Large spacious TA, but no free spots at all. the cost for one night is $30, I think it's too much. Showers are not clean enough.

It's a hit or miss with this place. At night cashiers are nice Karina always has a smile or jokes the older ladies not so much but they do have fresh hot dogs. Ashley was nice too don't see her any more but the morning crew need to be fired Victoria is so rude and on her phone the other one Lila or Layla is too much Mary in the morning is nice sometimes. And for the love of God get rid of that security over night that man doesn't need a firearm the way he behaves.

This TA Travel center has a lot to give. It has a big parking lot decent number of truck fuel station. More for the cars I will say. Most of the parking seasons of Zelda parking but I don t mind. How do you pilot in loves field card so I have to pay for the shower. Shower was $15 but it was clean so many towels different kind of soaps, hairdryer and mint. They have really big Casinos slot machines table play. They have Burger King and Taco time.. They have more stuff and few more places in side the TA.People are nice and friendly bathrooms are clean.

This Travel Center is very clean. The staff is is always helpful ESPECIALLY the General Mgr(Scott Lambdin). The restaurants here are A1. They also have a casino for your entertainment

Arrived around 1500 and bought the parking space for one night. Parking are not free even if you fill the fuel over 100 gal. I dropped the trailer and went out to the Walmart about an hour then get back to the parking spot. I found NOTICE letter stick on the trailer. Security guard show up behind me and said that he will give the ticket (150$) if the trailer drop again. He talked like a boss and very rude. I said I paid the parking for one night and why can't I drop the trailer. He said "I don't care you buy the parking spot, I'll give you ticket $150 fine you have to pay if you drop the trailer in my yard". This is the worst TA TRAVEL CENTER in all states.

This truck stop is horrible. Everything is over priced. No toilet paper for two days. Bathrooms are dirty. They charge for truck parking. The food area has no food. Semi rude cashiers. Trust me when I say stay away from this place. Truck drivers deserve better service.

DO NOT STOP HERE. This is by far the worst TA in America. 5 out of 10 pumps are down. The ones that are not down , key pad doesn t work.You will not have a shower outside of 6 am to 6 pm, because they don t want to pay night shift to clean showers.The truck service shop will take 4 hrs to change trailer tire that has nail in it and charge you for extra time . Unless it s a emergency ,do not stop here.

As a regular, it's crazy that today. I got to witness the black cashier Yelling, trying to fight the Mexican one. I go there all the time and the Mexican girl is always so nice and to day Looked like she was trying to get out of there don't know who that black cashire is but definitely not coming back to that.

Parked in one of the limited non-reserved parking lots. Loud banging on my door at 12.30am with parking attendant saying I need to pay $25 at the front to park. I explain I am at the non-reserved section, and he goes on to say that this is a paying facility and every single one is for paying customers only. Absolutely shady and greedy. The place (like all TA's I guess) is also dirty and old. Worst TA ever. Why people go to TA is beyond me. I'll never step foot in another TA.

Showers are second-to-none here. Store is clean however this place is a little bit confusing. LOL it is a gas station, truck stop, Bar, Casino plus it has a Burger King and a taco place as well built into it. Everything was super clean I'm very nice.

What I like about this T/A is that showers and laundry are usually available here without much of a wait. They have a little casino, decent food, and convenience store.Edit...whatever you do, don't eat one of those green Chile breakfast burritos

I have done 65000 miles on my motorhome and dry camped in many TAs I will never spend 5 cents again at any after the way I was treated today. You are called a travel center but you don't want our business so I will make sure you don't get mine or as many people, rvers or trucks

The training cashier was unnecessarily rude, made false accusations and could ve solved it with an apology but for some reason she wouldn t. The trainer with her was just as bad, if I have to pay to park and have to see the employees for the next few days some professionalism would be appreciated or at least treat me like a human.

I cant believe that the owner of this miserable TA truck stop makes all spaces reserved. Talk about being money hungry, and not to mention that ITS OBVIOUSLY THAT THIS TA CARES NOTHING ABOUT TRUCK DRIVERS. MAKING THEM PAY FOR PARKING. I HOPE U LOSE TONS OF MONEY FOR BEING THIRSTY TO CHARGE PEOPLE THAT MOVE AMERICA FOR PARKING. VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO US.

