If you re looking for fast, reliable, trustworthy employees, this is the place to go. The workers there were very professional and explained the process well. Vicente was my technician that worked in front and he immediately knew what was wrong with my car and not only that, he made sure that I felt like the price for the fix was reasonable which I greatly appreciated. I plan on continuing my services here in the near future and will spread the word to people with car problems.

Took a long time to have car fixed and they didn't keep me informed about the progress. I had to keep calling them. But all in all I was happy with the results and car runs great. Went back with a simple question about what was done and they were very rude to me. It was a simple fix and got taken care of in a matter of minutes but they made me feel very uncomfortable and made me feel like I was a bother.

I Love Sun Auto! They are always helpful, go above and beyond, quick and don t screw your over because your a woman. If you need your car worked on at reasonable prices then visit your local Sun Auto! I ve utilized multiple locations and the Service has been excellent at them all!

Simple oil change turned in to them over filling up my truck twice the level of the full mark on the dip stick. Came back the next day and filled it to the level indicated on the picture, not even close to full. I suggest they improve the lighting in their bays.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I started going to this place a few months ago, it was great, customer service was awesome! Now it's a very different story, this November, I went in, was ignored, dude answers the phone, in the middle of our transaction, then spends the next 10 minutes on the phone ignoring us entirely. Got my car back and my hat for work was missing, went in the next day to ask, nobody to be found. The front desk guy was out hiding and smoking a cigarette in the bay area. I couldn't even ask if they had my hat, spent 10 minutes in there trying to talk to anyone. I won't be going here anymore. They don't deserve business if they allow this to continue. I want my friggin hat!!!!

I would never go back to sun auto. Went there on January 26, 2024. Paid $3,167.24 to get my car fixed, company was unable to repair my vehicle it took the company until March 13, 2024 to refund my money. Unacceptable! Management lied several times as to when refund would be received.

I called in and spoke with Danny Salas. He was very polite on the phone, knowledgeable, and helpful. I brought in our truck to get some rear brakes, and to check if the rotors could be resurfaced, after inspection there were some other issues I had that needed to be taken care of. He gave me prices and was straight forward of where and how much the parts were. We spoke about the financing they had available and upon approval we proceeded with the job. He offered coffee and water that was available in the waiting area. The job only took a few hours and I was a highly satisfied customer. Honest and reliable workers. they do get busy so I suggest showing up early with your vehicles tires, alignment or brake needs. They also have a sister location that does other jobs as far as engine repair so feel free to call and ask them. Yes they do financing and yes they do offer a military discount. Very clean building, covid free location, masks are required. Parking lot is nice and clean and the overall appearance i'd give a ten. Restroom and waiting area available if needed. In the last 1.5 -2 yrs Sun Auto has taken on 3 pretty major repairs on my truck and they've done exemplary work each time. I will continue to go back to Sun for any further repairs. Took my car in for some noises it was making. They had it done and fixed in a few hrs. I knew for sure one of the issues but so glad I took it in as I'm giving it to my 16yr old nephew. And want to make sure I give him a car that will work.

Dishonest, extremely unprofessional and uncommunicative all due to poor management. Do NOT come here.This is the second grossly unprofessional and exploitative encounter I've had with the manager, Daniel, where under his watch, his teams have kept my car for 5+ days only to return it to me in the same or WORSE condition. I purposely stopped going to the 1st shop because of HIM. Do NOT come here and do NOT trust any businesses associated with his management team. His team deliberately lies to customers, doesn't give receipts, and STILL bills your warranty for a plethora of repairs that were not completed (accurately or at all). At this point, I should sincerely report to the Better Business Bureau because this is textbook EXPLOITATION and FRAUD. Unfortunately, my warranty provider won't pay for me to take the car anywhere else for these repairs because they already issued payment to Daniel's business. So now, we I am going to have to likely pay OUT OF MY OWN POCKET for repairs that any other shop with a coherent manager and team could've completed without issue. Please see supporting details about this encounter at Sun's Auto below:I dropped my car off on Tuesday, October 3rd and was told that it'd be worked on 1st thing the following morning and returned to me the next business day. Wednesday around 5pm, I realize I haven't heard from anyone so I call them. That's when James said they've ran diagnostics and that they ALREADY sent the invoice to my insurance to be approved for the following day. Again, they say my car will be ready the next day. Thursday comes and again, I hear from no one so I call and James answers again. He said that no one's looked at the car yet but that it would be the first in line tomorrow and he'd call asap. I thought the switch in the story was off but was willing to overlook it due to benefit of the doubt. Friday comes, and guess what... I didn't hear from anyone AGAIN but didn't notice until 7pm( I was at work all day). I call Saturday morning and that's when another associate, whose name I forgot, said that both his managers had been out with COVID the last few days so no one was able to contact my warranty but that a manager should be back on Monday. I thanked him for his honesty!Monday comes and I call around 8am and speak with James who said that his manager already got an approval from the warranty but was "in the bathroom" so he couldn't come to the phone right now but would call in 5-10 minutes. An hour passes so I call back and James says he can't do anything until his "manager calls [him] back" but they would update me asap... excuse me, call you back from the bathroom???? At this point, I tell him how it's already been 6 days so if no one's got back to me by noon, then I would pick up my car and take it elsewhere. Magically I get a call 30 minutes later that everything is approved and that it'll be ready by EOD. I end up leaving my job early (and losing 2 hours of pay) in order to get my car. Once I get there, someone grabs the manager. That's when Daniel walked in and it all clicked that he was the same crooked manager from the last repair shop I stopped going to. He explains how he technically never called my warranty, but that my car was ready. He also didn't have a receipt or anything for any proof of repairs (this happened at his last workplace too). I'm already annoyed at the similarities so I still politely say thank you, take my keys, and leave. You guys, my car worked for TWO HOURS before the same lights came on the dash. But surprise! It started making a NEW sound which sounded like something was about to fall out under the hood.Sun's Auto Repairs,If anyone from your corporate office sees this, as a fellow business leader, I strongly urge you to intervene because the manager at the location is a liability that is damaging your company's good reputation in the Vegas valley. All of my other encounters with your businesses have been pleasant but this one has completely cast you all in a negative light. We came by here on the 20th and we spoke to a certain person to see if we can change an oil pan he gave us a price which was gonna be 409$ to change the oil change then we came the next day to get the work done and they gave us a whole different price 1,111$ which is ridiculous. Didn t even get to see the person we made a deal with

