I took my car for servicing at The Car & Truck Guys. I did not have an appointment. As I walked in the office, I was greeted in a friendly manner by Crystal. After hearing my concerns, and going over the service in detail, Crystal assured me that my car will be serviced that day. The waiting time was shorter than I anticipated and so was the final invoice. I will continue to take my car there for servicing. I kind them to be friendly, trustworthy and professional. Also, I could not help but notice a Bible in the Receptionist area not outdated magazines.Thank you Crystal for making my day pleasant. God Bless all of you.

Josh was a pleasure to talk to and had great customer service! Money was tight due and he was able to work it a great price for me! Great and fast work on getting my engine back up and running before I could even make time to pick it up! Highly recommend!

First time at this shop, Sahara and Buffalo. Had a complete brake job done. Very courteous and pleasant,Top-notch customer service. I Highly recommend. I will definitely return when the need arises.

I had the engine replaced in my Ford F-150. It was not without its challenges, but to Josh and his team's credit, I left very satisfied. You can tell what an organization is made of, not when everything goes right, but when something goes wrong. I highly recommend The Car & Truck Guys!

The BEST mechanic shop in Vegas. I am extremely grateful to Josh and his team. When your car breaks down it is typically a very stressful situation. From start to finish they put me at ease and communicated with my uncle and I everyday. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable! I am so thankful to have found this shop and will be coming here even for my oil changes!

Everything was perfect. i took someone to the airport and the power steering belt broke. I managed to call cars and trucks and they said If I bring it in, They would get me out in 3 hours. I left the car. Ubered to the movies, came back , car fixed.perfectthumbs up

My recommendation. Go elsewhere.I have since taken my Ford F150 to Car & Truck Guys 3 times since the new management took over. My family and I USED to take all our cars here. We will no longer be doing so. This review will be for the past 2 visits.11/14/2023Customer Concern: 1. Check front brakes 2. Actuator clicking 3. Oil ChangeAdvisor: Mark Technician: LazaroPrice $159 to inspect vehicleBrakes were squeaking for months. Asked Car & Truck Guys to inspect brakes. Was told they were dirty. I was getting ready for a road trip and knew brakes didn t sound right. So I emailed them to check and then asked again at the time of the pick up. Was told again they were dirty. The issue wasn t resolved so I got a second opinion from a large chain shop. They confirmed needed new break pads and resurfacing all 4 rotors.Price $107.96 Oil Change was done. No sticker reminder on windshield so i put a reminder for next oil change and of the miles and my calendar. I also manually reset the oil change on the truck myself.Price $632.97 Labor $559.48 Part $73.49 Actuator replaced and clicking is gone.Thanks Rich for giving me the 15% Discount from the text offer.12/13/2023Customer Concern: Check Engine Light is on. Truck not running wellAdvisor: Josh Technician: LazaroTOTAL Price $1,264.04 Crank Shaft Position Sensor replacementSeveral concerns on this repair. Check engine light came on after. Per the new mechanic it was a quick fix and there was a part that was not replaced properly.Price $400 FORD RE-Learn and programming Ford charges $229.Upon pick up car was running. 4 hours into my road trip my check engine light comes on. I call the shop and they are closed as it was a weekend so i Leave a message. Have not heard back from them the following Monday. I have since brought the truck to another mechanic and had the truck repaired.Price: I was able to contact FORD Service Department to compare prices on how much it would be had I brought the truck to be repaired at the dealership. Car & Truck Guys are above the price of the repair for the dealership.Speed: Car and Truck Guys was able to turn the car around back to me within 24 hours each visit. However, on both visits I had to get a second opinion and a second mechanic and shop to repair what Car & Truck Guys did not. In these cases speed was not a good thing. In fact I spent more time at other shops.

As a woman finding a good car repair place can be hard. I walked in randomly to this shop and was amazed at how nice and friendly they were. They treated me with respect and got my car done very quickly at a great price

It's so nice to find a trusted & trustworthy mechanic in The City of sin.Josh did an outstanding job providing an estimate of what would be done and then went on to deliver the work on cost and on scheduleI think I have found the place to which I can take all of my (future) car maintainence needs to with trust and confidence the job will be done right.

