Josh and Andy were excellent in helping me get my new 2024 Forester Wilderness. They were easy going, helpful, informative and made my car buying experience a pleasant one! Subaru has great financing options in a time when that is almost non-existent. I would have held off on buying a car until rates went down, but the team here got me a 2.9 rate with no early payoff penalty. Couldn t be happier with my new Subaru!

Mark D. was amazing and the whole team made the process smooth and easy. It wasn t like any other dealership experience I ever had. I ve bought multiple cars over the years and this has been the best experience a car buyer can have. Starting from The lobby which had plenty of snacks and drinks, Mark was upfront, honest, and kind, the Manager was understanding, and the finance team was great as well. I love my purchase! No buyers remorse at all!

Toyota and Honda Dealership needs to take NOTES from Subaru Dealers. Subaru Dealerships KNOWS how to treat customers right! They do not charge any "bogus add ons" and "bogus fees" to a vehicle to make it look like we are saving money. However, I will say though, Subaru is NOT as fun to deal with as much as Toyota Dealers. I have a lot of FUN with Toyota Dealers!!! So much fun that they eventually kick me out of the Dealership Lot . THANK YOU for the AWESOME Forester Wilderness, Subaru of Las Vegas; and Special Thanks to my Salesmen Rodrigo and Edo!!!!

Love this place. I got my Forester here last year. I challenged them to have me out of there in under 2 hours! I have had my Subaru serviced 3x since and they have been outstanding every time. I had Beau Sinclair for my last service consultant the last time. He was awesome (and also easy on the eyes, lol). The customer service here is great and I have yet to have any negative experience. As a bonus, they have a nice waiting room that caters to kids and pets. There is also a coffee bar. Who doesn't love coffee? Thank you for taking good care of my ride.September 29, 2023 update:Got my vehicle serviced with Angel a my service consultant. Awesome guy! 10/10 service as usual. I even got a comfy nap in! I also love the STI Cafe. Can t beat their espresso machine!

Anthony was our service rep and he did an excellent job. He worked to save us over $1000 on our car. We re so happy with Subaru that we have no desire to ever go and work with anyone else. We always highly recommend Subaru for their customer service, and, their willingness to go out of their way to help. We are always impressed with the level of detail and customer service that goes into each visit that we have. Subaru definitely sets the standard for customer service.

Went for my first service/oil change so fast and I love that they send you videos of the whole process as they worked on it! I love everything about that!! Still very much recommended!----------They are true to their motto : A stress free car buying experience!Everyone who helped me there was amazing from my sales rep Samuel to finance and just everyone!Highly recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle you should check them out!!Beautiful new building, personable staff, and just a stress free down to earth vibe!

Had a great experience at Subaru of Las Vegas and I would highly recommended their dealership to anyone seeking to purchase the Subaru!From the main GM, to the sales GM Scott, to my sale rep Brian - every person I spoke with was helpful, welcoming, and created an ambience that was a superior car buying experience! I am so proud to be a part of the Subaru family. Everyone at the dealership is so nice and patient. The company itself is amazing how they donate for good causes. They made sure I was ok with my purchase and made sure I walked out happy. I got the perfect car that I have been waiting for, for 2 years! I research a lot on these cars and they are very good. After my purchase and after driving it for a month, I am completely satisfied! I love my new 2024 Subaru Forester Wilderness! Thank you my Subaru family!

First time ever buying a car from a dealership. I saw a CPO 2022 Outback on their website over the weekend and came in on a Tuesday to buy it. Samuel was my purchase advisor and he was wonderful! Knowledgeable, genuine, kind, patient - couldn't have asked for a better guide through a process that was brand new to me. Mike was the other man who made sure the car was the best it could be before I drove it off the lot - he noticed the little bumper cover was missing on the back and he asked if we had time to wait for them to put it on. Of course I did. I spent about 3 hours there with all the document signing, credit check, down payment, etc. Overall a positive experience and I love the car

Tony and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They took fantastic care of both my car and myself. It's had been several months since the last service and a handful of things needed to be taken car of. Since I had to be at work and the car was going to take longer than originally planned, Tony gave me a loaner for the next 24 hours. My overall experience was great! No complaints!

Nice dealership. Took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment and it still took 2.5 hours with the car wash. They do offer a complimentary uber for you so you dont have to wait. Lots of free beverages located in the lobby. The fish tank was awesome! Overall, it looked like a nice dealership and very easy to get to from the freeway

Let me start by saying we are new in town and promptly got lost on our way to our service appointment. The dealership was very gracious and honored our appointment anyway. Our service tech was Romeo and he could not have been more helpful. He explained the whole process completely including cost up front and appeoximate time to complete, got our car started on its way for serving and then escorted us to the customer lounge. What a wonderful relaxing area! In addition to a fish tank that would knock your socks off, there was a beverage area with snacks, tables and chairs with a TV area. And everyone was so friendly, checking to be sure we had been served. All and all it was a very nice experience.

