I had a fantastic experience with Southwest Bimmers! They fixed my car quickly and at a price that was significantly more affordable than what the dealership quoted me. Be careful. I Was charged more than the dealership for an Oil change. I honestly wish I would have went to the dealership and paid the extra $100 for their 3year plan at bmw. I drive a 2017 440i. No reason I should pay more than $200 to get my oil changed. Especially when no one else in the vallley is charging that high. My car was there til closing and they didn't even change my brake fluid as requested. The only reason I picked a new mechanic was because of its location to my mother. I will go back to bmwonly where I should have stuck with originally. The 4.8 stars got me

I gave Anthony and his team a try to fix a leak I had and I m happy I found them down to earth, very welcoming and Anthony kept me in then loop and within 24HRS my car was ready and fixed the problem I ll be coming back for any maintenance and future repairs I may have definitely confident to refer them. I ve been a Customer with Southwest Bimmers for 10 years, love how much the company has grown and how great knowledge they all have in BMW & MINI Coopers. Glad my parts are only OEM and I tend to stick with OEM parts since I ve Learn the hard way lol but definitely recommend it to those BMW Fanatics and owners that would like their vehicle in great hands.

My wife actually found this shop after speaking with other members from M performance group. Hannah was really knowledgeable and helpful. The tech was able to locate the issue ( took it to 2 shops prior ) that was causing the drain with my m6. They went above and beyond and even had my car detailed. Definitely earned our business.

Amazing job by Southwest Bimmers! Was told to come here from another shop after they serviced the car to clear out codes since they didnt have the tools/software. Southwest Bimmers took great care of the electrical issues with the car that the other shop couldn't diagnose. Fast turnaround and good prices. I would highly recommend these guys for BMW service! Since moving from Tucson four years ago where I had a trusted reliable repair shop for my wife's BMW, I had not been able to find such a shop here in Las Vegas. Well, that changed today after taking a leap of faith with Soutwest Bimmers. They diagnosed the issue with the Service Engine soon light on, called me with the cost and my OK to proceed and it was subsequently repaired at a sensible cost. They did not try to upsell just fixed what was wrong and advised if anything need further attention. By chance when I went to pick the car up, I met with one of the co-owners. Very polite hospitable fun to talk to and obvious very customer focused. I will be returning!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I want to start of by saying, it is very difficult to find a trustworthy establishment that will care for your vehicle the way you expect. Southwest Bimmers has hit on all customer satisfaction aspects. Anthony and Hannah are two very honest, upfront individuals who wont beat around the bush with your vehicle. Not only are their services reliable. The shop is always in a clean, presentable manner. I drive a 2016 BMW 750 LI filled with issues but thanks to the team at Southwest Bimmers. My baby is in the best shape possible and I know I can always count on Southwest Bimmers in the unlikely event something should occur. Thank you guys for being real! After a friend and I made the mistake of taking her BMW for an urgent brake work estimate at another shop (which gave her an outrageously high quote for work that did not need to be done), we looked for a "second opinion" and were very fortunate to find Southwest Bimmers. Anthony had his crew examine the brakes, and they determined that the rotors definitely did NOT need replacing , and that they could do the necessary brake work for about one THIRD of what the other place wanted to charge. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and they even fixed some errors from an oil change that had been done at another place.We couldn't have been more impressed with Anthony's calm, friendly demeanor and his straightforward, HONEST professionalism. It was a breath of fresh air to discover this kind of no nonsense, high quality customer service from a local specialty mechanic. Anthony's knowledge, integrity and great people skills, along with his crew's top notch work, has made for yet another loyal repeat customer. If you have a BMW, there is no other place in Vegas that you should take it to for service.Service: Brakes

I brought my car in to get diagnosed and was told that the part would take a couple of days to get. I decided to pick up my car so I had transportation over the weekend and haven't heard back from the company in over two weeks after emailing and calling to try and get an update on what's going on with the parts since our last communication. I certainly understand that some parts take time to get however, I think if something is going to take an extended period of time to get (e.g. in this case over 3 weeks) that a customer should be informed. Not sure how this place can have good reviews with poor customer service. Best practice is to apologize and take ownership not deny what happened. I was going to delete my post after talking with you today but now this post is definitely staying. I got recorders to prove the opposite if you want me to post them...

