I am writing this review after a call back from Matt at Southwest Toyota Lift. I have to admit that he took the time to correct my issue and make everything right and get things straight! I commend his professionalism and want to tell his crew thank you for helping me out. I appreciate it. I have an old lift, on its last years of service. Southwest came out and diagnosed this old lady and at a good price! I give this business props for their professional attitude and treatment of their customers. This is above and beyond and they are also serious mechanics with real techs and skills. THANK YOU SOUTHWEST LIFT!!

I used to be a former employee of Toyota lift at 1 of their locations. And im here to write an honest review. Toyota lift has to be 1 of the best work friendly most to employees. I say most because there's 1 employee I want to talk about in this review. -Ari Huerta- Ari demonstrates a good worth ethic by taking a task in hand and getting s*** done. I know she's has been working hard by doing other people's work while also trying to fit hers in as well. AND hope she's getting the pay she deserves as well. Matt, he also does so much for this company. Also as well as everyone who is pushing to make this company grow and expand. I know this company has been growing so much and wanted to say thank you all for doing such a great job and staying on task. Thank you to all the managers and employees who work hard and hope to see this company grow so much. This is my last week as an employee of the company and writing an honest review for each branch.Thank you.

We have been blown off 3 times requesting quotes for Toyota 3-wheel forklifts from Southwest Toyota Lift. They call, and then never get back to us with the information we requested. If they cant even get back to us with a quote, I cant trust their service department or business. A simple email, or phone call can go a long way. This has been over the past year. Ill go buy a crown instead locally, since this place is obviously too busy for new clients.
