I went there for just an oil change & I absolutely loved the service I got from Emmanuel. He wasn't my service representative, but he went above & beyond for me. We don t see a lot of this from big Companies anymore so I just thought Chevy should know they have a great guy on their team!

It was better as Bozarth Chevy... 3 hour wait for a simple oil change even with an appointment. The price was $40 more than last time. If you want to pay with credit card plan on paying 3% more for that convenience. Guess bring cash or debt card to pay.. And this is the new service sticker I got in the picture...

I'm extremely particular who I allow to work on my Z06s. Team Chevrolet has been my only Chevrolet Service Center I allow to work on my car, even just an oil change. Jason Cote and Dylan have been my service go to professionals for years. Their mechanics are top notch technical experts. Wouldn't trust anyother!

Dont recommend it , my husband took his truck to get service (he had an appointment for it) and they kept it there for 2 full days they never touched it. The reason i found out about this was because i checked the dash camera and noticed they didnt move it at all.

Took our car in for a check engine light. We had Brandyn as our service advisor. He was so nice and helpful. I really feel like he went out of his way to help. When we do ever need to go back for a service I will drift let ask for him to help us.

Bad experience and poor communication.When I went to check in I waited 30 minutes while workers just leaned around and talked to each other. I made an appointment even to make things easier. They refused to keep me updated on my car unless I called them first. Missed the date I was supposed to get it back by and assigned it to someone who apparently wasn't working there. When I finally got my vehicle back they dinted the driver door and all my tires had low pressure. I didn't even take it in to get work on the tires. The person who returned my car looked at the low tired pressure signal on the dash and gave me my car anyway.They did a terrible job. Go literally anywhere else for service needs. They are bad at customer service and even worse at car repairs.

Couldn't be any happier with my recent experience with both service and management. Service was amazing took my truck in not even a few hours later it was done. I highly recommend this dealership for everything. Both Shane and Augustine are honestly the best reps, very respectful and both were extremely pleasant to deal with. So glad I went with Chevy when I bought my truck this year. 100% satisfied customer

Drew Pagan was my sales professional..where to begin the service was the best I ve ever had at any dealership or anything period. Didn t have to wait for anyone to come up to me and ask for help drew was already outside when I walked up in 115 degree weather. I was specifically looking for a 2500hd duramax in which they didn t have nor any other dealership in Vegas. This was my last and third dealership in which I was really browsing.. they ended up having a 3500hd for a smoking deal. Drew got took care of me like no other got exactly what I wanted down to the payment and zero down. Only 3500hd in Las Vegas. Professional fast straight forward no run around pricing or hidden cost. Best dealership in Vegas hands down Ed bozarth #1 Chevy and make sure to ask for DREW PAGAN..thanks again

I bought my Truck in for a simple Oil Change . I called for an appointment and said I want the earliest appointment . They said 9:00 is the first in .When I dropped off my truck I was told aMinimum of 2 hours . When my truck sat there for 1 hour 15 minutes an asked the Quick Lube service writer he rudely asked me if I wanted my truck truck back . This has been more than once I got this horrible service . I only hoped that they corrected this issue . Guess not I think I will not only take my service away from , but a will not buy or suggest this dealership to anyone .Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible service team. Rude, unprofessional, lack of timeliness. Appointment or not you re waiting 3 hours. Take your vehicle elsewhere if you care about service.

Vehicle sat there for over a week and they didn't touch it. Needed my airbag replaced (safety issue much?? It was recalled!!!) and to have it checked for an intermittent problem. They didn't touch it. They never called. Nothing. It sat there in the same spot I left it. This place is ridiculous. Ever heard of customer service? Guess not. This place is a joke. Spare yourself heartache and frustration, and go somewhere else.

Bought a brand new Colorado with only 10 miles. The transmission started shuddering, took it in for service and of course they couldn t duplicate the issue. Dylan the service advisor didn t even write on the invoice my actual concerns, stated I was complaining about the brakes. I loved this truck so much but the poor service and guidance from team Chevy made me sell the truck and go with a Toyota instead.

When this place was Ed Bozart it it had good pricing and trustworthy service people. Now that is has changed hands its bad . Over priced tell this guy are wrong that are not I have lost all faith in Team Chevy!! Just had repair that should have cost tops 200 bucks and I was ripped off to the tune of 455.00. For a map sensor replacement shame on you guys I hope the word gets out as O will be posting everywhere, neighborhood app yelp anywhere I can find. I will also tell everyone I know RIP off...Disgusted!!!Service: Engine repair

Bad place to service your car, we stopped there for wiper blades change, air check light was on, add wiper fluids light was on so we decide to change the wipers,let them check the air and add fluids as need it.We told the service advisor clearly why we was there and after one hour they only did the wiper blades but lights for air and fluid still on,we had to waste extra time complaining and getting things done.

I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change, but I guess it may be the normal wait time. The waiting area is very comfortable, however.
