Bobby was excellent to deal with.I came in for tire mounting/balancing only.He was able to quote me a price & did the job I expected.[Most tire shops in this part of the Valley can't do estimates for what I needed done in a timely manner.]

Took it for an alignment and possible balance. The service writer was very polite, patient, and help me figure out what I needed. They were quick and reminded me that if there's anything off that they would take care of it. To the word the steering wheel was a little off and they took care of it early the next day. It was quick and efficient. We just started going there not too long ago and gladly looking forward to getting my car serviced there.

Sun Auto Service and Mike Williams were absolutely incredible! It was a wonderful surprise to see that customer service is alive and well at Sun Auto Service. . Mike took great care of me and my truck, I felt like he genuinely cared about my questions and concerns and he made me feel like I was a top priority to Sun Auto. You are extremely lucky to have a person like Mike Williams working for you and running this location. You will have my business and I will recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you

From the time of check in for my appointment I was treated with great professionalism and kindness. Been coming here for years at different locations and always get such great customer service. The gentleman that helped me was awesome!

First time using this company. I had called around to see who takes Fidelity Extended Warranty and they did.They were honest about the work and sends you a text, with pictures, showing what they see and an option approve the work.A feature I haven't seen at other repair shops. Overall experience was good! Will do business with them again.

I have used them several times, I have been satisfied every time. That have stood behind their work and gone beyond, to the point of admitting fault and making it right. Yes they are pricey but worth it to get my vehicles repaired and back to me quickly without having to return for issues. One and done

I'm actually highly impressed with Sun Auto. I dropped my car off to get an oil change and possibly new brakes. I got the good news that I did not need new brakes as they were 50%. I feel that they are an honest company . They could have just replaced them and not said anything. I appreciate their honesty.

SunAuto Centennial Hills will get my business as long as I m in Las Vegas. They took care of my wife vehicle first. I sent my car in and got the necessary repairs I needed to get back on the road. My car was completed within hours.The quoting/estimation system is extremely user friendly. They upload pictures and detailed information throughout the entire process.10 stars!!!

This place is a scam do not take your vehicle there if you want to be treated fair. This is not the place I took my vehicle to get service. He asked me what was wrong. I gave him my thoughts of what it might be. He comes back a day later and tells me that I have a 3500 to $3,000 problem. One bad alternator. One bad water pump felt like something wasn't right. I said thank you but I will get a second opinion. I was glad I did. My truck was fixed for the fraction of the cost. I mean a low fraction of they also gave me a bad diagnostics cost there was nothing wrong with my water pump but he's suggested that I needed to fix both manager will not reach back out. They will keep on prolonging. Also I was charged for a swallow of antifreeze and me telling him what the problem was to my vehicle lesson learned value a second opinion because if not crooks will eat you alive

The most important thing to look for in an auto shop is trust and integrity. Any shop can fix a car but are they honest? I used to work in a shop, and over the years I've seen my share of shady ones. I trust these guys to stand by their quotes and not give you a shake down. 5 star

I had brake light problems. Asked them to take a look They proceeded to charge me 185 for all systems check up. Not related to my brakes Left with same problem no fix and 400 fee. Avoid them

I had an oil change this last week. The service was done efficiently and timely . Everything went well and I appreciated the checklist of the work completed as well as things checked over. I also appreciated Bobby who helped me in utilizing a coupon. He was very nice and professional. I highly recommend them.

Took my car in because the keyless remote wasn t working. The service clerk changed the battery, and now the remote works great! When I asked how much I owe, the clerk said, No worries no charge . First time in my life where there was no charge, no matter how small the service, for a service rendered at an automobile shop.

Took my car in after having another auto shop diagnose another issue.Sun Auto found transmission issue that the other auto shop didnt even find.Manager even met me there at 630 am so they could get to my car 1st.Service was very fast, and they even sent me an text when diagnostic was finished so I could see what the issue was.

Great service,communication and people! My breaks were squeaking pretty bad so I decided to take the car in they determined the dust from the breaks was causing the issue they quickly cleaned it and solved the problem. The report after included photos of your vehicle showing the parts worked on and status super helpful and trustworthy highly recommend.

Bobby was very nice , got me in and out pretty quickly for an oil change .. pricing wasn t that bad compared to some .. they didn t seem shady at all since it s so hard to trust mechanics they just make up problems to make a profit - it s very hard nowadays trying to find honest people - I hope they remain trustworthy & I will be back again

Got a quote from my usual shop that didn t mesh with my FIXD tool so I got a 2nd option at Sun Auto on Rome st and they saved me $1,100! I ll definitely be using them for all my vehicles from now on! Charlie was great.

Friendly staff, work was completed a little late due to the amount of work I had done, but the service was performed as required. They do not clean the car windows or vacuum the floor mats like some auto care places before giving your car back to you.

Very nice people. Personable, concerned, considerate, and friendly. Every customer was treated like a friend. Everyone was professional, communicative, and time considerate,. While it might seem odd to say, but from the front counter to the exiting ar deivery it seemed that every worker loved their job, knew it well, and cared about the customer.

Left without getting service.I was told it will take 2.5 hours coz they have to test drive and they re backed up, even though I made an appointment. They shouldn t be taking appointment if that s the case. The service I needed was just for tire balancing, what else is there to check out or there s no reason to be looking for more issues just coz I have warranty.

Very friendly staff. They received my vehicle and got back to me with a detailed quote within an hour of drop off. Bobby was the man I was in communication with and he was polite and efficient.
