My friend referred me to this shop, as trustworthy mechanics can be tough to find. And my friend was correct! Safe Auto Care was professional, kind and very honest with the issue on my car. I appreciate Scott explaining exactly what was going on in terms I understood! I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!!

There is such a thing as an honest mechanic & this place is it!! I had an free oil change at a dealership & they said i need back brakes immediately. SO I came here & they checked them & said I just needed the rear drums & shoes cleaned!! I

Absolutely the best auto repair shop ever! I have been to so many places that have ripped me off and given misinformation. Safe Auto Care is just what the name says. They are conveniently located on the SW corner of Pecos & Russell not far from where I live and in the same parking lot as my gym so I have passed them many times thinking they were a small business and most likely not able to work on my beautiful cars. I stopped in for an oil change as they were close and I was in a hurry. I will tell you now, even if they were in N. Las Vegas or Summerlin I would make the trip to have them work on my cars. Scott is amazing and honest with attention to detail. They are my forever car care specialist! Just recently I needed a upper radiator hose for my Jag, I got quotes (just for the hose), from $216 - to $68, Scott found the hose for $22.99 + tax and Installed it for less then the lowest price quoted for just the hose! Now he is working on my TA for the rear end damage due to a careless driver. I would not trust my cars or my pocket book to any other shop. Thank you Safe Auto Care! Tell them Diana sent you!

Scott and the rest of the crew at safe care auto were great!! They give fair pricing and fixed the AC in my Honda in no time. Scott also fixed my radio that hasn't worked in over a year!! Definitely recommend!!

Awesome place, great crew.I highly recommend this shop.It is not easy to find an auto mechanic shop, that a person is comfortable with, with reasonable rates. I found this shop, to be one. My AC was not coming on so these people took a look at it. And told me I needed a new AC compressor! So I went ahead and paid for one. They installed it and said I was good to go. Two days later no air. So I returned back to their shop. This time they filled it with freon and some kind of dye. 4 day later it out . I try to come back in but I was told they're to busy at this time. Maybe try back the next week. So I'm cooking in my car for days. Mind you it's summer. So I finally got back into the shop. They take a look at my car again. One of the mechanics named Scott brought me my keys and said I was all good , there was a little leak under the dash. 1 day later the no air again. It is now 116 degrees in Vegas. So that's as far as this story goes as of now. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place . Unless you don't like or love them. To be continued! Oh quick add in ! I even noticed they stole my original oil cap and switched it for one with jagged edges on it. Along with stealing my AC nossel cap and switch it for one that doesn't fit or stay on like the original. Your staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They communicated well, and kept me informed. I felt like if I had to get my car repaired, this was about as good an experience as you can have. A +. Like everyone else. I hate when my vehicle is down. But all of the people who work at safe auto make it all better. From the manager Scott to the yung Lady at in the office. I have been bringing my vehicle,mom's, sisters,and son's they do a great job. And never have gone over the quote. I hope you don't need a mechanic,but if you do I suggest Safe Auto on Russell road and peacose. I took my Lexus to 3 other shops and received 3 different diagnosis with some really high estimated prices, then when I went to safe auto they found the problem in a few minutes and charged me a fraction of the other shops estimates, I've finally found my mechanic shop.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I drove in from CO to visit and my car started having issues. My girlfriend suggest safe auto and told me to get with Scott and man was it a blessing. Fraud Alert against Safe Auto! Don t make the same mistake that other victims have made by bringing their cars to Safe Auto.They use fraudulent business practice. Mustafa, the owner and his shop manager Scott, a bi-polar hillbilly, don t have business cards with their names on it, since they are afraid of getting sued again and again. They play the good cop , bad cop, game and they lie about everything in order to manipulate their customers. They encourage you to bring in your own auto parts for repair, that way, they don t have to guarantee their work. This is what happened to me. I will be filing a small claims suit against them for the money that I lost.

If you are going to choose any shop in Las Vegas, This is the one.I had an issue with my 2015 Ford Mustang, wasn't sure what the problem was, so I brought it to a different shop to figure it out. This other shop told me that I had a misfire which led to my car overheating, (which it never overheated) ultimately causing my engine block to "warp" (I wasn't warped). I get my car back from this shop, dead, with news that its going to cost me $12,000+ to repair it. I didn't have that kind of money so i took it out of that shop, Which still costed me $2,000 to take my now dead car back. P.S they had my car for 3 weeks..Fast forward a few weeks I'm looking around town to figure out what to do. I call shop after shop and tell them what I was told and seeing if I can get it fixed. I finally come across Safe Auto Care, and Scott answers the phone. He was the first person ever to question the "damage" on my car. He didn't believe that it was even possible for my engine block to be warped before X, Y and Z happened. He then offers to have me tow it in and he'll take a look at it, FREE OF CHARGE! All because he understood the situation I was in just from that brief phone call. He offers to find out what's wrong and fix it. To make a long story short, Scott turned a $12,000+ scam from the vast amount of shady shops in Las Vegas and cut my cost down by 60% because they decided to actually take a look at my car and truly figure out what was the problem before suggesting such a costly repair.MAKE THIS YOUR GO TO SHOP! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!To sum up my experience with Safe Auto Care, They treated me as a customer and not as a quick paycheck. They found out what was actually wrong with my car and fixed it. They brought car back to life that another shop killed.Thank you! If you've spent the time to read this please understand that there are a lot of shady shops out here in Vegas, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. I just recently purchased a car and was having a few issues. The dealer I bought it from was giving me the run around. I took my diagnostic to to this establishment. They ruled out codes due to the main issue. Resolved my issue and I was able to leave with a working vehicle less than 200. They can help big time without breaking the pocket.
