Awesome experience!Joseph is quite the character and was a joy to deal with. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The work area was very clean and featured professional technicians. Their prices are also extremely competitive (that took me by surprise). I took my wife's car for a simple oil change, but based on my experience, they are now our repair shop of choice.I percent recommend!

Best outfit in town. I own a Tesla and trying to find qualified and competent service is difficult. These guys and gals are efficient from the first call through the service. How a business should be run, customer for life. Thank you, I appreciate the pride shown and the exceptional experience!

I needed an oil change and wanted a new place. I scheduled my appointment and was taken in very quickly upon arrival. The entire facility was very clean and nice compared to similar shops. The entire staff was super friendly and Dan went the extra mile to help me with my skid plate which had come loose. My service was completed within 30 minutes and I was on my way. Will definitely become a repeat customer!

I had this shop install 4 tires that I had purchased from an online supplier 22 months ago along with an alignment at that time. I did not purchase a warranty or tire rotation policy since I had planned on doing my own tire rotations. At age 75, and having some recent back pain problems, my wife convinced me to just take the car in and have the tires rotated instead of doing it myself. They rotated the tires and did a 30-point inspection as well and did not charge me anything since it is their policy to rotate tires for no charge. They also did not find anything that needed to be repaired which is an indication of an honest shop. Will continue to use their services when needed.

The team was amazing. We rode in w a flat tire on a rental car. They were calm, kind and helpful. And helped us to make it to our scheduled activity so the flat tire did not ruin the day. Shout outs to Cindy and Joseph. Great service, reasonable prices. Highly recommend them!

This place is amazing! They have a very friendly staff who care about what they do. My last visit was for a patch in my tire and it was completed fast. They were very accommodating even though I did not have an appointment. I am very thankful for this business and will definitely be a returning customer.

I wanted to update my original post, but couldn't find it. Joseph the manager called me after the Tech let him know they spilled oil on my engine. He called to make it right, he didn't even know i had made a complaint on line!! He did it because it was "the right thing to do". It helps to have this faith that they noticed on their own and tried to make it right . For once i feel confident going back there. Thank you

If I could give a negative zero for their rating, I would. I've been going to Ted Weins for years, from their Sahara to Warmsprings/Eastern locations. I was always satisfied until I went to this location, 9445 S. Eastern Ave. (Eastern/Spencer).I went there for an oil change and a week after, I got a check engine. I went somewhere else to get my car checked. The findings were a loosen air intake hose. There are others that were not put back correctly. I'm not a mechanic and don't know the terms but I'll attach couple of photos here so you could take a look.Please do yourself a favor and save yourself from headaches. Go to the one you'd trust, an honest shop and don't go to this location.Will I come back here for my vehicles again? NEVER!

the front desk woman Cindy was nice. But when I got my car back it was smoking because they dumped oil all down the front. And it was overpriced compared to other places. Even the dealership prices are better

Thank you Cindy for a very pleasant experience. Very friendly and nice. Not only does she handle the front desk, she also goes in the back and gets her hands dirty (literally) to help get the job done. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend them.

Brought my bmw for a last minute alignment since my European auto shop was closed. I figured they d be able to do it as well but I was wrong. The specs was not according to bmw and the alignment was not done correctly. I ll give them props for refunding my $99.95 by the kind man Joseph. The

Have to say very satisfied at the end. Started off really rocky as repairs I thought were taking to long to figure out and thought they were upselling the repairs. After talking with I believe his name was Phil continued with the repairs needed a couple days later. They got to know me by first name when I brought the car back for the additional repairs that were needed. I welcomed the ability to remember who I was and just not another customer number. I will be back for continuing service on my car but nothing anytime soon. Thank you good shop to work with.

Phenomenal! Not what you'd expect from your everyday tire place. I have had an incredibly unlucky summer with the tires on my boat trailer. Had to go three times, for three different tires... Each time the service was great. But the last one was a blow out on the freeway (Not a tire from Ted Wiens), tire was obliterated, rim was ruined. And there was significant damage to the trailer as well. Chris D. went above and beyond trying to find a replacement rim for me, and I left more than happy. I am grateful that I now have 3 Ted Wiens tires on my trailer. Also, being relatively new to the Valley, I am reassured to have found my tire place. Thank you!

Came in with a flat, they didn t have the tire I needed but they put on my spare free of charge. They offered to order the tire I needed as well. Great service, nice people. Thank you for the help!

I have been going to this location on eastern for 15 years. They are so awesome from beginning to end.I will go there as long as I have gas powered vehicle.

Went in for a simple oil change. Went out of town the next day. After driving about 400 miles, my oil light came on. When I took it into a shop, they told me that the dip stick was dry. They had to add 3 quarts of oil. This is totally unacceptable and could have ruined my engine. A simple oil change shouldn t be that hard. I will not return to Ted Weins and I recommend you use someone else.

I also greatly appreciated the reasonable parts cost to replace my car s windshield wipers and at no extra charge for labor.3/17/2024 review:While I did not have the work done there, I appreciate the transparency I was given as far as the work that would need to be done and bringing about my attention as to what exactly the issues were.

They were short staffed. From the moment they took my vehicle in to get four new tires, it took three and a half hours. They were supposed to do a wheel alignment check. They said the machine broke when they were trying to do it. They put the wheel weights on an area that conflicted with the front disc brakes. They cracked one of my hub covers which is made of plastic. They chewed up the key to my wheel locks. They were supposed to put my spare tire back underneath the bed of the pickup. They did not do that. They put the spare in the pickup. I received unprofessional services.

IVE HAD MULITPLE VEHICLES AT THIS LOCATION A FEW TIMES OVER LAST 2 DECADESTHE FOLKS WORKING HERE A VERY PROFFESIONAL AND WELL ORGINIZED ! THE WAY THEY USHER ONE THROUGH!! IT'S A WELL PLANED AND GREAT OPPURATION ! REALLY EFFICIENT WITH THE TIME SAVING PRACTICES THEY EMPLOYEE !! GOT SOMEBODY THERE FOR EVERY DETAIL !! WHICH IS GREAT A WELL THOUGHT OUT PROCESS SAVING EYERYBODIES TIME !! SEEMS EACH PERSON HAS THEIR SPECIFIC PURPOSE ! AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL ! SEEMS THESE GUYS RUN A TIRE SHOP LIKE HENRY FORD DID HIS FACTORIES !! I WILL SAY IM VERY PLEASED WITH THW SHOP ! TIRE WARRENTIES ALWAYS TAKEN BY ONES WORD , AWESOME NEVER MAKING THE VISIT ANY TYPE OF HASTLE !! THATS WHATS REAL COOL !! NOBODY CARES TO GO TO TIRE SHOP ! BUT THESE GUYS MAKE IT PRETTY EASY !!!

I was happy that they were able to get me in quickly. I beeded a smog check and it was almost closing time. They got me hooked up and checked out and on my way in no time. I always appreciate the service at Ted Weins!
