Came in with my 350z for some work to be completed. Let the owner know I m going on a coast to coast trip and want to make sure the car is healthy and good for the trip. Did a thorough inspection and found a few other things mechanically wrong with the car. They did a great job in fixing the Z, and the owner will be very frank but cooperative with you. Definitely recommend them and if you want your car done the correct way. If I wasn t moving cross country this would be the place to go to get all your car needs completed. Once again I greatly appreciate the work that was completed and highly recommend these guys for you.

Amazing experience with Alton ! He went through my whole truck to make it safe. He sent videos of what needed to be fixed it , and explained why it needed to be fixed. He's come through not only with my truck , but helped my daughter get her car on the road again also. I've always been weary about mechanics , but Alton has changed that. If you want a straight shooting 100% honest mechanic , Alton is the man to go to. I can't say enough about this gentleman that has helped me and my family out in these hard times..

I went to Alton and paid him $4000 for repairs. The problems were worse, I took my vehicle back a couple of times, but he did not fix the issues. While my car was at his garage, it was broken into and about $500 worth of stuff was stolen. He said that he would gladly pay me for the stuff that was stolen, but he never came through. Also, I ended up taking my car to another mechanic and he fixed the problems. I asked Alton to reimburse me not only for the stuff that was stolen, but for the 10 hours that the other mechanic took to fix his mistakes. He refused, so I took it up with the BBB and he refuses to respond.He told me that cars get broken into there all the time. I also found out that he is not an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Very bad customer service.

There should be a special star option for people like the owner of this shop and his employee. My wife and I broke down on our way to California and had no money. He treated us like family and let us owe him the money. He has never pressured us for payment. He paid out of his pocket to get our parts and they worked extra hours to get it going. Forever grateful. Just be good people and you'll find incredible people and competent service. True old school. Much love.

Honesty, competence, and a fair price. Finding what we all want from auto service is hard, but we were very fortunate to find Seven Palms Automotive when our old car s radiator burst! Alton showed us what broke, explained the work required, and then stayed late to finish up so we could get back on the road. And the price was very fair. I just wish we had the same auto service at home. Highly recommended!

What most of us are looking for in an auto mechanic is honesty and and the ability to get the job done right. Finding a good auto mechanic in Vegas is about the same as trying to win the megabucks lotto in Vegas. The odds are stacked way against you before you even buy a ticket. Then you find out they don't even have lotto in Nevada!I had an emergency situation with gas leaking out of my Audi. Seven Palms was close and Alton said he could take a look immediately. He found the problem right away and we discussed fixing some other issues on my car. I am glad that fate brought me there because my car is running better than it has for a long time.Honesty, check. Job done right, check. Follow up with concerns, check. My beloved car treated with respect, check. Integrity, check. My new car mechanic, That's a BIG check. Thanks Alton and crew!

Alton the shop owner needs to learn how to run a business. I took my BMW 750 for a new catalytic converter and my jeep Cherokee for an AC repair. I had just moved back to Las Vegas and did not have a chance to get these repaired before the move. He told me that he did not think the catalytic converter was the problem despite my previous mechanisms diagnosis. He told me "I know these cars". He replaced several sensors and some other maintenance issues on the BMW and replaced the AC on the jeep.. Over 8 grand was spent and at the end of the work I still have an issue with the check engine light back on. I took the car back to him and he had it for several weeks. When I tried to pick up the vehicle he hustled me for more money which was not discussed prior to me dropping off the car. The Jeep AC went out after less then 5000 miles and I took it back to him. He diagnosed a failed compressor. He offered a 2 year warranty on the work on the original invoice and asked that I cover the costs for the labor. After just spending 1100 on a new ac unit to say the least I was not happy. I don't trust his diagnostic skills, the parts he chooses to replace your components with or his shady money grabbing tactics. After taking my BMW to a new shop my catalytic convert was replaced and the check engine light is finally off. I hope this helps some one else to avoid the same disappointment and expense that I incurred. We found d him based on his reviews. Hope this helps.

My car broke down so I called Seven Palms in advanced to see if they could accommodate me. Al answered and though it was a Sunday night, he said he'd wait for me and my car's arrival before heading home. The next day he called me a few hours after they opened and told me what was wrong after he did a free diagnosis. I called my uncle who owns a repair shop in Cali and asked him what the cost should be and Al's quote was spot on with my uncle's! I decided not to get repairs done due to my financial situation and the age of the car but I will definitely be coming to Al for any future repairs I may need on my future car.I 1000% would recommend Seven Palms to anyone looking for repairs from a honest, fair priced and respectable business. Thank you Al for your time, generosity and honesty!

These guys were the ONLY ones in Las Vegas who would even look at my 1993 Volvo. Everyone I called said it was too old and the parts would be expensive if we could even find them to begin with. But the mechanics at Seven Palms Automotive were kind, helpful, and extremely reasonable when it came to the price. When they found other problems with my car other than what I had brought it in for, they were completely honest about it and even did as much as they could to make sure I didn't have to spend more than the car was worth. Thank you so much!

I dont recommend this place at all! I went in to get my radiator fixed and came out with a leaking water hose. They are janky, they purposely sabotaged my car just to mqke some extra cash. I will never go back here again and i hope no one else goes here. If you do, plan on paying alot of money and coming out with something else wrong with your car.Service: Auto maintenance
