I had a horrible experience driving in the rain. My undercarriage shield unclipped from the flood waters and had started dragging from beneath my car. Super Mario tires decided to help me remove the shield that was dragging from beneath my car so that I can get back on the road and drive safely again. I am forever grateful!!! Technically, they're a tire shop. And they did not have to help me with this emergency, but they did...I feel so BLESSED THANK YOU

Quick & easy. They fixed & patched a hole in the front right tire. In & out in 15 minutes & for $15. Also got a Smog test immediately following since they are attached to each other.

Previous repair ( plug), started leaking. Discount said tire unrepairable. I knew different. Mario's patched tire like I requested. In and out 15 minutes. Fair price of 20.00

I called them before I came in to ensure that they had my tire size, the gentleman confirmed that they did have it and I told him that I would be by shortly.They did change my tire fairly quickly and for a good price. When the man finished I tried to give him my card and he informed me that they take cash only. The first guy on the phone never mentioned that, they never told me that before they changed my tire, and there were no signs anywhere on the property to inform me of that fact. He motioned towards the gas station next door and said there was an atm there.Unfortunately, I only had my credit card on me, meaning I couldn t just withdraw cash. I had to contact my aunt to drive from way across town to bring me cash.While I started to wait one guy told me I could sit in my car in the mean time. About 5 minutes later he walked back up and said the other guy that was working had demanded my keys, because he believed I was going to drive off. This is despite the fact that my door was open, my keys weren t even in the ignition, and I had already been sitting in there for a few minutes.Overall it was a poor experience, and I felt incredibly embarrassed having to sit there for 45 minutes to wait, I won t be back. I hope they learn to inform clients of their cash only policy prior to rendering services.* I gave three stars because they did charge a fair price and did the job quickly.

Awesome service. Took a flat there that had a screw in it. Drove up into one of the marked bays, Alex came out asked what we needed and promptly grabbed the tire and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed watching such skilled craftsman operate. Will update after driving on it for a while........

These guys saved my entire cross country trip. Went from California to Florida and was almost back again when our tire blew. Every place in town made us come in just to tell us they were out of them or to try and sell us the tire at an inflated rate except for Mario's. I called him, he quoted me $40 (!!!!!!) for a fantastic pre owned tire, including putting it on and recycling our old destroyed tire. Can't express enough how much this guy saved the entire return trip home!!!

I just bought a pair of tires from these guys today who worked terribly slow and had a blowout on the freeway less than 100 miles after buying. They did not inspect the tires in front of me and tried to upsale me way too much. If you value your life please do not buy tires from them!

I saw the reviews before coming here, but it was the closest one to my house and I had a hole starting in my tire. But yes, service is awful. First I was told is would be $15 to replace each of my tires, then he comes back and tells me $35. That I can deal with. But again as another reviewer said, another car pulled up and the guy starts helping them instead. I got here at 4:20 pm. It's currently 5:05 and I think I have another 20 minutes to wait. Don't come here unless you absolutely have to.... like I did.

This is my work place. I started 2months ago and I couldn't be any happier the owner it's one of the best. Here. It's really understanding with the work I do and he lets me have a good relationship with the customers I promise you himself and I I always give you the best all the best for your Automotive needs thank you . Went to get my grandmas tire replaced. They did the tire job in 10 minutes and inexpensive. I went back with my car and they replaced all 4 with new tires in 30 mins with balancing. Cheaper than anywhere i found and there great tires.

They were quick but broke one of my studs. The guy who did it was super friendly and wanted to make it right but management said they weren't responsible. Luckily I know how to replace the stud but seriously annoying to have this on my to do list and management didnt want to take accountability for the mistake. Mistakes happen which is fine, not cool when they don't own up to it though

Took in 4 used tires to install on rims for a go kart, and they shredded one of the tires completely with the tire bar, and blamed the tire for being old. Then they lost a bearing out of one of the wheels and shrugged saying they aren t responsible. The only honest statement made in the exchange. And proceeded to charge fully for putting the other tires onThe three other tires from the set apparently weren t as old . Auto parts store nearby says we re not the only customers to have been screwged over by them. They are Very UnSuper.The good ol Merry Christmas Spirit of zero accountability to our family from theirs.

This older guy works like molasses. The last time i went there i was the only car there for one tire and he took 45 minutes because he decided to work on two other cars that showed up after me as well. 25$ for a used tire and 45 minute service? No thanks. I took my services elsewhere.

Worst tire place in Vegas. I bought a tire from them and that night on the way out of town the tread came off as i was doing about 70 mph on the freeway. Horrible retread job on the tire and when i tried to take it back they just laughed at me. You have been warned - they are horribly dishonest people who cheat their customers. Stay away!!

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Had a great selection and the tire I needed at a great price and did the work extremely fast. Good as new. Highly recommend Super Mario Tires.

Saved me from having to buy a new tire, that another shop insisted I had to buy. Very quick and clean work on tire patches and the best part they were also less than all the other places I called for estimates
