I called this company because my daughter's key fob was broken and she was stuck in a parking lot. Customer service was awesome and was able to coordinate with their technicians to go out and assist . They went above and beyond in service and showed up in a timely manner (Daniel). They were also almost 40% cheaper than the other places that I called. I would recommend this locksmith 100%

Absolutely worst customer service ever. I called them for key replacement and they answered every call until they did the job so I m like ok good. Key worked doneBut oooo no that s were customer service stops. I asked my tech if something goes wrong will you guys come fix it? He said yesTwo days after service key not functioning properly so I call them and they said manager will call and send tech. No callback that night.. key worked enough for me to drive to airport because had to leave for work. Get back from trip car keys will not work. Call them and dispatch says we will have tech contact you, 15 minutes go and I call back same response. Thirty minutes after being in cold they like we promise manager will call you back with tech on the way. As I m waiting in cold almost hour later and furious call back repeatedly and first person tells me I may wanna find another provider. Call back so upset but not disrespectful and guy says tech was coming but had wreck. Obviously lying! Angry is an understatement!At this point called a respectful place that troubleshoot with me over phone and said before they come charge me go buy batteries and see if that s problem. That was the fix, the mfs gave me a key with damn near dead batteries and didn t care to help me after they had my money.So please I mean please do yourself a favor and never use this company!I never have but definitely will report them.

My tech, Haim, was polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. We had trouble with our front door handle and deadbolt, and he gave us several options to complete the repairs so that we could get the work done we wanted at the price that was most comfortable for our budget. Soooo helpful! Will be recommending him again and again!

Disorganized and unreliable. Quick to return call. Called me back after voice-mail left to inquire to my needs. Requested service for a few home locks replaced or re-key. Informed me the next day would be best, which was perfectly fine with me. Did not provide any sort of timeframe just, "will call you 30 minutes before coming" (didn't ask for address which should have been red flag #1). Waited around the entire following day since I didn't want to be away when they called (figurd they would ask for address then). However, gut was accurate, never called, wasted an entire day waiting around when I could have found an alternative company to complete the work. Would not recommend, no clue how they have 5 star rating.

Locksmith was here long time, but turns out the problem is something unusual that only the dealer can address, and I will do that then have them back to finish up. Great customer service, recommend them, great price and great service. Charge was for a service call only, no way can you beat that!!

After locking my keys in my car, Safety Locksmith was the first place I called as they had many 5 star reviews. After calling and being quoted a fair price, the driver told me he'd arrive in 15 minutes. Upon his arrival he was very fast and efficient at his craft. I had my keys back in my hands within five minutes.

Daniel was able to cut the key for my Toyota when everyone else in town wouldn't without selling me a $100 key. Awesome customer service. Later the same day I brought my Dually in and they were able to get me squared away as well. If you need locksmith service don't call anyone else.

I had such an amazing experience with this company, especially my technician Sean. Super professional and answered all my questions. This service is way cheaper than the dealership too. Recommending my friends and family to them.

This is a scam company. They quoted us $85 to unlock our car. Finally showed up almost an hour later and tried to charge us $305 for a 1 min job. Avoid this company!! Call any other locksmith. Daniel is the very one that tried to scam us. Don t trust them.

Took 37 minutes from the time I called until the time my entire lock was replaced. Super quick and friendly and reasonably priced.

Sean was wonderful. He came right out on a Sunday night and helped me. He is very personable and helpful. I definitely recommend this company. Please ask for Sean. I give him 10 stars.

Sean made me and my girlfriend Samantha a second key for her 2015 Ram pickup. He met us right on time and did a quick, great job on a Fobix key. He is great at what he does! We definitely recommend his work!

I call this company last night when I lost my jaguar remote key , he was able to make me a new key less the 1 hour !!!Idan the owner was very friendly and the price was reasonable compared to other local companies. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.Don t waste your time calling other companies.

The locksmith showed up exactly on time for the appointment to re-key our lock. He was very friendly professional and super fast. He also charged a very reasonable price and even gave us an extra keys for free highly recommend him
