Hey, I wanted to give you a heads up about this mechanic. I brought my truck to them for repairs, but unfortunately, they didn't fix it properly. After I left for them, my truck still has issues. It seems like this mechanic may not be very trustworthy. Just wanted to share my experience so you can make an informed decision. They took the money without doing the work definitely untrustworthy to trust.Take care!

I want to give a huge shout-out to mechanic Adrian at Sin City Truck and Trailer Repair for coming to our rescue when the RV we rented broke down on our way to EDC! Adrian was an absolute lifesaver, and we're incredibly grateful for his prompt assistance.From the moment we contacted Sin City Truck and Trailer Repair, Adrian showed great professionalism and understanding. He quickly identified the problem and what would be the best solution for our case.We could not thank Adrian enough for all the incredible support he provided us!

These guys were awesome! Was headed home from California to salt lake and lost the bearings on my trailer. Pulled in and these guys dropped everything at 330 and stayed late to make sure we got back on the road. I would highly recommend them!!

This place deserves zero stars..You ll have a better chance of finding a Mechanic on Craigslist then going here .By the way the yard and business looks I can see why they are complete scam artist and slum lords. Do not take your Trailor here if you want them to over charge you and not even explain to what you were being charged for. The owner is rude and threatened to put a Lien on my Trailor because I asked why my charges are so high? From 137 to 473.. he yelled screamed acted like a child refused to take my payment, made me do it online in front of him and then made me wait while he blocked the drive way with his vehicle while he sat on the phone lol sorry I was told a simple break away would take a hour but I guess not.. luckily I can t post a video on here of how horrible this place looked and how the owner treats people.

The team at Sin City Truck Repair is very solid and trustworthy. They what what they re doing. The owner is very responsible and make for a great experience with the way everything is organized to make sure the customer satisfaction is met.I took my semi truck there for a DPF repair on Friday afternoon and to escalate the process and have me rolling he took his personal time Saturday morning with two of his guys to get my truck rolling. That was a huge courtesy that most shop owners wouldn t bother to do.The paperwork and just the process in general shows how thorough this shop is. Nothing gets touched without the customer s signed authorization.I strongly recommend this shop if you re in Las Vegas.My experience with this shop is unmatched. I am being truthfully honest here.

I stopped by to have my left signal light on trailer and the mechanic Adrien was kind enough to fix it. Their customer service here is always on point! I feel comfortable coming all the time when I need repair because they know what they re doing. This is my go to spot every time I need repair on my flatbed!

Would've given 0 stars if I could.Typical clueless mechanic shop.Spent a week with them trying to fix an AC on a truck. They kept throwing parts and racking up labor hours, in the end fixed absolutely nothing but weren't shy to present a full bill for the time they spent fixing nothing but they bank account.Also, their credit card machine is always convieniently broken knowing all too well that their scam business can only function is they collect cash upfront.Stay away if you can!

I am only 5 years driving trucks. But I've been in a lot of truck shops for repairs. And today it was my best experience ever at this shop. First of all very friendly stuff. Second Jacob mechanic stayed over time to get my truck done. And he is a really good mechanic and very professional and patient explaining every detail to me. About the price I can say it was a decent price and also they didn't charge for Diagnostic just because the repair was done at their shop. They saved 250 bucks to my boss. Thanks a lot to these guys and especially to Jacob. Definitely I will recommend this shop to every of my friend.

If this place was the last mechanic shop in the Vegas I would pay $1 a mile out of my own pocket to get it towed to back to the plant it was built in rather than have these guys work on it! The owner yelled at me and then hung up on me because I offered to pay him for there time and I was gonna tow it to the dealership for the engine that needed to be replaced and now the owner has disappeared mid day while the tow truck is waiting to load it up they won't release it until I find the owner to have him release since when is that my job. 3 days for a estimate and he never returns calls! So grateful to Dan for showed his true colors before we let him do the work on our vehicle NEVER TAKE ANY VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP!!!! I JUST received my courtesy call back from the owner where he chose to cus me out and call me names since then I went on to read all the other reviews and I have to say there is a pattern forming here this place won't be in business long its of my opinion he wanted to take advantage of my father who is getting up there in age and is medical issues with mind and Dan wants to tell me he is fine and to let him make his own decisions so it would appear that Dan has graduated from mechanic to neurologist impressive no schooling. HE WILL BLAME ME FOR THIS AS HE DID HIS OTHER CUSTOMERS BUT DONT WALK RUN AWAY FROM THIS SHOP FAST!

