comes back out and says he's filling it up. I look again a few minutes after he says that and he's back to draining it again. Needless to say, my husband has to wake up our sleeping baby to come get me and swap cars. Not to mention, my hubby came here a few months back for tires and it took them several hours to replace the tires. This place is slow as heck and I'll never be coming back.

Place is nice and tidy. The man up front is knowledgeable and nice and explains everything to you before you sign. For what needed to be done the waiting time was not that bad.

It really sucks when you cant trust a place to do honest work. this place is horrible. I'm not sure if it was bc im black or a female, but this place made me feel horrible they tried charging me 2700 for something I went across the street and paid 470. ....i doubt the ppl in the have any kind of conscious bc they could careless to help certain ppl n its truly sad

I went in today to get a tire patched. They were so kind. Took care of me right away. They were honest and fair and that s always appreciated. A+ customer service. I will definitely go here if I need help with my car.

Above and beyond ustomer service. I cannot tell you how much customer service plays a role in having repeated customers. From the time I called for a rough estimate (Josh is amazing), to the little time I waited in the lobby area with my 2 girls. Lobby area was super clean. Gremlins was playing and Josh managed to crack a joke with my girls. Down to the mechanic giving me a smile and saying have a great day. I went in to patch my tire and I left feeling like part of the team. Their promise hanging on the wall was definitely met. My 1st time here and this experience made a repeat customer out of me. Thanks guys.

I stopped by there to have a tire changed that I brought in. It looked old but it was good. The guy there was very rude. He told me it would be a liability for him to change my tire. And the tire I was driving on was completely gone. Bulging out the sidewall. I couldn't believe he would rather me drive off with the tire I had on there! Luckily, there was another tire place just across the street. They changed the tire for me and I was able to drive to where I needed to go to pick up the tires I needed. That place was a ghost town. I can see why!!

Came here (on a Sunday) to have a leaking brake caliper replaced. Josh was super friendly and helpful, despite being swamped with the current number of cars in the garage bays, only two techs working, and a continuous line of people and a seemingly constant ringing phone.As I waited for my work to be done, I heard him treat everyone that came in with the same friendliness and straightforward attitude. He did well in how he dealt with each customer concern and gave them good options on how to take care of there issues without ever being pushy.The work on my car was done pretty quickly, especially considering I just walked in without and appointment.Good work. Reasonable prices. Professional and patient attitude. I understand why my friends recommended this place. I, too, now highly recommend this place for automotive repairs.

Robert and Marcus were great! Came in for a quick flat tire fix and we were out in 20 minutes. Super affordable prices for fast service, can't ask for much more than that. Thanks you guys!

Robert helped me out. Low tire pressure he checked them filled them free of charge and was very helpful with some tips about my tires. He was very kind, and knowledgeable I plan to comeback when I need a new set soon. Gave me a quote and some other things they offer with a price that was reasonable. I felt comfortable with my service. Thank you so much.

I have been going to this former Goodyear location for 6 years since I had a bad experience at Ted Wiens Auto Service. These guys are honest, perform quick service and are reasonably priced. It is refreshing to deal with people like this these days as it seems a lot of shops are just trying to lighten your wallet. I had a loose sensor a few weeks ago and they fixed it for no charge.

The finest auto shop I ve been to in Vegas by far. Reasonable if not more competitive priced services compared to other shops. Tell you their honest opinions without trying to upsell things you don t need. I ve been needing new tires for while till I finally hit a nail. Got brand new tires below average cost and they threw in an oil change free of charge because why not. This is a place I feel I can trust and will be a customer for life.

I really appreciated the prompt and professional service I received from Superior Tire & Service. I went there in mid-July for a quote for some off road tires for my truck because I was shopping around for the best deal. I previously went to Discount Tire and Big O and the prices were comparable however, I felt like I wasn't rushed and I was given great options. Today I went in to get my new tires. The crew was prompt and they did a good job. Also, I didn't feel like a number that I do at larger tire shops. My truck is my baby and they treated it right. Thank you guys and I will recommend your service to my friends and I will get my future oil changes here.

I've been coming to this location pretty much since my move to Las Vegas. Since day 1 these guys have always taken care of my truck! Always pointed me in the right direction and advised me what would be the best option for me. I would recommend this shop to anyone! In particular, women. I've been treated differently and told I needed to fix something that was an outrageous price and not accurate. I've always been treated the right way here, and know I'm making the right decision. I highly recommend!!!!

I was a longtime customer of this establishment. I ve been going there since 2015. TLDR; after this recent incident, I no longer will.I had a wobble in my tires. They said the rims were bent. It would be $2000+ to get this fixed. I was able to find less expensive rims online. The front desk person was willing to use the parts I ordered to save me money.The next day a different front desk person called. He said all four bearing assemblies needed to be replaced. the total cost would be $2700+. While on the phone I found less expensive assemblies online. He told me he would only use parts from their warehouse. I then contacted a different shop.When I said I wanted my car back I was informed the tires were already removed. I did not authorize the replacement of the assemblies at that time. They claimed that damage to the current assemblies made it impossible to put the tires back on. This prevented me from taking my car to the other shop.I m positive they inflated the price. Between the restriction of getting my own assemblies and taking my car elsewhere I feel like I was manipulated.

Called in at around 11:30am requesting service on my Serpentine belt that broke on my way to work. Jay, the service rep, got me in same day and had the issue fixed in just a couple of hours.Price was made known upfront and all of my concerns were readily addressed during the drop-off. All service was handled quickly and the follow up calls regarding the inspection/completed work were very professional.Overall this was the perfect experience. 5/5 Would recommend to anyone. No negative takeaways from this visit.-Tony Flores

Today I had full AC service done, Air filter, tires rotated & the courtesy inspection done. The manager, Robert Jeffers, & his team does professional work. This was my 2nd visit, 1st time 4new tires. Both times the prices were reasonable & the service 1st class. Highly recommend-Tire Choice 2120 E Warm Springs Rd Las Vegas

We were cross country trip and we broke the mottor puli. We walked in the garage and they took care in 24 hours with honest price and a smile. Two weeks later, we were driving in the desert and the AC went off. We had to change the compressor. We were about 50 miles from the garage. We decided to go there again. They fix it by 24 hours and we could keep traveling.We definitely recommend this place!

My experience was pleasant from the time I booked my appointment over the phone to picking up my vehicle after service was done. Josh and Robert were great! I'll be recommending and going back for any future car fixing.

This is a fantastic store. I needed to get a tire & they helped me out w/o trying to up sell me on a more expensive tire. I also needed an alignment, but was on a tight time crunch. The representative helping me, went back & actually asked one of the mechanics if they could push me up to the front of the line. One of them said yes. So I stead of a hour wait, I had a 35min wait! Awesome! They fixed my car and my tire in a very timely manor and with an extremely professional service!

As a female, I'm always leery of bringing my vehicle to be serviced for fear my gender will cause me to be overcharged for repairs. I've literally NEVER had that fear here. I'm now on my third vehicle since discovering this absolute gem of a vehicle repair shop, and I will always bring my vehicles here if I can. The techs are beyond personable and I have nothing but good things to say about this location.
