Exceptional service and timely repairs. They contacted my extended warranty service claims center, detailed every part and item made sure the repairs and parts needed were covered. Completed all repairs within 24 hours. This was a major repair list from AC to shocks, struts, control arms and alignment. All completed in a timely manner. Communication was excellent. I have using Sun Auto on Tropicana for years. It s the trust you put into the management and the technicians for your vehicle needs.

I can't say enough great things about Sun Auto! Darren and James were so helpful and amazing throughout the whole process of getting a new rebuilt engine. They checked in and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing. And my Tahoe runs like it's brand new again. ! So grateful for these guys and everyone who worked on the car ! Very trustworthy and reliable which is important to females . Thank you so much

I had a referral to try Sun Auto Service. I read all the reviews and decided to give them a try. They didn't disappoint, The Service Managers, and vehicle technicians did an outstanding job. They do an excellent job keeping you informed via text messages and telephone calls.The price is reasonable unlike going to a dealership.So in the end...great friendly service, a much affordable price and A+ quality maintenance = a great choice!I have had vehicles at both Tropicana and Blue Diamond locations. Both locations did a fantastic job!I would most definitely recommend!

Brought my Lexus there initially for the second opinion after Lexus Las Vegas recommended replacing rear break pads. I was very surprised to hear that they were in mint condition and no replacement was warranted at that time. Once my oil change was due I brought my car back to Sun Auto Service and once again I was very pleased with their performance. Everyone was very professional and provided me with excellent service. I never felt like I was pushed into buying unnecessary things. Will trust those guys in the future with my and my wife s cars

Amazing experience. Darren and James diagnosed my Kia correctly unlike Towbin Kia and gave me the best price in town! Their work ethic is amazing and my car was fixed and I had the pace of mind knowing my car was taken care of. They are my new mechanic for my cars. Thank you guys for the amazing service!

We have two older vehicles and take them both to Sun Auto for regular maintenance. We always have great service and honest pricing. Recently had to have my transmission rebuilt and they quoted me one week but got it done in 2 days! As a small business owner I couldn't ask for a better timeframe.

These guys are literally the best shop in town. They are skilled, honest, and care. I have been taking ALL of my cars here for years for every level of service. They never over bill. They break down the service so you can understand it. I own 6 vehicles that range from SUV to hybrids to sport cars and they do all my work, I can not recommend them higher. If I could give 10 stars I would. Sun Auto on Trop simply ROCK!!

My car had a major vacuum leak and was running horrible. The people down at sun auto did some tests on the car. They figured out that it was the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets. I told them to go a head and fix it. This was about a month ago. I been driving my car everywhere I need to go. I now have better gas mileage and more horsepower. If I have a problem with my car again, I will definitely take it back to sun auto

very professional. I needed a ride home and back and Darren took care of that. very thorough vehicle inspection. they did not try to offer me service I did not need. will be taking my car back soon for additional repairs.

I brought my car in yesterday due to the feeling of my car falling apart and the shop was very quick to answer my questions, they were very informational and the turn around time was very quick. I highly recommend bringing your car to this shop. Thanks to the guys there! Appreciate it!

I have had all of our Vehicles Serviced, through the years, at Sun Auto Service. A Customer since December of 2009. They have always been very fair in their pricing, very up front about the services needed to keep our cars going and give very good service besides.

Sun Auto is professional and has addressed every issue that my car seems to come up with lolThey ve done brakes rotors oil changes tune up B for a Mercedes ML350 radiator reservoir replacement air conditioning system flush and filter change. Came in for an alignment and wheel balancing. Danny , Jase, and Michels were very easy to talk to. No extra upsell did the work I asked for and was out in an hour. Danny let me watch the whole process it was very reassuring . Thx for the pro job \m/

Once again, Sun Auto treated me fairly, with fast, friendly and honest service. I won't go anywhere else and have referred friends to them. In and out, same day. This time a great deal on 4 tires. UPSELLERS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!My daughter brought a recently purchased used car there because it was specified by her warranty. They said she needed over $900 in shocks & suspension work and none was covered by the warranty. Our "regular" shop checked it and said NONE of that was needed. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

The place was recommended by family member; the service was oil change the wait wasn t long! What I didn t like was the guy did not make eye contact when he explained the additional work that they suggested! I felt he wanted to make additional money (over $2000) but didn t care about customer service!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!.. STAY AWAY !. I took my vehicle to Sun Auto to get an oil change. When they called me, they told me it was going to be $2,300 for repairs. Also, the transmission needed to be replaced which is another $5,000. When I went to pick my vehicle up from Sun Auto there was a big puddle of fluid under my vehicle. I asked the team member that worked there what this fluid was he stated he did not know. As I turned the car on all of my antifreeze flowed onto the floor from my vehicle. They broke my heater core hose connectors. The mechanic then turns to me and says well if you don't live that far I would just get it to the house and not drive it anymore. I told him I'm not taking my vehicle anywhere. You guys need to replace what you broke. Three days later I get my vehicle. I take it home and open the hood only to find that they had threw everything back together and hoses and wires that were not on top of the engine where now on the top of the engine going to the back of the engine. Also, they took anchored pins out of plastic parts that were pinned down. Now it's just sitting there untied down. You can't make this stuff up. The work was so horrible I know it wont even matter to even tell a manager of the company because I don't want these people to touch my car again. Speaking with an attorney now, about my vehicle.Say no to the vehicle inspection. They just want to take your car apart ( and not put it back the right way).SUN AUTO IS A BIG THUMBS DOWN!!..

I had a coupon that said $15 off ANY SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE which they did not honor, and no it wasn t expired, they just gave some lame excuse that WASNT NOTED ON THE COUPON. I will not be going here again, and I urge you to do the same. They will bombard your mailbox with coupons they will refuse to honor. You ve been warned, do with this information what you will.

Outstanding service! The assistant manager and one of the mechanics were extremely helpful in assisting me. I m from out of town, but would highly recommend this auto shop for your mechanical needs! Very pleased and impressed.

They are extremely honest. O went to have my brakes tested and they said they were fine even though they're five years old. I was sure I was gonna have to replace them.

Stop by the store today to see about getting an air leak on one of my wheels figured out. First gentlemen said it would take about an hour. About 15 minutes later, the other guy working said I was ready to go (was a bad valve stem). Asked how much I owed and he informed me no charge, which was surprising for me (I used to do motorcycle tire changes). I then asked to have the air pressure checked on my GF's car and tried to pay for that at least and again, he told me no charge. So here I am leaving a positive review for these guys. Greatly appreciate y'all

Check engine link, P0441 code, engine control system. They did a smoke test found and fixed defective part. It took longer to have the part delivered than actual time replacing. I ve had a long journey with my Chrysler 200. I initially took it to Chrysler dealership because my car was shutting off with no warning lights on and at random times. Chrysler dealership kept my car for 2 weeks then released it with no explanation to why my car was having issues. I was left hopeless until I found Sun Auto! The entire staff is wonderful, polite, knowledgeable and hardworking. I worked with Darren, Chris & Zack. They were able to get to the bottom of my car issue and fixed it within reasonable time/price. My car is running perfectly and I m so grateful! Thank you guys!!!! I recommend to everyone!! Don t give up on your car until you hear these guy s opinion!