The worst Ta that ive ever been to . They replaced a wheel seal trailer Axle and they didn t did the right job I ended up losing the whole axle they didn t tighten the hub seal and they didn t put the right amount of oil they put my life in danger . Also there s an evil women whose the manager at the ta her name is Tamy Martin the most arrogant human that ever came to this earth and unprofessional Im trying hire a lawyer and go after her and the two unprofessional technicians who were working on my truck I have been sitting in fort bridger Wy for almost 5 days .. lost the broker that i was doing lines for every other week . I highly recommend to avoid this ta by any means . Tamy Martin is an evil women.. Arrogant and reckless irresponsible human

This TA has everything what a driver can desire for. There is a barber shop at the location, Burger King, Tacos, Fuel, Showers, Games play center, Truck repair shop, Casino and more. But one thing that I didn't like was the paid parking. There are only fifteen free parking spots and all others are paid. They charge 25 dollars for a night.

Not very clean here and food not that great. The whole damn lots is paid parking except for dozen spots way back by fuel island. They want truckers to spend their money here on over-priced things but want you to pay to park. Just another rip off from a truckstop

I work in breakdowns for a large trucking company and rely a great deal on road services. I have called this TA a few times and they are slow at best to get to our drivers. There has been more than once that we have called and confirmed an ETA for service and they were a no show. When we called to see what the delay is. They said "We had to cancel" No notice to us or our drivers. We have several options in Las Vegas and rest assured we will use them and pay the higher cost before using this TA. I am composing an email now to our representative to inform him of the terrible service this shop provides!

I usually never had an issue with TA butthis one,shower are not clean.toilette cover in dust & hair. The air vent cover & fan have at less 2 of dust on it. Previous person towels were left hanging back of the door.

I wish I could give this place no stars pulled up last night looking to park and sleep security comes flying in his golf cart and asked me are you ready to park? I told him yes ok $24 I asked it s not free here his response ok have a good night like can t even answer a simple question worst truck stop ever Drive 10 more minutes to the Orleans Casino plenty of truck parking safe quiet had a great nights slept there that will be my place to stop now

Absolutely worst ta I ve ever been to. Don t come here or waste your time and money. I came here as a passerby trying to take a quick shower & the two women that were working there said you MUST have a commercial drivers license to use their showers. When we asked for their corporate number to see if this was correct they refused to give it to me and said to look it up online. I asked them so if I book a shower with your app you re still going to deny me? And I believe the managers name Monique responded with, you re just wasting your money . Well I will never waste my time at TA again after my interaction with people who are representing their company.

I'm a retired ase master technician and mechanic done it all 50+ yrs experience the so called ta and petro truck stop is on big joke both places gonna through many many managers and employees they run a big scale and ripped off customers I wouldn't recommend either place to fellow drivers

Pretty clean public bathroom for ladies,took shower there #8 disgusting.shame on owners.22.00 per night for parking.very high price on anything you buy and thats what drivers get.shame on you .

All paid parking, $21 dollars before 6pm after its $26 dollars. They over sell the spots so someone is stealing money, I had to park at a non spot/corner because all spots where taken. Next day I wanted a shower i didn t have a reserved spot it was after 10pm local time, i parked at a down fuel pump bobtail and security told me the TA shop will tow my truck with one of TA vehicles if I left my truck there, all i wanted was a shower (I piad $16 for). So I had to park on the street with 4ways on to take a shower, well shower was dirty! Even had dirty towels still on floor. (They got me into another shower the cleaning man was just finishing).. carful with the scammers and people selling service on the lot, there allowed to park anywhere and harasses drivers, security will not do anything. Casino at TA is a scam, you better off taking a Uber to a real casino or walk across the street, they will take your money at this TA casino. Food Burger King and a taco place, both over priced. Burger King charged me $12 one day for two breakfasts sandwiches and $7 the next day for two breakfast sandwiches and fries. coffee has been good for the three days I was around and donuts are fresh. Location is good for parking a truck, but comes with a price. Added some photos of the BK changing price.
