Ted Wiens has the best employees on earth. Chris Torres and all mechanics are all excellent on what they are doing. They all do their jobs accurately. All of them have excellent customer service. The mechanic who did the smog test was very impressive. He finished the smog test in a few minutes. I was really impressed and satisfied. I always recommend Ted Wiens to my friends, family, and acquaintances. Good luck, Ted Wiens.

Ted Wiens helped me get my truck back in top shape! Clear communication and detailed feedback made me feel comfortable working with this team. Chris and the crew understood my needs and did exactly as needed. New tires, brakes, suspension and full truck inspection put me back on the road safely. We've had our van in for a handful of different issues and Chris and Jeremy offer up great customer service! I enjoy interfacing with them. Not normal for a mechanic shop. They care about you and do a good job of keeping you informed and educated. The work they provided is quality and they will stand behind it and make things right. They are also quick to get me in and out if their schedule allows. Highly recommend!

Brand new customer and these guys took care of me as a walk in, and i could see they were busy.I'm sure that's not always possible but very much appreciated.Chris Torres,Derrick and their guys were extremely professional, had gave great customer service, and i'll be giving them all of my future business.

Was a return customer until today. I walked in while waiting on the phone with my doctors office a gentleman greeted me and I informed him I needed an oil change. At that my doctors office got back online and that s when the gentleman helping me stated I need my brakes done , I said I didn t have the money at this time as I m in a hardship. He then began to push and stated that they are low and need to be taken care of, I stated to him again that I m only here for an oil change. He said you were at 2mm I then placed my doctors office on hold and informed again I don t have the money and how embarrassing it is for him to keep pushing the issue when I understand the importance for them to be done. He returned with well maybe don t come in here on the phone when talking to me . I absolutely was shocked never again will I patronize any of your locations. The level of customer service I received today was 0. No compassion !!!

I've had the pleasure of doing business with Ted wiens for over 3 years. They will give you there professional advice on your vehicle. The staff is courtesy, polite and professional. I always have Chris assist me. Thanks guys for all you do for my transportation needs

The shop was one of few in town that could take care of an alignment on my dually truck same day. Derick Fox is a standup service writer. No gimmicks or up sells - problem was solved. I trust this shop with my vehicles. Excellent service.

Brought my car in because it was "jerking" but no engine light and i was afraid to continue driving it. They took me in without an appointment diagnosed and fixed the problem. Their prices are very high but their service is great. The best part are their employees. They are super super super nice, will explain things till you understand and made the experience a very positive one. Thank you, Ted WiensWonderful employees.

5 star service for sure. These guys explained everything so I understood 100%. They also took my Jeep in for an alignment and wound up not doing it because it was within limits. I've experienced shops who will say they did it and charge me for it. These guys don't work like that. An honest shop with knowledgeable employees with fast and friendly service!!! Will definitely use again!!!

I ve been bringing my RV here since I ve had it. Always great service from the entire team. They recently helped me in a pinch where my air suspension came off the mounting brackets. They were able to get it fixed right up before a big trip. Thanks Chris and team you guys rock!

I had a very good experience here. The Mgr in the garage, as well as the Boss at the front desk were very pleasant! He made me aware of their (Comp. credit card) where I was able to recieve 50% off my Oil Change today, & also 50% off every future Oil Changes! * And my Car is running much smoother now so "Thank You!". I will def Rtn here for all my Car Service needs!

A very good shop. They finished my service 2 hours after I dropped off my vehicle. They did a vehicle inspection also at no extra charge. I recommend Ted Weins.

Jordan helped me with a serious tire issue and he ordered a replacement tire that came in 3 hours. I like the size of Ted Wein Tire and the ability to get the exact tire like my other 3!.I have been there twice and great service.And the price of 4 new tires is competitive and going to the co with great service will bring me back to TW on Cheyenne.

I recently brought my vehicle in to fix an issue caused by my former mechanic. I came in without an appointment and they were able to work me in very quickly. While it was a simple fix they performed the service for free! Their customer service was good and I expect to return for future services.

CABRINA WORKMAN is an amazing person. She is always super nice. She always make you feel like a friend more then a customer. She always remembers my name. My work van and my personal car get great service at Ted Wiens. We have been going for service with Ted Wiens over 10 years and will continue to go. The Cheyenne location is my favorite but the other locations are just as helpful (I have been to 3 locations). Can't go wrong with Ted Wiens service. Thanks Cabrina!!!!

Took my vehicle to get an alignment, and I explained to the guy that I do not want any kind of inspection I just want and alignment. They tried to sell me tires and some other stuff, and I said no. The next thing I know, my ignition is busted out of my vehicle, and the starter is broken. They were going to try and charge me for that until my buddy called the owner.Bottom line I this is the reason I dont let anyone go near my vehicles. I will never go near that place again because they broke my vehicle on purpose, trying to run up a bill

My 2001 Honda Accord has 275,000 miles. On 02/13/24 it began shaking and the TCS lit up along with a flashing engine light. The mechanics at Ted Wien hit a home run on diagnostic s and resolving the issue. I had the ignition coil s replaced. Short on funds they work with me and even fix an extra issue on this old car. Fantastic service by Chris and others. Thank you so much Ted Wien!! Brian Kay

Great experience. They got me in and out in a few hours with a drop off. Worked well with my work schedule and not overpriced. Will definitely be back.Update:Went back for an oil change and still had amazing service. Everyone here is so nice and personable. Highly recommend this particular location!

While I didn't end up doing the repairs due to cost (probably just going with a new vehicle), the staff was great. Everything was explained to me very well, where I could understand having little car knowledge. Staff was super friendly. Loved the online updates as well, so I knew what was happening with my car while they had it. They did perform an oil change and tire rotation, car is working fine with those few fixes!

Just when you thought this awesome location could not get any better they bring in Customer Relations Manager Cabrina who is amazing. They serviced both my Silverado & Corvette quickly, the results- excellent. I make an appointment recommended. I have purchased batteries for each vehicle multiple times from them. The Staff is friendly, they do not try to gouge you they are honest. Cabrina Workman Customer Service Mgr & Service writer provided me VIP service she knows her stuff. She always is making sure the Mechanics who are excellent perform the work I requested even minor details. The front desk is very friendly & Knowledgeable. I trust my vehicles to Ted Wiens Firestone at the West Cheyenne Ave. Las Vegas location. They always take care of my vehicles professionally & show a commitment to Excellence.

Redoing my review had brake lights put in 2 months ago they out ? Never got done right in the first place they messed up a part on my light ? They told me we didn t fix your brake lights we fixed your head lights ? What are u telling me for the last few months my lights were out even though I thought they were done ? Not only that I made an apt yesterday to correct the problem waited almost 2 hours they still haven t check out my car see if they can fix it or not? Very bad service just for brake lights it turns into all of this ? Maybe it s just this Ted Weins ? Or all of them like this ? Dam auto repair that s why people don t trust yall ?