I am leaving this review for my mom and it goes along with the review above. She was quoted $300 for an oil change, at the final bill over $500. The steps were working fine when she took it in, but someone yank them off the track. She even spoke with Stephanie about the steps, and was even told by Stephanie that the steps worked fine. It shouldn't matter if the other mechanic hooked them to a toggle switch, what matters is someone who works for you broke them! My mom is elderly and can not easily get into her RV without the steps!!! You will not accept responsibility for what YOU did, and now she has to pay to have them fixed. There was also an alarm going off in the RV and who knows how much that will cost to fix. That's neither honesty or integrity. I see you have other bad reviews, so she's not the first person you've screwed over. I'll make sure every person I know, knows what a shady business this is.

TrustworthyBroke down Friday 11am didn t want to deal with the big dealerships so called Sin City told him what I needed done. Called back 1/2 hr later and had parts located and arranged to have mechanic stay late to complete the job. Was very happy with quality of service all around and felt very comfortable with tech he did a great job and had me out that night. Thanks guys. If you need work done around Vegas this is the place to go!!!

Have used them a few times when I've needed trucks worked on in the Las Vegas area. Very knowledgeable mechanics. Took the time to explain what the issues were and provide an estimate. Pricing is fair and the work is top notch. Will be back when I need repairs in this area.

Called 5 min ahead of time to get my A/C recharged on my semi. Got me right in and got me done in a timely manner. Dan is knowledgeable. Friendly staff , welcoming environment, clean shop. Got charged less than I expected.

The ratings speaks for it self I spent 400 dollars to see why my trailer brake lights wouldn t work, they still didn t fix the problem after 4 hours. I left and went to a place the next day, they fixed it in 1 hour for 175$. Horrible I m displeased as a honest paying customer

Sin City came out to a Livestock Truck to work on Brakes, Wheels, Tires, Hub and etc on the side of the road. They kept in contact with looking for parts, getting a second mechanic, and trying to move quickly to get the load moving! When working with a loaded trailer, time is important and we appreciate the efforts! We will be calling again.

SPIDERMANDONT LIE STOP..dont make false statements..you never said me that you guys allow outsider parts..you was definitely agree with outsider parts..just you want to make more money with outsider parts..like same as your estimate with your parts you nothing subtract with my parts..guys be aware from this shop

Do not trust the employees to do side work. Employee took300$ cash from me for a deposit and never showed up to do the job. Also refused to return my $300And the parts he supposedly bought or stole from his employer

Had to give one star to write a review and that's on the good conversation that he had me with..First he quoted me a price for an invertor of $600 that I only needed for my refrigerator, that I got on my own from harbor freight with two years warranty for $200(3000 watts)Second he tried to charge me $299 for a kenworth t660 windshield wiper arm, that I got from kenworth dealer on my own for $199At the end of the day the work he did he quoted me $2200 I then disputed and his answer was he miscalculated and it was $1600 I drove the tractor home I noticed my service light was on by the gear switch , wasn't on when I left with him, i called him he sent a mechanic to my house since it was after hours, hook the computer to the tractor couldn't find why, he exclaimed he don't know why and maybe it should go off once I started driving that was in Vegas I'm now in Alabama, still waiting on his call he promised me, after he was supposed to do research on why my service light is on..I don't recommend his service at all...If your tractor stops in front of his shop, get it towed to another shop ijs,Signed Beauty N Tha Beast Trucking

Horrible! Overpriced , don't go to this shop , this is was last time we went to this shop ! Overpriced, Overpriced, Overpriced. Lost business with you guys. Will never come back! Don't recommend!

Went in there with my truck but service writer or manager weren t there at 10. Went back to speak with manager the next day and I was told he doesn t get out of bed till like 11 what kind of a business is that?!?! I walked around shop and seen it was empty so it s not like they didn t need trucks. Not sure how this shop remains open with no customers.
