Crystal conveniently ran into my vehicle and noticed the chip in my husband s windshield and was able to repair it in about 20 minutes.She educated me on the fact that it was okay to report this to my insurance company and have her company handle it as the insurance company would charge me an arm and a leg to pay for it full price out of pocket.She was right. I confirmed it with Geico.I highly recommend using this company and I recommend working with Crystal. She has much knowledge and will do a clean job quickly.

I had an exceptional experience with The Best Auto Glass Repair. The team was incredibly professional and prompt in handling my windshield chip repair. Not only did they promptly assess the damage, but their attention to detail and skillful repair work left me impressed. The staff was friendly and informative, explaining the process thoroughly. Very professional, they came to my house the same day and was finished quickly. The repair technician was very helpful and hard working. Lower price than Safelite. I'm glad with I went with The Best Auto Glass because they took care of my cracked windshield right away! Great serice, 10/10, I would recommend to my friends.

If you ever need any auto glass repair or replacement, this is the place to go! Crystal was absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond helping me when I had to replace my windshield due to someone throwing something over a freeway overpass. This is never a fun experience, but The Best Auto Glass and Crystal has definitely made it bearable. The best part is they were able to replace my windshield same day. A bit of a story, but I drove down from Beaverton Oregon to Las Vegas for a vacation. along they way, I heard a rock hit my windshield. Looked at glass and didn t see anything. On Saturday, July 3rd, I went out to get in my car and noticed a huge crack.Reached out to The Best Auto Glass on a Saturday before a holiday weekend and not only did they work with me, but Crystal, the owner went out of her way to keep me informed of the progress and issues with my insurance company. In the end we got everything worked out and I don t have to drive home with a cracked windshield.They did an awesome job on my Mustang. Crystal was hugely helpful in dealing with my insurance and being patient with them. She kept working with their excessive long hold times on the phone and bringing me in to conversations when needed. Needless to say I was very impressed by her professionalism and willingness to see it through for me, her customer.The installer was professional and very careful with his work around my specialty paint. He did an awesome job and was enjoyable to talk with. He completed this work in 100+ degree weather, outside.I highly recommend them for the work on windshield replacement. I have had many replaced in the past in my Home town and I have never had this level of service from any of the companies there.I cannot thank Crystal enough for her help getting through this with my insurance and seeing it through including a follow up visit to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. A repair man came to my place 3 times but failed to fix my window.I took my car to a safelite auto and it fixed my window within 30 min.I had to pay for the repair.I asked Crystal if you have another repair man but she told me the repair man is the only one you have so I had to give up.The worst part was the part that hold the window up and down and came with the glass so damaged with too much glue they told me I had to buy the whole new set window.Who is the owner? By the way

To start, I spoke with Crystal and told her what I needed. I know it's a mobile company so I figure whatever price I am quoted would be included. I even told her where to get the glass from after she said she couldn't find it and offered to pick it up myself since I was in the area. So I paid a slight markup, no big, but she quoted me $400 for the door window and $200 for the install which I thought was a bit steep, but for the convenience I agreed. We made the appt for 2pm since I was still 80 miles outside of town and still needed to make my drop. I later get another text, saying 12 or 3:30.Well, she knows I can't do 12, so I texted 3:30, but I know I'm going to be there by 2pm. All done and now waiting for the glass tech to arrive at 3:30. It's 3:50 and I have not heard from her or the tech. I call and she now tells me he is running late and she thought he had called me already. It's now going to be for 4:15-4:30. Not happy, but I said ok. She even offered $70 off the install. Now 4:30 comes and goes, so I called Crystal and asked to be rescheduled for tomorrow morning because I have been up since 1am and I am beyond done waiting. She agreed, but now wanted a deposit since she already bought the glass from the dealership. I offered to buy the window at what she paid for it and just go to the company that I know could install the glass, but she said her guy could do it. So I gave her a deposit of $50 and then left a little after 5pm. Now I get a call from the tech, telling me he's there and it's now 5:15pm. I told him I already left and Crystal should have called you because I rescheduled it for tomorrow morning. He ask me what time and I told him between 9-10am. Tech showed up on and did a great job. He actually got there before me, but he didn't need me to unload the truck because it was already open. ( Missing window). I received an invoice from Crystal now for $250 and a $30 mobile charge which was NEVER mentioned to me. So, I'm really not getting $70 off for my inconvenience since I'm now paying $50 more than I was quoted and now a $30 mobile charge which was never brought up, but now part of the final invoice. It's bad business and a bad practice. I will never recommend or use this company again for any service. She should have stuck to her original quote and mentioned the mobile fee from the start. I would have left 2 stars, but Eli did a really great job on the install and cleaned up the window and made sure everything was working before he left. As for Ms. Crystal, I really did not appreciate the hidden mobile charge or the higher quote after the fact. Be better please.

