I can't say enough about the team at the South Buffalo location! Josh and Phil were great at communicating what was going on with my vehicle throughout the day and the technician who worked on my SUV did a fantastic job. They not only were very kind and helpful but were honest and that really matters! I highly recommend this particular location. Thank you to everyone who created a great experience for me!!

I have used Sun Auto in the past, but I recently visited their Buffalo & Warm Springs location, and I was very satisfied with their service. The staff was friendly and professional, and Michal, who did my service, was awesome. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Car repair can be stressful, but having kind and professional people like them makes it much easier. Kudos to the team there!

My experiences at Sun Auto have always nothing short of amazing!! They inform and educate you on what is going on with your car with sincerity. I especially have to thank Phil for always going above and beyond to resolve any issues I may be having with my car. Ernesto at the front is great and always prompt with his communication. All the techs they have working there as awesome and get the job done throughly. I trust them 100% with all my repairs! Thanks guys!!

I needed an oil change in my diesel pickup and was not happy with the service I received in Pahrump. This shop came highly recommended so I drove from Pahrump just to get the service. It was well worth the drive and the price was much better than I have been paying. I will definitely use them for any services I need that they perform.

1st time visit...am very impressed with this auto service...although it took a while to get serviced, it was only because they waited for the parts to be delivered. otherwise the service would have been performed immediately...these folks are polite, helpful , very courteous and reasonably priced..and best of all for me, they are just around the corner from where I live...I am now going to be a regular customer because I felt very comfortable there..the customer service area is very clean and welcoming..that is a plus...I had new trunk struts installed and my trunk works as good a new... very happy customer

Great service. Fast and easy to work with. Dropped my car off Saturday morning and was able to pick it up Tuesday around 2:30. Thanks Phil for your help we will see you guys again soon!

This was my first time at this business and it was a great one. Great pricing for an oil change and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone for your routine car service. My car was done in the time they quoted me as well. Thank you..I will be back!

Ernesto and the guys at Sun Auto are quick, know what they are doing, give a good deal, and are overall great. I was in and out for an oil change in less than an hour. They also did a full inspection and texted me the details to keep. Great work!

Scammers. I took my car in because my ac was cool but not cold and car was taking a little longer than normal to start and needed an oil change. They told me my alternator was going out and I'd have to replace it and there was a leak in my ac and the total repairs would be $1500. When I got my car back my ac was no longer cool it was hot.I took it to another shop and they said my car was taking a longer to start because of the heat outside and there was nothing wrong with it. They did an inspection with blacklight on the hoses and said there was no leak the ac just needed a few more pounds of refrigerant and it was good to go. Cost me around $200 for full inspection refrigerant and oil change. It's been months and my car is still running great with no problems and ac is still cold.If you plan on going here please get a second opinion because they will take your money and charge you as much as they can get away with

They did a great job fixing my vehicle and an older vehicle. Front desk guy name Ernesto was great at costumer service. And everything that is important that needs to be done was finished same day on my vehicle.

Phil and his staff at this location is the best! anytime I have minor issues, I can always count on Phil to help. He goes above and beyond to assure me my car will be fixed in a timely manner. You can tell he is passion about his job and also has the best customer service I ve ever encountered. Thank you Phil for your continuous great service with my car each time. If anyone is looking for a great and trustworthy place to get their car service, definitely give them a try. :)

Very pleased with customer service, very professional and they were able to do an oil change right away I believe I turned in the car around 9:30am and I got a call around 10:30 am car was ready. Look out for their coupons I had 50% off synthetic oil change. Thank you for the great service.

I have used 3 different Sun Auto service depending on where I lived. Each location is run the same...ther are smart & helpful . They will give me a list of what's wrong with my car & tell what needs to be repaired first to help my budget. I hate going to the dealership, they are better...great service with a smile

I had my car towed to Sun Auto late on a Friday night. I called a left a message that I'd be in the next morning. Josh was the first to help me and he was very kind and professional. He contacted with regularity on the situation with my car. As it turned out, my car was covered under my contract with my dealership. When I came to get my keys, I was helped by Eduardo? His name is on one of the 3 cards available on the desk. He, also, was very nice, had all the info that I needed and was sympathetic to my situation. If I do need a repair in the future, I'd definitely bring my car back to Sun Auto. John Delisle

Got exactly what I came for with no complications. Fair price and they also inspected my vehicle for anything else that might be wrong. They did find a couple things I was unaware of, provided photos, and suggested solutions for fixing; all of which I am grateful for.

The engine maintenance light was on in my car & I wanted to have it checked. My daughter has taken her truck to Sun Auto for service on it a couple of times & has been very happy with the service, she recommended that I take my car to Sun Auto to be checked .they were very professional, courteous & patiently answered my questions in layman s terms, which I appreciated. The issue was resolved & I was very pleased.

Sun Auto on Buffalo Blvd is by far the best place to take your vehicle. They are honest, fair, and put the customer first. I have been to other shops in the past, and now that I've discovered Sun Auto, there's nowhere else to go.

Sun Auto service and repair is one of our better experiences for automotive professionals. New car prices are getting out of hand, so it's that important to me to keep my auto, 15 years old, preforming like new. The pros from Sun Auto at Buffalo got me covered hands down. Took my vehicle here for a check engine dash light.Philip and Jesse helped me with the diagnosis of the codes that Casey found when they ran their tests.I ended up just having a fuel system cleaning performed after all said and done.I didn't want to invest in all the svcs suggested since my auto repair records showed a better picture. I'll see how well my vehicle runs over the next few months. All employees were professional and helpful.

After using Sun Auto several years ago I have never gone anywhere else. The staff is always professional, helpful, and friendly regardless of the location I choose. They ve taken great care of me over the years and I won t go anywhere else.As for this visit. Professionalism answering the phones and communicating throughout the process was top notch. Squeezed me in last minute. Superior to many other businesses out there. As a previous store manager I truly appreciate great service when I see it.

Great honest Auto shop, I love that they will do a diagnostic and a full check up free of charge. Most places will charge a fee. So I m very happy to bring my car for maintenance to Sun Auto at the Buffalo location.

Got my car diagnosed for $185 with promise to look over the car and didn t do a complete diagnosis. Didn t want to give any form of discount to tailor it down. I know because they didn t give a report of what they looked at.

I have been to Sun Auto Service many times and they never cease to disappoint. I recently had my van in for brake service and an oil change. Phil was very professional and knowledgeable with regard to my questions. Available discounts offered by Sun Auto were applied and the overall price was fair in my opinion. I will definitely keep using Sun Auto Service.Services: Brakes, Oil change

We took our car in for tires. Service was good and price was reasonable. If you need special tires, give them a call at least 24 hrs in advance so they make sure the have what you need in stock.

The ONLY shop I have taken my cars for over 20 years. Amazing service!!! Fair and transparent pricing. Never ONCE had any issue after service.
