Nice sales lady but their prices were about $20,000 more than other places. They didn't seem interested in price matching or even getting close to other dealers. Ended up ordering a new f-350 from the Ford dealership instead of the Lincoln I was trying to buy. But this resulted in me getting a better vehicle for less.

I had my Vehicle toad to this dealership to have a few minor things done. My vehicle was only with them For a day. When I got my car back I got on to the highway and my car started to feel Is really strange and wobbly. When I came home, my husband looked at my car and noticed that the mechanics did not tighten any of my lug nuts for my tires!!! THIS Could have ended very badly for me! People Need to Pay better attention when working on Vehicles! I am not happy at all yesterday Could have ended for me with both my front tires Not being on the right way!

I ll never buy another Ford because of the service I ve received here. From the people that answer the phones, to those who assist in servicing my cars, to the ladies working at the desk where you check out and pay. Their customer service is a 0.1/10. I don t post reviews unless I ve had a great experience and I believe someone should be recognized. In this case I felt it necessary to post about Team Ford Las Vegas, but not in a positive manor. I m sure good people work here but the service is a disgrace (unless you re trying to buy a car, the. They re all over you). The ONLY time I ve ever received decent customer service is dealing with the managers and I m pretty sure they re both gone. It took 10 hours for an oil change and I was the third car there at 6:45am on a Thursday .They recommend $2K worth of maintenance done to my power steering system a few months back. I ve been calling and leaving messages since May 9 trying to get my car in to have this done. FINALLY, after my 10 hour oil change and calling the service member 3 times to see when my car would be ready, he proceeded to tell me he d need my car for at least 2 weeks. After I had been calling for 3. We move next week and it s probably a good thing. AVOID this place at all costs. Customer Service is still a thing and they provide none of it.

Service was done fine. We bought this car new from you guys and you do all the service in the vehicle. When we bought it we had free car washes and can not remember if that was the original deal or the extended warranty. The car only has 16000 miles on it and this time you did an oil change a recall fix and sone other fix under the warranty. All was done. I just feel you could have washed the car before returning it to us. Feel very cheap on your part

The waiting room is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I felt they were very honest in reporting what was wrong with my car. I didn't give 5 stars because of the phone issue. I called and told them I wanted to make an appointment for "The Works" and they said "hold on I'll transfer you". I got a voice message that they were unable to take my call and to leave a message. I did this two different times and no body ever called back. So my daughter says go online and make the appointment. I didn't know this was an option. So I went on their website and made an appointment. This was fast and easy. However, upon arriving at Team Ford they asked who my advisor was and I showed them my appointment confirmation and they said that person was not in today and to wait and someone will be with you shortly. It wasn't too long before someone came over and assisted me. Then while I was in the waiting room I got a text message that I missed my appointment and to reschedule. ???????

We picked up our 2022 Lincoln Aviator Black Label last May 9, 2022! We are ecstatic! It is a gorgeous car!Our order for it was placed last Mar. 8 and was ready for picked up at Team Lincoln a little less than 2 months which is a lot shorter wait than we expected!We would like to express our utmost appreciation for Luis Alarcon s huge help! He is very attentive and very accommodating from start to finish! We flew from Salt Lake, Utah andhe was very kind to pick us up at the airport, as well!We had a great experience and Team Lincoln is indeed a 5 stars Dealership in Las Vegas, Nevada!

Excellent customer service! I took my car in for maintenance service. Minimal wait to have my car checked in. Stephanie Rhodes the service rep was very friendly and extremely helpful. She took the time to check the status and expiration of my service contract and voluntarily provided additional information on the battery replacement per contract. I received their complimentary Starbucks coffee while waiting for my car. The interior of the waiting area and offices was neat and clean. Lounge seats were placed for social distancing. Wearing masks was required. Car show room was bright and spacious. The outdoor new and used cars lot was easy to stroll through and dream. Car was ready in an hour including their complimentary car wash. While standing outside for my car I was approached twice by vallet reps if I needed help which indicates they give immediate attention to their customers. I had only been waiting for a couple of minutes but Logan right away checked on my car. Five minutes later he told me my car was ready walked me to my car and opened the door. Love the extra special attention from the service personnel!

