DISAPPOINTED: They did get my car in & out in under 24 hours which was good but they left a huge hand grease mark on my light grey felt trim (see vid). Figured if that was the case, grease might be all over & yep(paper towels pictured are from the door handle and steering wheel). Car wreaks of grease even after wiping it down & I figured if they got that much grease elsewhere it must be the mat from greasy shoes ( sure enough I wiped the car mat and its filled with grease). COME ON NOW. I drive professionally and now need feel the need to shampoo my mat & do a deeper clean so my car doesn t smell like a mechanics shop? I just hope the mechanical work was treated with more care and more respectfully than the interior of my car was. Aside from the aforementioned, could also have expected better communication & more friendly customer service, especially after $660+ job (and estimates for much more potential expensive jobs). This was my first time getting service done here was referred and their rating is good, & again, they did get the job done fast, but I am really disappointed at so many negatives experienced. Is their quality diminishing or was this an off day?

Very professional crews. Well worth the price for their service and advice. I personally don't prefer using $0.79/quart type of oil in my car. If you're looking for quality service, I would highly recommend this place for your next service.

I'm satisfied with the work, but they left my mats full of oil. They could have put paper mats down. The care for my car upholstery was not there, after spending 1,272.00 this is unacceptable. I have to replace the mats and detail my car for the smell of oil .UNACCEPTABLE

I love Samurai Motors. Yoshi is a gem, a mechanic and business owner you can trust. He will explain things so you understand and give you the best options... They are always busy because they do have a lot of return business... yet will make time and stay late.This may sound fake because it is too positive... but I just really like having a mechanic. I feel I can trust.

Despite confusing alignment instructions from a third party, and a failure to communicate properly on my part, Yoshi nailed the alignment on my Model 3.

Ask for Yoshi the owner. Only place to go for your JDM cars, it s what they specialize in. Great price, fast service, call ahead of time to make an appointment!

Very friendly and quick.. My alignment is on point now...*Updated Review" I had it at 5 stars because I thought my alignment was better and steering felt tighter but now pulls to the right. That wasn't the bad part. After my trip, I came home and noticed my alignment was off again. They did not torque my LCA bolts down to the correct torque specs and somehow it loosened up. Now that's disappointing . I will not be returning.

I'm really happy with the alignment of my Exterra,Tsuyoshi Murata did a excellent job he took his time to explain me what my problem was and the solutions, i went to 2 different places here in Henderson and they just took my money they couldn't fix my problem, so i went to SAMURAI MOTORS ALIGNMENT they did a great job they know what they are doing, im bringing my wifes car next week and if i had any mechanics problems with my car in the future definitely I'm going to SAMURAI MOTORS. Thank you very much.

Alex is the only person who actually knows how to align cars correctly in the Las Vegas area. My toe was way off when I brought it to him after getting an alignment two days prior from another shop who I won't call out. An aligned car should not still pull to the left and bad toe alignment will eat your tires alive. Eventually I may consider getting a front camber kit to get everything in the green, but a little camber never hurt anyone lol. My vehicle is a 99 integra GS-R on Nuespeed lowering springs and Bilstein shocks. This setup rides better than any coilover setup I've ever rode in, but then again most people who buy coilovers don't understand spring rates and how they affect your headache ridden commute on a daily driven car. I always get compliments from new riders in my car on how smooth the ride is, and still performs in the corners.

Yoshi is up front, fast and honest. There's 3 mechanics in town that I trust, he's one of them. Have a ricer... he's your guy.

Excellent shop, really felt like the mechanics and owner cared the work they do. They also appear to be extremely knowledgeable regarding just about any JDM vehicle out there without a reference guide. Will definitely aim to utilize their services whenever applicable! Oh, and very fair pricing!! (For record I had a performance oriented alignment done on a 2022 Mazda MX-5; Yoshi was surprised the alignment was off from factory specs even as a completely brand new vehicle!!)

