Team Ford is the most transparent and professional dealership I have dealt with in years. Dennis Carroll took excellent care of us on the sales end. Prices were fair on both my trade in value and new truck price. James Vidal, Finance Manager, was genuine and made us feel if we had any needs, he would try to meet them. We purchased a new truck, unfortunately they r built by humans and it had a small problem that needed resolved. Steven Furgeson arranged a flat bed to get it back to dealership and when problem is corrected will have the truck delivered back to us for we live 65 miles away from dealership. So in a day and a half, we dealt with Sales, Finance and Service. Team Ford cares about its customers on every level and it s very obvious!!!! Thank you! We will refer our friends and definitely without question buy our next vehicle from Team Ford!!

Just bought an F-150 XLT here. The salesman Jose who I was working with was super helpful very informative and fair met me in the middle and was very patient with us. Michael the finance manager was also super helpful and informative made sure everything was correct down to the last letter he was very thorough with everything. Overall Jose and Michael were awesome and went the extra mile for me great experience at team Ford will be buying here again soon.

This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. Huge thanks and appreciation for Cory Medina who made the process so simple and effortless. I hate dealerships in general but Lincoln changed that for me. Most everything was done by texts and calls, super easy. When I did go in, it was for just a couple signatures and my car was ready to go. In and out, easy. I highly recommend Lincoln and especially Cory Medina. Thank you all and I love my Nautilus.

After working with Steven in the service department And Cory in the sales department at team Ford they have been most helpful in every situation that I have come up against. Recently, they delivered my car to my job to make it easier for me to get my car after service. I am absolutely 110% satisfied with the service that they have fully and totally devoted to taking care of my needs with the new Ford escape that I purchased. I was in the area on vacation and needed to have the oil changed on the way out of town. I called a couple of weeks ahead of time to make the appointment and it went flawlessly. Team Ford is by far the largest Ford dealership I've been to and they provided top notch service. Shelby Cafe inside the dealership was a nice touch, their hot chocolate is quite good. They also had two GT40s inside for folks to look at which was really neat. From a distance, of course. I'm bummed that they're not closer, I'd use them for all of my needs. I'm looking forward to the next trip out there.

I had the best experience with Paige at Team Ford. She was informative, never felt pressured to buy, and she explained the entire process. When she didn t know something she brought in the finance manager, Juan. He was awesome, he helped me out with payments and figured out the best route for me. Paige always made sure to listen to what I wanted and tried to get the best deal for me, knowing what I was looking for.The finance manager, James, was absolutely amazing! He helped me find the maintenance I needed and I left knowing I got what I wanted.

Super satisfied with this location! Had Cruz work on my car. Was done earlier than I expected and gave me a call and updated me on my vehicle. Gave me the whole run down and explained my options. Also had Nick as my valet and he was great as well. Even got my car a wash! Suprised with how great the service was here! Never had a dealership offer valet service for car maintenance before. Such a nice service, didn t need to take off from work and go into the dealership at all. Great customer service at this location and I d highly recommend.

Took home a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4, Jesse and the pre owned vehicles Manager gave me a great deal, with the work of Oscar I was able to drive this beautiful truck off the lot the same day. They took care of me and I was very impressed with the experience, nobody was pushy on any sales plus they made sure we were comfortable during the whole process. They look out for their Veteran's and service member. Great job Team Ford!

I was so impressed with Brians (service manager) dedication to customer service! He truly went "above & beyond" for us. He personally took care of my truck as I had a "recurring" issue and needed it resolved. He not only resolved the issue, he made me feel welcome and "heard". Great Service!

The Ford concierge service is excellent! I think it s a new service because the last time I took my car in for service it wasn t offered. It really puts Ford in a category with many luxury car dealers. The Mustangs have always been amazing. I can say this because I am on Mustang number 4. Speaking of number it s a Mach-E. It s amazing!

