I've had very poor experiences with Ted Wiens (different location) in the past and I was worried this was going to be another one. My vehicle was originally misdiagnosed and I received more suggestions for other parts to be fixed than the thing that I brought it in for. However, when I had to bring it back, they were professional and thorough and finally found and fixed the issue. They didn't charge me a dime to fix the mistake, and for what I did pay for, everything balanced out. While I originally wasn't very happy about the situation, I am pleased with how they handled it and how I was treated during the entire process. That's worth something.

I've been a customer of Ted Weins for years, and they've always been my go-to for auto repair.This location has been one of my favorites to date. The staff is great at communicating and giving estimates for wait time. Steve in particular is always a friendly face and has great customer service. I've had vehicles towed from across town just to have them serviced at this location.

They were all very friendly and helpful. They even had someone to give me a lift home because it was going to be a couple of hours before my vechicle would be ready. They helped me with my buying of tires and everything was explained of what they d do after tires were put on. Everything was great. Thanks for all the help and I would recommend this place to everyone. I didn t realize that they did all the extra services for car maintenance

Went there and they diagnosed my problem and it was what I thought it was after 2 different mechanics told me something different. And I was not comfortable with what the mechanics said. Thanks for checking out my car and fixing it the same day and I also bought a new set of tires from there. You will be seeing me again.

Recently the the low tire indicator came on and I added air to the tire. A few days later it happened again. My husband took the car to be checked. There was a slow leak. Steve took care of everything and made sure the air pressure was the same for all 4-tires. Steve confirmed we had coverage and no charges. Great technicians, and the manager is super involved. On top of everything they were quick for what was kind of a last minute walk in.Got some bad news, but they did their best to present the info and options as objective and weren't pushy about what I "had" to do.

I came in for a diagnostic & oil change, the inspector promptly left while doing inspection i was in lobby waiting, gentleman at counter was like he left cuz it was time for him to leave. Another gentleman finished it because I was refusing to pay. The inspection looks good but now I'm afraid to trust it. What if they rushed thru it? I came there because you appeared to have educated & experiencd mechanics? But now I don't know if I can trust them to do such expensive repairs given the way I was treated just for the diagnostic & oil change? I felt so unimportant & disregared. Now I have to find someone else to pay $3500+ to.Clearly I'm not of any value to your company.Deeply disappointed.

Juddi the manager at this location will help you way more than you think. On 11/22 I came in last minute needing an alignment the same day before driving to California for thanksgiving the next day early morning and she was able to help me out on the same fully booked day. Due to poor adjustments and lack of knowledge from an alignment from a small shop from another location I had to struggle going back again twice after the first alignment that was supposed to be done and I had enough as the suspension was left really bad, car pulled to the right, and they couldn t explain why the rear seemed like slanted to the side and had a camber effect. Point is the car was better than BEFORE I went to the other shop and had enough. Please save yourself the time and money and go to a well known tire shop rather than a small unexperienced shop trying to save a few dollars and head to this location instead! Here at Ted wiens they charged me a few more dollars than the other shop but they did more than any other typical shop. Juddi was communicating back and forth at the same time she was working on the vehicle while I was at my job. She showed me things I didn t know my car had wrong outside from the alignment and answered my concerns and gave me the reason behind what the other shop did wrong. I was given photos and recommendations on the other small issues that was noticed underneath the car when doing the alignment. She personally test drove the car to confirm any issues weren t affecting the drivability and had to rotate the tires just to make sure of her suspicion of the known driving issues on the car. She was able to pinpoint exactly what it was and confirm if the new aftermarket suspension I put in matched with OEM suspension specs and found the solution on getting it right. 12 days later and car is driving like a new car since my visit here. Juddi is a true car enthusiast and works on her personal modified cars and is why she has the experience, knowledge, and understands how important it is for every car to be in its best condition. Don t think this is a shop where they make false accusations that something is wrong with your car so they can try to hustle you for your money because this is not the place so anyone who is worried about that go here and feel the complete confidence that you won t get hustled. This is my real honest review from my experience so save yourself the hassle and time and go here and ask for juddi you won t regret it!

Car was not ready as promised, they kept the car an extra day after being at the shop for 2 days because they ordered extra parts. I was not consulted on the order and I ordered my parts 2 weeks in advanced to avoid a hassle. The lack of consideration to a 26 yr client it s outstanding.

