They were absolutely awesome. I discovered I had a nail in my tire on the way to pick up my grandsons. I only had a small time frame and they just got right to the job. They fixed the tire , they patched it up and they did it all a half an hour. I was so appreciative. I was not late picking up my grandsons.

I ve been going to this particular location for quite a few years. I can say that the mechanics and service advisors are great! There used to be a great manager at this location also. Since the new manager Frank got there, it s not the same. Frank has zero people skills. He is not personable with the customers at all. Nor does he try to explain or help out the customers ever. I recently had a leaky tire looked at there, and I heard Frank the manager tell the mechanic when he was asked what to do next well this is not our problem in other words oh well, get rid of the customer since we cannot help them. Due to this, I am considering going elsewhere.

Ted Wiens has excellent customer service and the manager is very nice. I bring the company van(s) up there for maintenance and repairs. I personally could not afford to take my pov there because the prices are too steep for me. Besides I do all the repairs on my car myself.

Brought my work truck in to get fixed while I flew home for days off. They had awesome communication with me informing me of every thing needing fixed before working on it and showed amazing customer service and patience when it came to paying for the srvices! Mannnn it took forever to get my car and I was only in there for a oil change as soon as I arrived. They took my car back 5 minutes later. Only car in there for a oil change to 2 hours. For me to get my car back, I had to keep asking them. Is it ready?

Had my fuel injection system inspected and cleaned. They checked my hoses, tires and topped off all my fluids. Work was done in an hour as promised. Friendly group to deal with. Recently had a no start problem with my truck. After a new battery and checking out the starter. I had them diagnose the problem. Not only did they fix my problem , but in the same afternoon. I had unfortunately run over a screw today, being that this location is directly across the street from my work, I called and spoke with a gentleman named Edgar and explained that my tire was rapidly losing air, and I needed to get it fixed right away as I had one of my customers waiting for me. Edgar told me to bring it in and I was there within five Minutes. I parked my truck in the parking lot and walked in and the gentleman behind the counter told me that they could not even begin to look at my truck for at least two hours. Very poor customer service. If they had just been honest with me, and told me that it would be quite a while until they could help me I could have just gone elsewhere, instead of wasting my time.

I will always get my car maintenance at Ted Wiens because of the absolutely wonderful job that they do their. It is often scary being a Woman and taking my car into a shop for repairs or maintenance. At Ted Wiens, I feel like I am getting great quality work at a good price. I highly recommend them to friends, family and anyone who are looking for really good work on your vehicle.This is an update to my last review:I have recently needed some major repairs done on my Dodge Journey and Ted Weins was my go-to place for those repairs after my so called extended warranty coverage failed me.Frank and Clem gave me an excellent price on the major repairs I needed and got me and my family back on the road quickly.Just yesterday, I needed to have my tail light replaced and I was able to stop there to get it repaired after work. They were able to give me an awesome price with fast and reliable service as always.If you are looking to get efficient, fast , reliable and friendly services for your card then definitely stop by or give Frank or clem a call.Keep up the great work!

Booked a oil change on Thursday for Monday got there Monday at 7:45am took my car 3.5 hours to get done. Then they alway want to add stuff on for more money. Before a oil change sticker was 5k miles now it's 3k miles. It changed from before on service and price. I take both my cars. This is not the 1st time. stopped by with no appt for a smog, they were busy and still got me in and out in less than 30 mins. All advisors were cordial when i walked in. clean waiting area and shop. thanks Edgar for the service!

I took my car in for a front end alignment they took my keys wrote it up I waited for 30 mins for the guy who wrote my ticket and took my keys to come tell me the person who does front end alignments wasn t there. . Wasted my time! Very poor service.

Terrible wait time for just an oil change. 2hours and not busy. Day before saw complete fleet of Amazon delivery trucks, Maybe 12. Tried this am. Previous oil x on spark free for birthday took 1hournhalf. Terrible slow service! This was Sahara/Boulder location. I've had better results on rancho in North Las Vegas!

Awesome job got 4 new tires for the rear of my dully n they came in when promised got all mounted balanced and on my truck this was a year ago n then I had to get one of my rear tires fixed Friday on 11-24-23 around 3-30 when noticed one was flat n took my truck to ted wiens cause they are under warranty n the got my truck n and the tire fixed n not only that but they checked all my other tire pressure n made sure didn't have any other issues on my tires awesome jobServices: Tires, Auto tire replacement

My check engine light came on and I tried going the DIY route but immediately found it was something not too simple to fix. Took my car and was told what it would take to get my car fixed. I'll be back Monday to get the job done. I dropped off my vehicle at one o'clock in the afternoon and the attendant told me it would be ready in 3 hours for my oil change. So I took Uber. I went to my house to wait for my wife to come back from work, I came back.The attendant told me that he would call me when the car was ready and he didn't call me. when it was 5:15 pm, I started calling the store, nobody answered me. At 5:28 pm the attendant answered the phone and told me that the car it would only be ready the next day.Then I heard that the car was not ready and I need my car to work the next day.A lot of irresponsibility from the manager named Frank and an attendant named Clemente.They wouldn't call me they wouldn't let me know just leave my car at the shop and and I would be without my car.The old manager Davi was much better and the attendant Edgar is much more responsible, they never did that to me.I have been a customer of the store since 2019, I have five vehicles, I always change the oil in this store and this is only happening now after this employee change.If I arrive at the store and it's closed with my car inside. And if I need my car to go to work the next day, I'll probably call the police or my lawyer.I hope this review reaches the eyes and ears of the general management of this establishment.