Their mechanics are ALL JAPANESE and absolutely excellent! They are honest and very knowledgeable and super professional. As a Japanese and living in Vegas over 13 years, I can't believe that I didn't know about this place until recently. Got ripped off by Sun Auto (they weren't even able to fix the problem) and other overcharging local auto repair shops in the past, I was desperately in need of help. Samurai Motors fixed my car like nothing in a matter of one day! I will tell everybody about this place, and will never go anywhere else than Samurai Motors when I need help in the future! Thank you so much, Tsuyoshi san!!

All work that samurai motors did to my car was done to my satisfaction I my self and other family members take our vehicles to no other place . They are honest not greedy and affordable the owner is so good he can pin point the problem on the spot . They provide excellent service

Very pleased with Samurai Motors! It was highly recommended by one of my friends. I will continue to bring my car for alignments or whatever my cars needs might be. Yoshi is really knowledgeable, especially in the area of aftermarket parts. Prices are also very reasonable.

Yoshi and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and honest. They will tell you want to hear and what you do not as well. There is no greater thing than to see actual car enthusiasts putting hard and honest work into the cars that go into the shop. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing anything from a simple tune up to more extensive repairs! Good value and excellent service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Super shady and make sure they give u a price of the final cost before they work on your car.. I had a quote 2-3 weeks ago for alignment and it was $100 & $150 if they have to make any camber arm adjustment..went there 2 days ago to get it done also told them to lower the rear of my car.. waited about an hour for the service to be done and the bill was $250!! They said they couldn t adjust my rear upper arm to match up the camber on each side evenly mind u I installed the upper camber arms me and buddy ourselves a month prior brand new part also & it rides smooth no clicking no weird noise.. Yoshi had messed up my bushing to adjust the camber for some reason.. he told me that the bushing is bad and couldn t adjust it. So Im assuming he didn t touch it so in my mind the service should on be $100 and charge me another $150 to lower my rear of my car?? And to top off my camber bushing is now bad for some odd reason and now it s making noises after leaving the shop.. I know he messed up my bushings trying to adjust the camber on it and do not want to admit it.. but yes the alignment is good now but Un even camber on the rear and the rear of my car is little lowered but left the shop with some noises in the rear while driving..I know they do good work but not all mechanics are perfect and I know he didn t want to admit he messed up on my brand new part which was totally fine for 1 month up until now when he touched it.. this will be my last time going to samurai after 2 years with them now I m out of more money and have to buy another set of camber arms.. 3 stars rating!

I drive a 2004 Infinity G35 and not long ago the A/C compressor decided to stop engaging. I did a brief inspection of the A/C lines and didn't notice any leaks. I figured maybe the Pressure sensor decided to stop functioning but I was not entirely sure so I sought a second opinion. First, I called an auto shop near my house, explained my situation, and was quoted $150 to diagnose what was wrong with it. The price did not surprise me because A/C fixtures can unfortunately be pretty pricey. I decided to pass and call Samurai (whom was recommended by a friend). I explained to Yoshi (the owner) my situation and without quoting me, he went ahead and made an appointment to get it diagnosed. To not make this story so long, I was there for a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes, the mechanic fixed a small leak coming from one of the lines in the compressor, and I paid a significant amount less of what the other auto shop quoted me just to diagnose the issue. Would absolutely recommend this shop. Thank you Samurai!Service: Air conditioning

Good work ok customer customer service and high prices. They work fast and they work is very good, customer service is lacking but it's because of a little bit of a language barrier, the prices are high because they only carry brand name items. I love all they work they've done and have been going there for 5 years.

This is the best spot to come at on any repairs this lady is really a sweet heart that she dose the best way she can to help out as much as she can specially where she will keep calling until you pick up. Joe is really cool same exact personality as me and the others that's from me out of respect he just started working at the shop not to long ago the minute I 1st met him I can already tell he's good and experienced of what he does.The same for everyone else that works there

Was recommended to come here from a friends, Samurai Motors saved me $4700. I went to the Subaru Dealership as I always had to fix my 2011 Subaru Outback Sport and was told it would cost about $5000 and needed a header replaced and other things as well. However when I took it here to Samurai Motors they fixed it for about $300, for something much more simple of a repair then a header replacement. I will be coming here from now on, great service.