This is mechanic shop you can trust. You might (emphasize might) pay a little more than other places but you know it will be done right. I've taken two vehicles here and I have been very satisfied with their service, inspections, customer attention, and honesty. This is my new go to for making repairs on my cars. Another SAVE by Juddi at WiensTread separating on front driver tire on my RV. Could see the "bubble" separation once she pointed it out.Driving back from Quartzsite was a carnival bumper car experienceThankful I got home safe. 2 new tiresome the 6 month interest free credit card too.Win-win!

I've always taken my car here for oil changes and tire work for the past 3 yrs and have always had really good experiences here along with it being really convenient to my place. When my car had a major problem, my first instinct was to take it here and now I really know why. Had my car towed in, came in and was greeted by Chris. He already knew seeing my car up on a flat bed this was not looking good. Extremely lucky for me I had purchased the 60 month/50k extended warranty when I purchased the car and immediately brought the paper work back to him. Chris explained everything to me, the process, what could and couldn't happen and the time frame. I greatly appreciated laying out all the possible scenarios for me and finding out what was wrong within a few days, communicating with me and going well above and beyond. He really took the reins on this and within about 2 weeks(from drop off, waiting for the part, dealing with the extended warranty then pick up) I had my car back up and running. everything was covered and only paid my deductible! I picked my car up on July 21st and at this point now, my car is running superb! Thanks you Chris and also Chris who was the lead tech working on my car and everyone else there at the shop who helped! I couldn't be more pleased and impressed with my experience here. Thanks again Chris and to everyone at Ted Wiens!!

Love the service I receive for all of the staff located at this location! I know nothing about cars so I trust them completely! I haven t had any issues at all . I was in the market for tires for my mother's vehicle. Tire shopping really gives my mother anxiety but Steve Duerler and his team really went above and beyond to make sure our visit was easy and stress free. I started coming to this location for about 5 years ago I will admit i always hesitated because of the prices at the bigger companies. I'm glad I went in because I received prime service that first time and kept coming and I'm glad I did. I experience a nightmare a month ago and Juddi the manager made this easier than my Insurance company did. She kept the communication going and made this go smoother than I expected., Everyone at this location is awesome. I'm a trainer in customer service and now I use this experience to show what great customer service is. I will continue to get my service for my car here. I had an appointment within 10 minutes they started work on my car. The customer area is clean they let you know via text that your car ready. I inspected my car and very please. Yes, I would recommend Ted Wiens for your auto needs.

They said that the problem was fix. But the next day the service engine light came back on.I took the car back on the following evening, they kept it until the next day.Ok so, I received a text that the car is taken care of and they will text me to send me an estimate. I waited whole day and no text. I went and pick up my car and told them that I will never used them again. I'm telling them what is wrong with the car, and they don't want to listen. The car might have need sparks plugs, and they want me to redo the whole engine. the car was sitting there for the whole day, and no work was done to it. They charge me over $900. If I could give 0 stars I would! They taught me a valuable lesson years ago, I would have sued them had I had the resources I have now! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! Took my car in for a diagnostic check, which took DAYS... Literally! They went ahead and fixed the clutch and additional parts WITHOUT my permission or authorization and charged me over $4,000 for parts and labor! They then refused to return my car to me when I stated I did not ask for those services and tried to process a lein against it! After finally just paying them all the charges my car had been hit while in their possession, damaging the front end (bumper and hood) and refused to fix it saying it was not their responsibly!!!!! BUNCH OF CHUMPS!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

I had antifreeze leaking bad, and no heat. Took in and they took care of me right away. They did a pressure test and found leak. To late in day to get the hose they needed for it. Even had a video of problem. Thankfully was only a hose. Had my car back by noon the next day. Everyone so friendly and helpful there. Rich did a great job fixing it and retesting to make sure no other issues. Thus is my new place for all repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I highly recommend this establishment. The store manager Juddi Hudak is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, and transparent. Juddi and her staff go out of their way to ensure their clients fully understand what work needs to be done and why. This is a first class automotive shop and they get things done right the first time. They take pictures of the parts that need replacement or fixing and show them to you. I'm a disabled veteran and I would highly suggest that people with disabilities or anybody go to this shop for automotive repair. They will not try to take advantage of you, they are honest, and they will treat you with the respect and dignity you deserve. In my opinion, Judi should be a regional manager. I could keep going but I think you get the picture. An A+ automotive shop.