Came across the Car and Truck Guys in Google search. Had to work done on my H2. Was hard to find anyone to even take my call much less take the call get the H2 in and fixed in less than a week. Great service and even recommended a good local pizza shop !

I would really love it if someone could tell me where I could find "D" . I was told he opened his own shop across town (whatever across town means). No disrespect to the guts who are currently there but I am a widow who has to take care of all these things now and find it hard to trust many mechanics in this town. But I trust D . So if someone could please help me I would be forever grateful. Thank you

Worst place ever the don t have any idea how to fix cars I got antifreeze leaking brought my car the did inspection told me that hose leaking charge me 440 dollars for 200 dollar job end up to be pump problem which is very visible by naked eye and the charge me 80 dollars for inspection still don t get it how the did inspection coolant was almost spaying out like crazy but that idiot can t see real problem ,hose by the way was actually was very fine also when pick up my car was late have no time to look under the hood when home , the next day I open hood and find out that I m missing parts from my car so I have go buck there and get rest of my car , don t go there its scammers if I can rate 0 stars on review I would with pleasure

Another place said I needed brakes and quoted a large price, was highly recommended by O'Reilly's Auto Parts so went to The Car and Truck Guys, they said I ethically can't do work that isn't needed. I have a new place now to get oil changed all other services! It's so rare to find honest car service. This time I needed a new battery and they went above and beyond with helping me to return the one that was incorrectly put in by another company. The car and truck guys are honest and informative and do whatever it takes to help you get through your car trouble!

I had taken my car in at another shop and they told me I had a bunch of issues with oil leaks, but they didn't want to work on it, said my car looks brittle and was afraid to work on it, They ended up recommending that I should go to a dealership and have them work on it. Mind you that I thoroughly vetted them out via Yelp and they got 5 stars with good reviews. I needed to have an oil change, so I agreed to that and had planned to find a dealership to go to for the oil leak issues.When I saw this place, I looked them up to see reviews and their website, I saw that they offered a coupon for a free second opinion, so I decided to give them a shot. When they inspected my car, they confirmed the oil leaks and told me what needs to get fixed. They did not upsell me for anything and in fact, they worked with me and gave me some discounts since they heard I JUST had an oil change and some work done on it, which I REALLY appreciated. Otherwise it would have cost me an arm and a leg but instead, it was within my budget. One of the issues was that there were signs of leakage from the oil pan, which the last (other) place I went to should have seen it when they changed my oil but they didn't say anything about it. Just changed my oil and filter.The work The Car and Truck Guys did were:1. replaced my valve cover gasket (my car has 98,609 miles, so it was due to wear and tear).2. replaced the engine oil pan gasket, which the other place should have noticed when they changed out my oil but they didn't! These guys ended up refilling my oil without charging me, which was very nice of them!3. flushed the coolant fluid, which was on my list to get done anyway.4. They took the liberty of cleaning everything up. Yes, it's expected but most places probably just clean up but it looks like these guys went above and beyond to really clean. The last place where I had the oil change didn't even clean up or notice the oil pan and gasket leak and they worked on it! Now everything looks nice and clean under the car hood! I was not expecting that, so that was an added bonus!I talked to the rep, Dee, about the work and cost and went over the estimates by you before doing the work. From what I heard, they also send you an email but since I talked to Dee, I didn't get an email.Later, they also informed me that my car was not britle like the last place mentioned at all and in fact, it is actually clean and in good shape. Told me a week later to come by to recheck in case the leak was also from the rear main seal. I went back a week later and all is good!! Lazaro let me see underneath when the car was raised onto the platform and everything was dry!I feel like I can really trust them and will continue to support their business and go back to them for future services. The rep was Dee and the technician was Lazaro. THANK YOU gentlemen for a good experience and for exceptional service and work!!