My tire was repaired at no cost to me and the staff provided excellent customer service and support. I also asked them about wear and tear on my tire and everything is good for now. I highly recommend this place for all your tire needs.

Going on a road trip so I scheduled an oil change, vehicle inspection, and had my wiper blades replaced. Pretty solid service performed and didn t take a lot of time. The online appointment setter needs to be improved or overhauled. I scheduled a 9am appointment but was told to come back at noon. Not too big of deal. Customer service was good and they were upfront with the cost. No complaints here.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

After making an appointment in person I returned 5 minutes early for my appointment two days later and was told they would be right with me. After waiting 45 minutes my car still hadn't been taken to a bay. Only when I went to the counter and asked what the hold up was did they state that it would be 35 to 40 minutes longer. Finally, a mechanic went with me to test drive my car and I pointed out the sounds that my car was making and what I thought it might be since I've owned this car for 16 years and have every record of all repairs. After returning back from the test drive, the mechanic took my car into the garage to check my brakes, which were installed by Sun Auto less than a year ago. I wanted to make sure that the brakes did not need readjusting. After another hour went by and no follow up from anyone, I actually had to walk back to the garage to see what the hold up was. It was apparent to me that the only men I saw were working on a different car and the mechanic that I was dealing with was nowhere to be found. Finally, he appeared and I told him to just put the tire back on since it had already been 3 hours and no one seemed to value my time. They were able to tell me that I needed two motor mounts and the right wheel bearing and hub assembly which is exactly what I told them it needed. Remind you, I'm a 62 year-old woman that doesn't mess around when it comes to my car. I was handed an estimate for entire repairs of two motor mounts and the front wheel bearing and hub assembly of $1546. That's including parts and labor which is a total rip off. It is apparent they take me as some kind of a stupid fool because I am a woman. They said "Oh we can go ahead and get it repaired for you today". I'm thinking: three hours of having me sit around and then you tell me you can "quickly" repair it? I said, "It's already after 3pm and you guys close at what time?" And they said, "Oh, we'll stick around if it takes all night". Sure. After wasting three hours of my time you expect me to trust you to repair it in a timely manner? I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism as well as the lack of urgency in servicing customers this facility displayed. I was told there was only one mechanic on duty but yet I saw only one man leisurely working on one automobile (his own?) like time was not of the essence. And the other one who went on the test drive with me was not working on any other car that I could see. This business lacks total professionalism and customer service ethics. I will not be returning to this place of business ever again.Oh, I do want to point out that while i waited at the front counter I could hear the manager arguing with a customer over the phone in his office. Her boyfriend threatened to come into the business and he had to tell her to speak with her boyfriend and advised her "it wouldn't be a good idea" if he did. Immediate red flag. It's obvious other customers are way more dissatisfied than me.

Never had a bad experience with these guys . They even knocked off the $99 dollar fee for assessing my vehicle once they discovered the issue. I will always go to them first if I have a problem with my cars.

I'm giving them 2 stars because they did do my oil change and their coupons are great to have.. However, I am upset that the manager would lie and say he diagnosed my car. I knew he was lying because he said " We had to drive it to hear the noise you were talking about." That was a lie because this noise in my upper light compartment comes on as soon as you turn the car on.. They had my car for 5 hours and couldn't tell me anything because they never even pulled it down to check where the noise was coming from.. The company that fixed my noise said they were no previous marks indicating they even attempted to open it and if they did he would have known that it was the Auxiliary Fan... Thank God for the other ppl I went to who are Mercedes Certified ... Fixed immediately and problem found within 10 minutes...

Friendly staff and professional, my only issue is today my husband noticed my car leaking badly all over my driveway. Mind you it's been 2 weeks Oct 30 since my oil change so my husband crawled under the car and noticed the cap needed to be screwed back on significantly and he was not happy about that.

Always great service. These guys are a rare find. They are totally honest and not shady like some dealerships. Technician/Mechanics are super knowledgeable I have never had a problem with their work. Customer service goes above and beyond to help with car problems.I highly recommend this place to all my sisters and anyone who wants to keep their car on the road safely. This is the BEST.