I had to replace my windshield for the second time within the last few months. Crystal offered better pricing and much better overall service than any of my previous experiences.The technician arrived on time and after receiving advanced notice that he was on his way. The tech was friendly, quick and efficient with the installation, and did a great job.I was very pleased with the overall experience and highly recommend The Best Auto Glass, and will definitely use them again, if there is a need!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I needed a windshield replacement for my classic 65 Mustang. Some of the competitors don't even do classic cars. I found The Best Auto Glass in a Google Search and contacted Crystal. She was courteous, helpful and informative. She quoted me a price for the work, gave me information needed for my insurance and was VERY accommodating with my schedule. Even after I screwed up and pulled a "no show" on her! I will definitely use The Best Auto Glass for my glass needs in the future!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I did lots of research on here and on google to find a business to fix my windshield crack that has been there for a year. I decided to contact Crystal two days ago and got a reply right away. She s amazing at communicating with her customers and very very adaptable and ready to accommodate them. She was punctual and the crack is pretty much gone!! Got a rock chip on our way to Las Vegas. Called The business owner, Crystal, she responded really fast and professional. She offers mobile to you service so we didn t have to leave our hotel to go to their shop! Crystal is super professional, got here on time and repaired our 1 inch crack windshield in 30 mins and the crack was totally gone! She also would let you know which insurance company may cover the damage and give you the info that needed for the claim, so smart! While she was repairing I chatted with her and she is such a hardworking person, humble, and knowledgeable! 10 For sure!!!Service: Auto windshield repair

Ive been using The Best Glass for YEARS for all my auto glass needs. They perform only the best chip repair in town and also have had several cars tinted with them as well as my roommate got her windshield replaced by them. Ive been very impressed with their professionalism as well as their quality of work and their punctuality as a company! Always thrive for perfection! I can appreciate their level of service and I hope you can too! I definitely feel like this city is very, "you get what you pay for." kind of place. So, don't underestimate! Both Crystal (the owner) and my tech were amazing! Crystal responded quickly by text and made sure I was taken care of the same day. Since they didn t have an appointment available at their location they found a location that we could meet inbetween In order to get my window replaced quickly. Ran into Crystal and her team through a referral for auto glass replacement and they did a great job on my replacement! After speaking with Crystal, she has definitely created a great business. She fortunately consults clients who are also looking to get into the auto glass chip repair business themselves. After deliberation we are been very successful after adding chip repair to our list of amenities. Keep up the great work!

Saturday night my windshield was cracked and I emailed this Company Sunday night and by Monday early morning I had an appointment to get my service. Nelly's was so nice and even with me giving him the wrong information he was able to get the windshield replaced in no time. The prices were very affordable as well. I moved to Vegas last year and I am telling you he was one of the nicest I have dealt with here. I was so Happy with my Service and I would recommend them anytime.. Again Thank you So Much !

The Best Glass delivers what they say. First class service. Trust worthy, reliable and just good people. There are so many glass shops to choose from you have to be careful...I had two of my porsche car windshields replaced, same day. They were professional from the first phone call, to the handshake and the receipt. The price was definitely fair for the service delivered. I will use them from now on for all my vehicles. Trust them with my keys and on top they accept pay pal so I sent the money over and the receipt was text to me immediately. Flawless system, thanks guys for raising the bar in auto glass!

Crystal was a life saver!! Well coming from AZ to Vegas got a rock chip on our new windshield!! I called her and she met us as soon as we got to Vegas before we even went to hotel so I could stop worrying about it cracking!! She was very fast, reliable, knowledgeable and efficient! Very reasonably priced as well. Highly would recommend!By the way I found her on yelp because she had such great reviews!!