This is the best dealership I've been to since window shopping for a car and I just want to give a shout out to Mr. Mark D and Mr. Justin for making this car buying experience as easy, smooth, and fun. Me and My sister knows car buying could be so stressful and hectic (based on my sister's past experience when she bought her new car) but with our experience with Subaru of Las Vegas it was nothing like that at all. Mr. Mark and Mr.Justin made it possible for me to get a beautiful white pearl Crosstrek home knowing it is hard to get a white pearl with all the perks and technology that I wanted in a car, I appreciate the time and effort they took to make it possible. If I or someone I know needs a car I would totally recommend them to this dealership (as my friend recommend this dealership to me) and if possible, I would recommend them to go to Mr. Mark D. The dealership itself have a lot to offer from cars to services to food/beverages and making yourself comfortable! Easiest car buying ever.Also, thank you to Mr. Andy for keeping me updated with the car process. Thank you for the freebies and for making it happen Subaru of Las Vegas!

I came in just to run some numbers. I don t have the best credit so I wasn t expecting any kind of deal. Mike and Ivan were honest and got straight to the numbers. I didn t feel obligated nor rushed and I got a brand new WRX with extended warranty, gap, etc. with extra goodies within my desired budget. This was unlike any other dealership I had been to. Definitely recommending Ivan and Mike to everyone.

Eugene, Justin, and everyone that assisted us with trading in our car and buying a new one yesterday at Subaru of Las Vegas deserve an enormous amount of praise. The transaction felt low pressure, they were patient and thoroughly answered all of our questions leaving us feeling fully informed, and most of all, everything felt fair (and, dare I say, fun). While this purchase was for my partner s primary vehicle, after how yesterday went, I can t wait to call Eugene when I m ready to make the switch from Toyota to Subaru. Subaru of Las Vegas, in general, is great. There is an air of positivity radiating through the building (and the snack / coffee bar was an added perk.) If you re thinking about, buying, selling, or trading your car, go see Eugene!

My trip to Subaru Las Vegas was a memorable one! They gave a good customer service and the staff were kind to us. I also liked how timely they were. Not only were we out in time, they made sure we were taken care of after our appointment. I highly recommend them.

Subaru has been the best car dealership to service my car. Subaru of Las Vegas shows true professionalism and service to their customers. They even added a free car wash and purchased an uber to where i needed to go and they also picked me up when my car was ready. Amazing!

If it is true that people buy from people they trust, then I would gladly return tomorrow to buy another car from my trusted Purchase Advisor, Brianna-Nicole Lau. I've had numerous car buying experiences for a long, long time. This was the first time I felt like someone really cared about me as a person. Bri listened wholeheartedly to what I really needed and ensured that was exactly what I drove home- and on future road trips. The dealership does not have that dealership feel either- their values are more than just words on a mission statement upstairs. They bring the qualities of human interaction to a new, happy level. Thank you, Bri and Subaru of LVS. You're doing great!

My Crosstrek Subaru broke down while I was driving on the road. I called Subaru road side assistance and they responded immediately. The agent was polite and she was updating me of their contact mobile service and that they re enroute to assist me on the road. It was found out that I had a battery /alternator issues and I had to take it to the service center immediately. I called the Subaru call center right away and I was advised to take it to their service center before 4pm.As soon as I arrived five minutes before their service close , I was greeted by Jorge Zamora aka JZ :) and he was friendly and eager to assist me of my car needs. He offered refreshments while he was doing the paperwork. I told JZ that I have to work and I can only pick up my car the next day. Instead of giving mean uber ride share, he didn t hesitate to offer me a loaner instead. He introduced me to his boss, Mr. Yasir whose very welcoming and approved me a car loaner right away. JZ was very detailed and professional. I will definitely recommend Subaru to all my friends and family for this amazing service experience .

I love the accommodations Subaru of Las Vegas has been gracious in giving. The wait was pleasant, and the thorough inspection was detailed. The communication and friendliness of all the staff makes me feel welcome too! I made this my go to dealership for future maintenance on my Subaru Outback. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs service and wants to be taken care of.

Our very first Subaru, our very first time taking our car in for maintenance, Casey our rep was very polite, helpful and informative . He explained a lot of things we probably were told when we bought our car but didn t sink in. lol. TMI. Thank you Casey for having the patience in explaining how things work and showing us what to do. Unlike other dealerships they EXPECT you KNOW what goes on. Thank you Casey!

If you want to speak to someone in the service department who is efficient and an excellent communicator look no further than Josh Miller. He got things done fast, gave clear instructions to get me in during an emergency, and was highly compassionate about my particular situation. He made a highly stressful event very reasurring. Staff at Subaru never disappoints. A special shout-out to my sales guy Eugene too! It s been 3 years now since I got my Subaru but he s always available to help me with any question I ve had. He s the guy to buy your new Subaru from!
