Stopped by to see if they would be able to fix my bent bmw factory rim. They were very quick to help and fixed the rim for $200 in less than 30 minutes. Everywhere else I went said I was going to need to order a new rim. Will be back again in the future if I have any other rim issues!

Fantastic shop. Great guys really go out of their way to help. Communicated wonderfully so that I as a non car person understood the issues and options with my situation. I was traveling through town and had an issue with my rims cracking. They really worked to help me get out of my bind and get on the road in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend.

This is the place to go for rim repair....they r professional and know what they r doing....I bought a wheel on offer up... and the jerk didn't tell me rim was bent... could not see it... but when I went to another shop and they mounted a tire it was wobbly....anywho sin city fixed it and remounted the tire and balanced it all for a very reasonable price too....

Could never get my wife's wheels balanced. These were wheels they recommended, not what we were wanting. But you can't always expect perfection with this Pandemic happening. But you need to remember these are FUTURE BUYERS

This place is awesome. Met Steve, the owner, right away. Very cool guy and easy to talk to. Straight shooter. Brought in a damaged wheel and left with what looked like a brand new wheel. Very happy with it.Office has a warm feel like back home. They have cool dogs in the office which is great too.

My dad and I hit a bolder in the middle of the high way and it broke our rim. After going to a different tire shop, we were referred to Sin City to find a new rim. Terry was awesome, he took a look at the damage, said that there was definitely no way to fix the rim, and started calling around for a new rim. Unfortunately, the soonest that he could get it was Friday. So we went looking for a rental car. After having no luck we returned to the store. While we were out, Terry looked around his shop and found our exact rim in his shop. When we returned he told us what he had found and we were able to put the rim on and make it to Utah!

Plain and simple I went to get my rim repaired because my tire continued to slowly lose air everyday. They removed my wheel and let me know how rusty my rim was but didn t identify what the problem actually was. After about a half hour of waiting and coming back every 10 minutes to tell me how much money he s going to save me by trying to cut a side deal assuring me the issue was being fixed, only to come back to my vehicle a couple hours later to a flat tire. I went to another shop and they showed me where they did a very sloppy and cheap job and only used cheap JB weld. Just beware and ask them to show you the work they did. They lost my trust and business.

I actually visited the sister store Sin City Wraps to get my car bumper fixed and a sensor on the transmission. They did an awesome job and I'll be a regular retuning customer in the future. I will probably check out the wheels and tires there real soon. I highly recommend this store for rims and tires and the wraps store as well. Awesome prices.

I hit a huge hole on the shoulder of Decatur Blvd and bent both rims and both tires! The guys at Sin City Wheels were awesome! They tried to fix both to save me some money, but to no avail. Their customer service is great and hopefully next time I'm there it's to upgrade not replace.

Had a really great experience, Steve and his crew took great care of me as a walk in with a set of 24's for my truck. In and out in little over an hour and great conversation with Steve the owner while waiting.

They no longer buy rims. Great customer service, friendly, and perfect attitudes towards customers. Most businesses have attitudes when you walk in the door, but not Son City Wheels.

This place does a great job at fixing rims...I went in and was immediately greeted by Kevin. He explained to me the process they do to fix bent rims. Kevin was very helpful. I recommend this place to all my friends and family members. Thank you Kevin and Sin City Wheels for the excellent service.

In a day and age of no customer service, sin city went above and beyond. Discount tire told me I needed to replace a rim, 30 min at sin city and it was repaired and was on my way. Don t trust anyone else!!!

This place is the BEST in town. I went there looking at rims for my Mercedes SL. Excellent selection. But after finding out they rechrome rims I decided to have my chrome AMG monoblocks rims rechrome so I could keep my 91 SL origina. It took only 7 days from day I took them there and got them back, SUPER FAST!l Terry is one of the most professional, nicest guys you could ever meet. In fact after all this virus stuff is over I'm going to have another set rechrome by SIN CITY WHEELS.

Kevin @ Sin City Wheels and Tires went above and beyond to help me find the perfect wheel and tire package for my 05 Silverado. The tires were faulty but the owner of the business took care of me that day with no questions and upgraded me to better tires at no cost to me. I'll continue to do business with them and recommend them to all my friends.

the WORST ever experience we've had in any custom rim & tire company. no one came out to greet us just a lady on the phone motioned her head. finally some guy comes out and with a why-u-bothering-me, demeanor. I showed him our company car and he practically treated it like it was a piece of chit, so his attitude went from bad to worse when he realized he wasnt going to make a sale since he claimed Cadillacs have no after market rims-----riiiiight I ordered online and got it from Tire Works. We no longer own this vehicle but an objective review was needed so here I am. In a nutshell, something didnt feel right and dare I say, legit about this place. am serious and I outta know I ran a service dept for years and I was many a time the TOP sales person when I began in this industry. In fact some of my professional associates that had similar experiences stated that these REVIEWS one reads here as favorable were actual friends of theirs and therefore biased and unreliable. They personally knew the authors of the posts lmao. That said, quality of service and their products are much to be desired ~KnightMoves808, Inc~

HAVE QUOTE COPY IN WRITING, TAKE PHOTO!!!While back I had my Cadillac towed over to this place for rim & tire repairs. They quoted me with the specifics and I agreed so they proceeded. After all the said and done, they gave me a printout saying I now owe more that what i was quoted for. THEY KNEW i was cornered because I had the car towed and knew I wasn't going anywhere, I tried to make my argument but in the end they screwed me. Also rotated tires without moving the sensors. Repair work was good though.

Good service, this guys really know what they are doing. They did rebalance wheels on my car that were not properly balanced at the other shop! Reasonably priced. They also do a rim and wheel repair. 5 star! The only thing I can complain about is that they are so far from my side of town. Guys get more locations, please.

Worst experience ever, came to get my rim painted. When i left my rim they told me to come back in 2 days, so when i came back the rim wasnt finished cus they messed the paint up tryin to get the tire back on. I kept waisting gas comin back and fourth when rim wasnt finished. Also when i got my rim back it bubbled up when it got hot outside and the paint just rolled up and chipped it look like they power coated them wrong. Havent had time to go back because I've been workin so much. Waste of money and time.prices are kinda high as well

I just wanted so say a HUGE THANK YOU!!! To Steve and the whole crew @Sin City Wheels and Tires for saving me and my car in a bind while I was in Las Vegas and had a wheel catastrophe. Terrible service the old lady out in the front desk is extremely rude everytime we would call she would have disgusting nasty attitude and would always say she will call back and never did so when we would call for updates she would get pist at us for her not doing her job to calling back. When we showed up to pick up the rim she yelled at us what were we doing there to pull the car to the back when we were just letting her know we were here to pick up the rim.... they keep giving us the all kinds of different answers and pushing back the date that our rim was supposed to be done by gave them plenty of time and each time it was a different answer. As to the time they took on the rim we didn't really mind they do good work but seriously it's expensive there so the least they can do is have good service but the old lady in the front desk was so rude and disgusting put her ass on retirement and hire someone friendly and professional please

Experienced staff that went above and beyond. Had to take my tires back for a rebalance and they took care of it with no questions and ordered wings for my car to make sure there was no vibration.