Such a refreshing customer service experience! Steven Furgeson in the service department was extremely helpful. From booking me a ride back to my house, his follow-up and communication, to having my truck delivered back to me by one of their valet specialists, I was genuinely impressed by the whole set up. Don't go there if you need service; it's the worst experience ever!Update: We received the vehicle back in pieces after they denied the warranty because our company couldn't produce oil change receipts, and they alleged sludge in the oil. They wanted to charge us over $11k for a new engine because of a turbo failure. When asked what kind of analysis was done to determine the necessity of an engine REPLACEMENT, they said they saw sludge in the oil.Come to find out, the oil is still in the engine, and the oil pan or filter was never removed for inspection. They removed the turbo and found probably debris in the oil return line; most likely that debris was from the blown turbo that failed under warranty. A turbo replacement is a fraction of the price of a new engine, but Team Ford said a new engine was needed without any real analysis of the engine or oil; quite the conclusion to jump to!!It sure appears that Team Ford was looking to make a quick buck off a business customer with a large fleet of vehicles. Now we are stuck with a vehicle in pieces, and it was returned with the turbo mysteriously missing; who knows what else is missing?I am beyond disappointed in this company, its mechanics, service advisors, service managers, need for profits above customer service, lack of communication, high-pressure tactics, and inability to provide any analysis of their "findings". Stay away.I can see why Ford wants to ditch their dealership model. It's such an embarrassment to the Ford name and brand.

Purchased a new 24 Mustang GT and had a great experience at Team Ford. Our salesman/product Eric Watson was awesome and made our time at the dealership fun.Rocky, the sales manager is extremely nice and friendly, and he made us feel like we were family.Finally, Bill the finance guy we had was great too, you all know how these guys can be. Very fun dude.The car is great so far and we will definitely be back again!

Once the car got to the dealership Mike Smith was great! Took 2 days to get the car picked up to get there, but having the option to get it picked up and delivered (we only have one car) was a great perk!***Update ***Had another recall fixed, they remembered without me bugging them (really!). With the horrible service I have had in Vegas at other dealerships (Infiniti, Toyota) Team Ford will definitely get my business in the future, hopefully the sales department is as good as the service department!

All of my experiences with Team Ford have been great especially the service department. The manager Rachel in the service department is personable and always greeting you with a smile even when she s having a bad day. Josef Helphinstine helped me 3 times over a series of 15 days. My truck is approaching 100k miles and had to be unexpectedly fixed for different reasons, on 3 separate occasions. He always responded to my calls, texts and kept me informed. He worked with my extended warranty company to ensure they would cover the items that are promised in my contract. Also, he assisted me with a rental car option that was much more convenient due to time constraints. During this time, Josef sent an Uber for me, to and from the dealership. My whole experience could not have been smoother as he made me feel like family. Thank you so much for making this as easy as possible, your attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

I received a recall notice for my F150 and took it to Team Ford. I was expecting to be there for half a day and it only took an hour and a half. I was very happy. Carla was my service writer. She was amazing. Everyone there was very friendly even the lady who serves coffee. I wish I knew her name so I could give her a proper shout out.

I had an excellent truck purchase experience at Team Ford LV dealership. Cory was extremely knowledgeable about the new Maverick hybrid truck and patiently answered all my questions regarding this truck while he also helped me navigate on the FordPass app. Together with James who helped me with the paperwork, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. However, there is this one thing I do wish Ford can improve on .is their production time, after all, I did waited a long time for my new truck, but I m totally happy now I am finally driving my new ride. I highly recommend Team Ford for their exceptional customer service and expertise in helping customers find the right vehicle.Btw, my new truck s color is called desert gray, it is perfect for the Vegas desert

I needed an oil change and all new lug nuts for my F-150 so I set up an appointment with Mike Smith. I dropped my truck off before work, they got me a complimentary drink and ordered a Lyft to take me to work. I was able to pay via a link on my phone from work, and the Valet Service dropped my car off to me at work before it was time for me to clock out. The service experience was efficient, and hassle free for me as the customer!