Workers were very pleasant to talk with. Love how the snack bar lady was willing to talk with me while she worked. Very happy with tech taking the time to fully check out our battery and find it bad so that we didn't get stranded somewhere.

Customer service is great all the way! I do not feel gouged when I go in for service. I get a complete service report on my vehicle every visit, so I can compare usage between visits. Prices are reasonable and I like that because I drive a Lincoln and need my car to stay at its best.

I've visited a few dealerships with them ending in a good and bad experience but I have to say this is it. Everyone was amazing to talk to. On our trip here to take a look at the vehicles available we had the chance to work with Connor. Gotta appreciate that he was extremely understanding and the patience he had with us. We were able to leave the dealership with a car and it's been great. When going there I would definitely 100 percent recommend asking for Connor if available.

Be warned, this place does not take COVID precautions seriously. I called ahead to make an appointment and type of SUV i was looking at. I was told on arrive to ask for Herb, When i arrived no vehicle was cleaned for me to look at. Herb handed me off to someone else that was coughing a lot, I was told that they are all cleaned and sanitized this was not the case as the inside seat and steering wheel had marks on it. I was looking at a Navigator. I called and asked to speak with the Sales Manager, i was put through to his Voice Mail. I never received a call back. I have bought my prior Cars from here and had them serviced. I will now be looking at another Ford/Lincoln dealership that takes the safety of their customers seriously. I was happy to discuss directly but i received no call.

AMAZING!! I have always taken my car there for service. Peter, service writer was professional and friendly. Told me it might take awhile...he was wrong! I had my car back within an hour and it was all clean and shiny. Peter, thank you for being there today!! We need more people like you!!

We were impressed by Jesse Federito' knowledge and helpfulness. He answered all of our questions. We are possibly going to order a 2023 hybrid Lincoln SUV when Ford opens the 2023 order processing next month. If we do make the decision to buy the Lincoln, we will be seeking out Jesse to assist.

Pretty smooth process once I connected with Rich Spah. Prior to that, 2 other sales persons, did not even bother to show me the car I was looking for on the lot. They just pointed towards the lot and said it was out there. I found it and bought it and Rich got the sale as he took the time to assist me.

I am very very satisfied with Tim Lincoln and their service department. Everyone from the guy that came to pick up my car to the service manager and to the technicians that worked on my car paid close attention to my needs and did a great job!

Excellent service. Ed Greene is my service representative. He is a remarkable guy. He is accurate and knowledgeable about Lincoln service. Ed has sold me 3 vehicles at Team before becoming a service rep. I always trust Ed when it comes to servicing my Lincoln MKZ. Team Lincoln overall is a great dealership. I would not go to any other dealership in LV for a Ford or Lincoln vehicle.

Misleading prices both times I ve been here. Lies and deceit from ford.I ve attached pictures of a coupon for team ford Lincoln for an oil change with 6 quarts and a filter and the sales slip I signed before service, both with a price of $39.99. Wrong! When I checked out (2 hours later with an appointment which is also garbage) the sales invoice said it was $56.06. That s a $16 tax ???No, finance told me it s not a coupon (which it is) but that the $39.99 is subtracted from the original price and then adjusted to a discount price and that s the way they ve done it for years , with aggression. What the ???Explain to me how a $39.99 coupon goes from $91.80 to a SC ? of $35.74 to arrive at $56.06??? Anyone ?This is either false advertising or just straight fraud. Stick to Valvoline or Napa for oil changes.On a side note, another time I came here to get a key fob programmed and key cut. The guy told me it was $165 for the key and then the bill said $360. His explanation was that there was also a charge for a metal key and shop charges for the fob and so on rabble rabble. I programmed the fob myself (per instructions in the manual) and met them at $210 on the metal key and physical fob purchase. Deceit at its finest.

Needed 4 new tires 275/55R20 for my truck... Had 4 Goodyear Wangler A/T Adventure w/Kevlar in stock... Done in about an hour and a half... $790 out the door, $130 in rebates, and 12 month no interest financing. Not a bad deal!!!

Great service. Had a clanging sound in my brand new Lincoln that only occurred at high speeds. It was driving me crazy. They found the problem and fixed it to my relief.