The staff is amazing. I used them in February for the first time for a routine oil change on my 2011 BMWx3. They were reasonably priced and very efficient. As an older woman, I am always apprehensive approaching a new car repair shop. At the end of March my car broke down during rush hour on a Friday night. Shaken, I called Southwest Bimmers and they agreed to stay open for the tow truck to bring the car in. Throughout the process they kept me informed, showed me what parts were affected and discussed what was reasonable in terms of repair. Transferred my car here from BMW Only because they were willing to work with me on a very big job. While transferring my car there, I realized I may not need my transmission replaced immediately. The mechanic I spoke with was very easy to talk to and also did not make me feel pressured to do it. He specifically told me that it would be ok to wait awhile. They still replaced my water pump at a lower rate than the first shopEverything turned out perfect and I did not have to spend unnecessary money at that moment. Although, I like BMW Only; I feel this will be the place I will go from now on...Sorry this review was meant for RG Motorworks in Henderson

The best automotive shop in town. Been going here for 5+ years. 100% trustworthy and 110% reccomended. Cant beat a mechanic shop that you know you can trust and wont eat a hole in your pockets.

I've got to say, this is the most professional shop that I've ever been to in Las Vegas. I had some work done at another shop, and my issues weren't solved, so before taking it to the other shop again, I called Southwest Bimmers to see if they would take a look to verify that the work was (or wasn't) done.Hannah (who is awesome, by the way) told me that they would take a look at it for free. They had me in and out within an hour or two, showed me the defective parts, explained why they needed to be fixed, and gave me an estimate. They also removed my undercarriage cover and rotated my tires for free.It was such a pleasant experience working with these folks. I will definitely be back in the future!

I've been coming to Southwest Bimmers for years and have had everything done here to my BMW's. As a Vegas local it's hard to find a honest shop in town. The staff and specialist that work there are amazing and are very knowledgeable. You won't be disappointed!

They take care of your car, not expensive and can diagnose it. Upon replacing almost everything in my fuel delivery system and combustion system, I still had misfires. They successfully diagnosed the new coils and spark plugs I installed were the issue of the misfires. I already dumped 4k-5k into this issue on my own replacing everything to find out it was originally one of the first things I did to the car that caused this issue in the first place. Two weeks later, I brought it back in for the O2 sensors to be fixed. They replaced them fast and price for labor wasn't bad either. Can't wait till I get my rear apex rims in for them to switch out my control arms to the M3 variants.

The team at Southwest Bimmers is great! Went there to check on one of my cars that a body shop had sent over to them and was able to get my other car serviced while I was waiting. They are usually quite busy, so appointments are suggested; but it does always feel like they go out of their way for their customers! Thank you Hanna!

I feel like the staff here went above and beyond to try and service my needs as good as possible. They provided me a complimentary ride to the nearby shopping center since my service was taking a little longer than expected (the tuning company that provided the software that was being programmed on my vehicle wasn't able to return their calls right away). The even provided the programming complimentary since the service took longer than expected even though it wasn't their fault at all. I was really impressed with the customer service and would recommend SouthWest Bimmers to any of my friends.

I have learned to trust Southwest Bimmers staff to give me the straight information about my repair and also provide me with options. They have earned my trust over time. I know running a high performance car is not without cost. The staff is good at minimizing that cost whenever possible.

Great mom and pop shop. Great service.Brought my 04 e46 in for a suspension upgrade and clutch/flywheel swap and they knocked it out of the park. All of their employees are extremely respectful and know what their doing. The price is right as well. If there is any future work I plan on doing I will be bringing it to SWB.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a BMW! The few times I've been there, (and still going back for more fun add-ons) the service has been impeccable! Friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and honest! Even when I was thinking about making a $600 investment to get added hp, they talked me out of it due to past complaints from customers about the aftermarket product I was looking at. Anyone else might have said go for it, just to do an install and collect a check. But I see SW Bimmers as a high integrity establishment that knows their stuff, and again would highly recommend to others!

I've been taking my 2006 M Roadster to Southwest Bimmers for the past year. From routine maintenance to modifications like Euro headers they have provided nothing but standout service and craftsmanship. I'm incredibly OCD about my cars and they absolutely put my mind to ease with quality work and thorough checks. Very knowledgeable around the S54. Thank you Hannah, Anthony, and Devon!

I went to Southwest Bimmers this morning to get my 1989 e30 325i inspected for selling it. Out of all BMW shops I dealt with in the past, this one is one of the very best if not the best. The staff has tons of experience in BMWs, old and new, they are extremely thorough, and all nice guys. They are easy to work with, the shop is super clean, and what they do there is very impressive. Very reputable staff and it feels refreshing to go to a shop that only deals with BMW's - especially the E46 chassis. I was very pleased at the staff and how courteous they are. Big plus is that they are dog friendly and very comfortable seats in the waiting area.

This shop is about a 6/10 if you really know your Euro shops. Good gang, somewhat fair prices but could be better. The work and explanations to clients could be more thorough due to most people do not know about BMW German engineering. This was my go to shop. But others have out serviced them to the max.
